Negative experience: د.هاله أبدا ما تعرف شو تسوي ! و تجاريه بحته! بس تبغي تبيع علاجات تجميليه لأكبر عدد بدون اي ذمة او ضمير للتجميل و الطب .. بتراويكم فيديو شو سوت لجويل ولا للمشاهير و بتقول شو رايج بغض النظر عن إذا الأجراء يناسبج ولا لا! و أنا كنت يايه لإبرة تحت العين خلتني اسوي ٨ ابر و مصرة ان الإجراء لازم يكون كامل ولا مافيه نتيجة! الابرة يوم بدت تحقنها كان عندي ألياف بسبب حب شباب سابق و قالت لي ان الابرة ماتدخل عدل لان كان عندي حب شباب و تخيلو ماقالت ان بتوقف الإجراء لا طبعا لان بتفتح إبرتين لكل جهة و تكتل الفلر فمكان واحد ! حسبي الله عليها

Fantastic experience: I don’t know where to begin—everything about this clinic is exceptional: the modern, welcoming atmosphere, the friendly front-desk team, and especially the manager Wafaa, who was incredibly supportive and guided me to the perfect specialist. Dr. Yusra truly stands out—she has a remarkable eye for detail, knows exactly which treatment is right, and always greets you with a smile and uplifting energy. I left every visit feeling cared for and confident in my care. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Amazing staff , very friendly and professional and smiling all the time , the manager Wafa takes care of clients from A to Z , taking them around the clinic , to see doctors and specialists to recommend the best treatments for them .

Negative experience: I don't recommend this clinic because the work is poor and the prices are exorbitant! I paid 14,000 UAD for nothing. The Botox and fillers weren't done properly. I didn't feel comfortable as a foreigner, and the consultation with Dr. Hala was truly awful! I don't recommend this clinic and regret going there!

Negative experience: My experience was very bad. Dr. Hala promised me specific results for my neck treatment, but when the treatment was completed, I saw no results. She justified it by saying that my skin is different, even though she had examined my skin during the consultation. As a dermatologist, she should have a clear understanding of what suits the type of skin on the neck. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and told her I didn’t see any results, she refused to offer any correction and demanded additional payments if I wanted to try another product.

Fantastic experience: I visited Clinica Joelle for pigmentation treatment with Dr. Yousra Maher Hawam, which I feel is the best dermatologist in Abu Dhabi i was associated with her since last 2 years and taken several treatments from her which are very effective to get back the original skin tone. She has tremendous approach on assessing and treating the patients. I Wish you all the best doctor at the new place and treat all the skin suffering patients as you did for me to get back my original skin tone. Thank you Dr. Yousra Hawam

Negative experience: Went for a visit for my skin regarding a sensitive area, and instead of focusing on treating me correctly I was shamed for my body in a very condescending way, and what upset me is rather than focusing on the issue with my skin I was getting attacked.

Positive experience: خلال زيارتي لهم سويت ( هايدرا فيشل + ديرما بن) العياده نظيفه ومرتبه بس تحس نفسك داخل مكان هم يتفضلون عليك بخدامتهم كأنه هم اللي دافعين لك من جيبهم اللي سوت لي هايدا فيشل كانت ساكته طول الوقت لا خذت ولا عطت ولا حتى قالت لي شو احتاج ولا نصايح هل برجع لهم مره ثانيه؟ لا هل الشغل كان حلو؟ لا، جدا عادي مثل باقي العيادات

Negative experience: I would rate it based on my experience with the reception lady on the phone. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, deliberately mocked my question.

Fantastic experience: I went for a facial treatment at Clinica Joelle , I got a very professional cosmetologist, her name is Mariia. She did for me a treatment for the face and gave me some valuable tips on how to improve my skin. After Im done with my session I was happy with the results, but thought that’s it like nothing much changed my skin is more hydrated and plumpy , but I was overall happy in my experience. After couple of days Im still seeing an improvement in my skin to be honest everyday passing Im seeing much more improvement than the day before. So for that I definitely recommend this place , not always you see the change from day 1 , but trust the process. Mariia is a very sweet and friendly person , she kept following up with me and asking about my skin , not only after my treatment but also couple of days later and even after more than 1 week. Truly appreciated from her , her time , effort and dedication to her job. She takes very good care of your skin and not only during the treatment, also after you’re done with your treatment.

Negative experience: I will never visit Clinica Joelle again!!! I paid a package for laser remover and after paying I knew that I’m pregnant so I had to stop and I called them and informed them with the same, after my delivery I called them to complete my package they told me you finished all your package!!!! Can u imagine!!! I told the customer service check my records with the doctor she’s knows! Their response to me (she left the clinic!) how come a doctor don’t mention all her clients information in written for the next doctor who will come after her. I’m calling them everyday with no solution they always tell me that they will get back to me and no one do!!! I’m so disappointed with the unprofessional service and customer service response. I don’t recommend anyone going to them

Negative experience: I went in Ramadan appointment at 10pm they let me wait until 12 pm which was very unprofessional and annoying. When finally dr came for me i told her that Im not happy and will not come here again then she asked the manger their to do something for me, so she decided to give me 2 products one of them will expire within 2 months. How bad is this!!!

