Fantastic experience: Dr. Sanjeev and Dr. Preeti are extremely professional and efficient dentists. My whole family has been visiting Axis Dental Clinic for more than 15 years. Whatever treatment Dr. Sanjeev does, be it filling or RCT, we never had to go back for the same tooth again because of how perfectly he gets the work done. Dr. Preeti has removed all four of my wisdom tooth. She did it such efficiently, that I never had any problem. Moreover, I like how calm she makes the patient feel while performing the surgery. I recommend them to everyone.

Negative experience: 1-Telling price all inclusive and after starting work Ask for more money and say I told this before 2-my wife asked for insurance claim paper, They asked fore more money to give the form 3- more than 5 visits for one broken tooth

Fantastic experience: I decided to try this dental clinic to do the cleaning and polishing for my teeth and doctor Preeti which is a wonderful and pretty doctor she did a great job and she also offered me the special treatment with a great amount of money ( 150AED)

Negative experience: I had my unhappy experienced with the service provided of this clinic specially from the Dentist (owner) itself. On my first day of visit..(1st day,Tuesady ) I still wore my broken dentures (taken from them last 2021 of April). The male dentist hold it and made it broken, then when he get me checked..we discussed what is much better flexi or hard dentures. As described by him, of course I choose the flexi type of dentures..he immediately take clay to measure in my mouth without even asking me first if he can proceed to do so..(business as usual). So, I said to my husband whose with me to proceed. On the same day, measurement done and paid AED 500 as advance payment. Then he told me to re-visit on the next day for TRIAL of the tooth. when I re-visited last Thursday (2nd visit) when I came the Female Dentist is there inside the room..she allowed me to sit in the patient chair so that she can fit the trial tooth and the male dentist came from toilet, he said something to her wife (dentist male) in their language and he is upset..still they are having arguments … her wife allowed me to fit again the TRIAL tooth until got broken..she told me why u touched? How come, i will not touch it, I was the one who removed from my mouth. (he did this while we are in front of us and hearing their arguments)my husband saw even he threw the gloves in the sink, and her wife went out from the room. While me..still sitting on the patient chair and feeling so shocked and waiting what is the next step..the nurse tried to put something in l thought will fit again from his side..but nothing. Then I asked, it is done fitting for the trial? And male dentist answered Yes just come back when will call you. So I stood up and same time he said just pay the remaining 500 dhs. I answered him that I will pay only once I come back and see the final dentures. Then by Monday I came back for the final tooth denture..they let only the receptionist to handed it over to me. Of course before leaving the clinic, i tried to fit inside the washroom..still not being polished well. I confronted the dentist (female) and said that I will not take it because still not polished..she even Lied to me and said that Not being polished well by the Lab. To make it the story short… Today I took my denture around 1 PM and this time it is polished! Sad thing, at the end had an awkward moment from them..male dentist said that why I sent sms around 2 AM , he even said that I gave him mentally tortured! I answered him, How come, with 1 SMS sent u then u are mentally tortured. You don’t know that you are not professional dealing with your customers?… I am not recommending this clinic anymore because since they are the OWNER..the male dentist don’t know how to RESPECT and Valued their customers! Not recommending this clinic. Visit to the clinic which will give u respect and you feel VALUED!

Negative experience: This AXIS DENTAL CLINIC is useless!!!! I spend dirham for nothing on my braces! Even to clean properly my teeth they didnt do! Everytime i visit to this dental for adjustment, they just change the rubber in a rush and clean a litle bit my teeth which is im not satisfied!!!! If u suggest something the dentist owner he directly cut my words and says he knows what he wil do!!!This axis dental only want to collect money from the patients! So i decided not to comeback and waste money on this clinic! I had a very very bad experience on this dental!!! So im not surprise if they had only 1 or 2 client each day!!! Im so dissapointed on this axis dental!!! A very very bad dental clinic!

Negative experience: Mobile number is given to dial the clinic. The gentleman has no manners. He is not the right person to answer the queries. He hanged the phone down before I asked any queries. You will loose business like this.

Negative experience: Not satisfied about my adjustment. I didn't feel any pain the next morning which I usually feel because of the adjustment. They just change the color and the rest is the same. You have to do the proper adjustment. Not recommend

Negative experience: We had a very bad experience with them. Me & my wife visited today and we were so disappointed as before the visit we called them and ask cost for wisdom tooth removal the person who spoke to us said it will be 200dhs then when we went there they said it’s 400dhs. They’ve charged us 100dhs as consultancy fees not even 5min. Please think twice before you go there. FYI, we went to see another dentist who helped us to see the problem clearly. He gave us free prescription plus consultancy without even a single charge. We’re all taking risks during this difficult time to survive.

Fantastic experience: This clinic is very nice and clean. They have professional doctors and very accomodating staff, they will make you feel like home. I had my treatment done specifically extraction and after the treatment I was like "finished!?" i thought it would be painful but it's not. Also I was surprised when I came to the clinic I need to be sanitized before coming in, you can't just come to the clinic directly without sanitizing because they are strictly following the protocols. If you want a good and safe clinic this is what you are looking for. Good job

Negative experience: Very bad Clinic, the worth in the world Bad costumer servers, they said 100 for the adjustment but they want to charge 300 more for cleaning and wire, very bad treatment from the doctors .scammer clinic, never ever back there you must be clear when you said 100 for adjustment every clinic make cleaning with the braces adjustment but you are lier you want to make overcharging for it. Do you think that I'm coming for change only the rubber and the colour? Besides the wire is moving and hurt my lips ITS should be be animal Clinic not human Clinic , I wish this Clinic close soon. You are doctor so you should treat the patient as a Human before thinking about your business, and I'm not saying that I'm poor don't lie, I will not recommend this Clinic for any body, I'm so.sorry to see like this Clinic in dubai.

Negative experience: worst experience ever, they will overcharge you and not do full service on your teeth, I had the worst experience with them, i strongly recommend if your a foreigner do not visit this place. I got back to the UK and checked my bill and Seen I was over charged by 500 POUNDS!! this is so unfair, they are horrible dentists. I have to go repay and get it done correctly here in the UK
