Fantastic experience: Doctor Menhal is without a doubt the top dentist in the Dubai! An absolute gentleman and gives you total confidence in any procedure. Very professional and explains everything to great detail,if your looking for that special treatment this is place.

Negative experience: Over Expensive. They quoted 2300 aed for the same service others are providing in 250aed.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr. Benjamin for about 10 years now and feel so comfortable with his work, understanding and manners. Even my teenage twins like visiting him for their dental work and everyone I have sent to him have given me super feedback on him.

Negative experience: I went to GMCC @ DWTC hotel apartment Block A, because we are living in that building, and so that was the most convenient place for me to go to. I have a hard time trusting any dentist. Especially if the problem is substantial. Anyways, i went there, and was directed to Dr Benjamin. He seemed ok at first glance but, having dealt with a quite a few dentists from around the globe, you can tell who’s good and who isn’t. And, besides, you always want to give the new guy a chance to show you they know what they’re doing. So, i let him work on me. He did 1 root canal and 2 fillings. The root canal lasted as long as 4 appointments, and, would i have not mentioned anything it’d have gone on for a fifth appointment, no doubt about that. One of the filling, was fixed while the drilling of the root canal was underway. I could feel on my tongue the residue of the root canal, and he was drilling for the filling at the same time ! Instead of taking care of one problem at a time ! Dirty work, and definitely not thorough ! Now, nearly two months after the procedure, i have pain where the root canal was done + that famous two fixes in one job filling !! There is unbearable pain in my skull, headaches and a massive abscess on my upper gums where he worked on. As well as all that, he used up all the dental allowance of my insurance of last year for this masterpiece !! Not only do i NOT recommend him, but i think that this guy is a JOKE !! Now i have to fix what i thought would have been fixed 2months ago, and pay for it from my own pocket !! What’s done is done, but i won’t be back in that clinic or any other clinics of this name.

Positive experience: As an establishment, newly hired staff shouldn’t be left manning the forefront. I could see they were struggling when it’s not even that busy. I couldn’t imagine if there were more patients waiting. The staff and doctor were accommodating.

Negative experience: I got my HPV vaccination from GMC clinic at World Trade Center. I called them up to check for the price and they said it was 650 AED but had to pay doctor’s fee once of 200 AED. However, they charged 850 AED for all 3 shots. I checked the pharmacy and the shot it for 650 AED. I was comparing their prices w other clinics and bec they said 650 AED I went w them otherwise I would’ve gone somewhere else (I complained this to them as well). Also, on the last shot, it hurt so badly that I had a swell in my arm and it bled so much. Never got a vaccine ever that bled and hurt like that ‍♀️
