Fantastic experience: i recently had an urgent medical situation and was seen by Dr. Abdulla , I arrived to the clinic late and he was just finished his last appointment, even though he accepted to see me . I really appreciate the efforts from his side and although his working hours finish , he stayed to treat me and provided exceptional care. His dedication and expertise are truly remarkable, making him the best in the clinic. Dr. Abdulla went above and beyond to ensure my urgent needs were addressed in the best and most appropriate manner. I highly recommend him for his outstanding service and commitment to his patients. Thank you from the bottom of my heart , truly appreciate your kindness and support Dr.Abdulla .

Fantastic experience: Okay we will discuss a lot of factors here. I’ve been waiting to do this review for years now. FYI, I was employed by this clinic before and I’m not making this review for any benefits. First, don’t come without appointment. Second, know what or which treatment you really needed. If not sure, state your concerns to the receptionist either with Ghazal or Beth. They know which doctor to recommend. Third, if 1st and 2nd step is done, get your treatment and follow the doctor’s instructions. And they mean it. Example, If you have ortho treatment, diligently FOLLOW Dr. Thaer’s instructions. Come on your monthly adjustments and etc. I am currently doing my treatment with him and I can say that my treatment is really doing well and if my work schedules are inline with the doctor’s schedule, I might be done with my braces long time ago. Back to the doctors… There are different Doctors as per each person’s preferences. And I personally adore Dr. Ahmed, Dr. Thaer, Dr. Abdulla, and Dr. Ahlam. Dr. Ahmed is popular and great in many things, Dr. Thaer= superb in Braces, Dr. Abdulla works magic especially in root canals and have such gentle hands and very patient doctor, Dr. Ahlam is a graceful and light handed doctor as well, as if nothing happened after your treatment. There are other doctors which are very underrated as well. They have Dr. Rim and Dr.Maryam who are very considerate, gentle and warm with kids even though they don’t specialise in pedodentistry. Clinic have ups and downs, which is normal in every establishments/hospitals/companies. Treatments are not cheap, but in a normal range. But rates are fair as you are paying professional work from them. If ever you felt that you are not satisfied, you can always speak up to your doctor, and trust me, they will never fail you or let you leave those glass doors unhappy. Downside, you might wait for sometime especially if there are emergency cases such as surgery, etc. Always coordinate with your doctors and the reception to book your appointments in advance, especially in peak seasons. Laboratory works such as (dentures, crowns, veneers etc) might take a while as the clinic does not own their own lab. They coordinate with another party and sometimes lab cases will come from other Emirates. In short, aside from money, sometimes, you needed extra patience if ever you might wait. In overall, these doctors take your treatments as achievements and their work of art in dentistry with passion. Hopefully they continue to grow and prosper in many years to come and with the same doctors in it. All the best!♥️♥️♥️

From personal experience, the best doctor I have dealt with so far, and I recommend all my relatives to go to him. My teeth are in excellent condition. Negative experience: ‏لا أنصح بها من واقع تجربه حيث كان لدي ‏ التهاب العصب وبدلاً من استخراج العصب تم كسر الإبرة في الضرس ولم يتم استخراجها وجميع ‏ المحاولات بأت بالفشل //وبذلك يا صديقي في حال انكسرت الإبرة في الضرس سيكون لديك خيارين * الخيار الأول خلع الضرس *والخيار الثاني وضع حشوة دائمة فوق الإبرة المكسورة //فلذلك انصح باختيار المركز الطبي للاسنان بعناية.

Negative experience: I am glad Dr. Ahmed and Green Apple DC worked for others who reviewed them. I came in for a simple procedure and a check-up after a surgery. I was lead from a waiting room to a dentist's chair and left there to wait without explanation for about 20-25 minutes. During that time, technicians furtively came in without saying anything; they'd pick up tools and things and leave. After I finally came out into the hallway to see what is happening, I was ushered back and Dr. Ahmed showed up. After I explained why I was visiting and my surgery history, he sent me to get an X ray in the adjacent room. I asked some very specific questions about my state to which he gave vague answers and then talked at length in metaphors. One involved something about how to build a room, the other I forgot. In short, after I insisted that Dr. Ahmed finish first w the simple procedure I came for he walked out without explanation and one of those technicians (I assume) came in after a while, walked up to me and said: "Can I see your teeth?" After I demanded an explanation, she finally said that she would be the one doing the procedure. Never saw Dr Ahmed again. I had to pay 300 Dhs for this and was not given a bill. When I asked for one, it was not itemized and the receptionists remained completely vague about how much was the total cost and what would be covered by my insurance (which is quite good). IN short, a total disaster. The only reason that I am giving two stars is for Cindy, who actually completed my procedure and eventually gave some normal patient service. Would not return here.