Positive experience: من ارقى واشطر العيادات من جميع النواحي من تعامل وخدمات ، العياده نظيفه ومرتبه، مرتبين وايد ومواعيدهم منضبطه ، فريق الاستقبال من امهر الموظفات في التعامل رنده وديانا والباقيين وايد بشوشين وصبورين، اسعارهم شوي غاليه بس وقت العروض اللي يسوونها تكون زينه، الاسعار تستاهل بالنسبة لجودة بعض الخدمات، عندهم خصم مزايا وفزعه ، موجودين في فلل المارينا والباركنات مجانية، بس ملاحظة ياليت يسوون مكان مخصص وثابت ومجهز للصلاه.

Fantastic experience: I had my Eye lifting through Botox treatment with Dr. Khamas - , it was one of the amazing experiences i have ever had.He is like an artist drawing a face not only applying randomly, in addition to his cheerful friendly way of speaking with his patients, I felt like i never did botox in my life before him after this treatment .and will definitely recommend him to everyone.

Negative experience: I took my 18 yrs daughter to do body laser as I really appreciate Joelle, post treatment my daughter started to have full body reaction. I took her back and their doctor who told me this is normal reaction use Fucicort. But the reaction kept going worst, I took my daughter to three different dermatologists who confirmed her skin was burnt and needs up to one year to be normal again. My daughter is very depressed and I cried a lot to see my daughter suffers. Disappointing service. Plz everyone if you will do body leser request patch test first and wait for two days to see any reaction. Manal

Fantastic experience: Amazing place

Negative experience: A few years ago, I had a very bad experience at this place, at the Abu Dhabi branch to be specific. The incident that took place was that the practitioner Or therapist I took a package with for cool-sculpting, after several sessions she was very rude, raised her voice as well as at some point shoved the file to express her anger, For the reason that I decided to reduce the cool sculpting sessions for one of the body areas and add it to another body area. This was supposed to be a professional person and regardless of the reason she has no right to speak to a patient the way she did and by that time as I mentioned I have already paid for a full package of several sessions and already have gone through a number, which i stopped once this incident happened. Before the mentioned incident of her rude, unprofessional and unacceptable attitude in any profession, I have also asked her at a time before that about the hydra-facial she gives and her answer was I don't have time to explain it right now and am busy while she was sitting at her desk. Next, I had a consultation with the dermatologist which I had to pay AED 500 for. When I went in to see her, basically all I got was only a 5 minute consultation where she told me that she can’t help me and on top of that she was rushing me to end the consultation to meet other patients. If I knew the consultation was going to be useless and and I’d be rushed out coz she didn’t know how to treat my condition, I would've never paid that amount to see her and on top of that rushing me to get out as if I am there for a free consultation and not the fact that I have paid to be seen. Since then, I have decided I would never go back to that clinic. Coz to me they lack even class. The only thing I regretted is that when those things happened I did not raise a complaint to the manager on those two bad experiences. Bad experiences that were caused not due to any other staff members, but it was a Doctor and a practitioner who are supposed to be professionals and respectable when it comes to meeting and dealing with PAYING customers. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Not only a luxurious brand-the quality of work and the end results is amaaaazing!! I have done more than 1 procedure- the laser was painless and 90% of the hair is gone although i was religiously visiting on time. I had a tattoo removal as well that wasn’t as painful as i thought.yesterday i have done the facial..can’t remember which one was it but it was so refreshing as if i had makeup on..i will share a photo for everyone to see the results. Haven’t yet tried their other procedure but will definitely give it a shot

I visited Clinica Joelle Abu Dhabi as it was recommended by a friend that had done a different procedure. I have met with their plastic surgeon,Dr. Khammas and he was very honest about the procedure and explained all the details to me and what to expect-loved how he really took his time explaining not like all the other doctors that all what they care about is ripping you off- you will not regret visiting this clinic! Superb

Negative experience: سويت فيلر مع الدكتور شلبي و النتيجة سيئة جدا..اتصلت بالكلينيك مرة ثانية حتى يحسن من النتيجة بس طريقة كلامه مستفزة جدا و عدم احترام الحريف..و حتى الحين اعاني من اعوجاج في الشفة السفلى..

Negative experience: Veeeery expensive respect the result achieved, they give one price on the phone which is different than the real price. when I was in the reception I heard one price that has been given to the client I thought is the same for all clients however I was chocked later when I finish my treatment by the receipt presented to me.. one more thing, they present you a lot of documentation to sign in which you declare that in case of any bad effect they are not responsible , they want just to protect their self, honestly I never see this type of documentation before, may be there is some self declaration that can be signed , but all this documentation never seen .. I don't recommend .

Negative experience: أسوأ تجربة بحياتي مررت بها مع دكتور الأسنان إياس جبرين، دمر أسناني ولثتي تدمير دائم مع ممطالة المواعيد و شكل الفنيير القبيح الذي لم اره من قبل على أحد، نصيحه اخويه فقط لاغير ، لا اتمنى لاحد ان يحصل له مثل ما حصل بي، انفقت الكثير على اسناني معه و النتيجة صفر بالميه مع المشاكل التي سببها لي ، اضطررت بعد ذلك لاستبدال كل الفنير الذي قام بتركيبه لي في عيادة أخرى ، شغله مقرف لأبعد ما يتصور الشخص
