A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Radheshyam Sament, Orthopaedic Specialist, for his clear diagnosis and effective treatment plan. His professional approach gave me confidence from the very first consultation. I would also like to give special appreciation to Dr. Sharuma Dermal, the physiotherapist, for her outstanding care. I underwent five physiotherapy sessions, and her professionalism, attention to detail, and encouraging support made a significant difference. I’ve seen remarkable improvement in my condition. I am fully satisfied with the treatment I received and would highly recommend both Dr. Radheshyam Sament and Dr. Sharuma Dermal to anyone experiencing similar issues. Negative experience: I had taken my mother,the one with no insurance , to this clinic as my friends recommendation last week with complaints of fever and dizziness,on registration they checked her blood pressure, for my shock it showed 198/50 and she is not a known BP patient. I requested them to change the bp monitor and then the reading was opposite 76/45.i explained them that her BP is mostly on lower side.Again they checked and it was almost similar,so they let the doctor to check on her and they insisted me to take her to emergency department to other hospital as they were suspecting Heart related issues.i requested them to check the ECG before evaluation as i was ready to pay them for that, but they insisted me to take her to other hospital.on arrival to the other hospital her BP was 90/60,and she had no issues with her ECG.my suggestion here is to mainly check on the equipments you use on people so we will not have more stress ,specially in such cases where we have some health insurance issues.

I deeply appreciate the surgery services provided by Dr. Radheshyam Sament, Orthopedic Surgeon for my right shoulder tender tear and neck cervical issues from which I was suffering for 5 years. Dr. Radheshyam Sament assessed the condition and diagnosed the issue properly recommending the need immediate surgery to alleviate the pain condition. Dr. Radheshyam Sament conducted surgery at Burjeel Specialty hospital Al Ain and I am now on recovery path with help of physiotherapy. Negative experience: We are cash patient and doctor from GP cannot request for xray because she don't need it. The patient complaining of back pain for long time i ask the doctor to give a request for back xray and why she need us to send to orthopedic at least request first xray before referring us to ortho just because u don’t need an xray and we don’t have the right to ask request from the doctor since we are willing to pay for it. U should considerate.
