Fantastic experience: Dr Sarhan had kindly fitted us in last minute a few hours before a flight. My husband was experiencing the worst dental pain he has ever felt. Dr Sarhan was very understanding, caring and empathetic. The ambiance in the clinic was very relaxing. In a very short time, Dr Sarhan had resolved his pain completely. It felt like a miracle. My husband actually thought the source of his pain was from somewhere else and him being a doctor insisted that was only source of his pain. Dr Sarhan had kindly challenged him and proven him wrong which was a pleasant surprise for him. We appreciate all that Dr Sarhan had done in treating my husband and we both felt that was the best dental experience we both experienced.

Fantastic experience: My crown fell off the night before traveling AND during Eid so pretty much all dental clinics were closed. Dr. Sarhan came in and opened the clinic for me at 10pm and fixed my emergency within 30 minutes. Very professional and knows what he is doing. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Calls this place «24-7 emergency» but doesn’t answer calls, nor texts, tells me we can come (knowing exactly when we will arrive) and then let us wait without answering while my partner is in pain as it’s an emergency. And letting us having to figure out another plan since we cannot get treatment there because the « doctor » isn’t in. Very unprofessional and rude. I’m very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic dental practitioner. I cracked my tooth during New Year’s Eve trip to Dubai. I contacted Dr Sarhan out of hours and his response was swift. He even opened the dental practice on New Year’s Eve to provide temporary relief/ solution to allow me to enjoy the rest of my travels. I cannot sing his praises enough and highly recommend for any dental emergencies/ issues which arise during your travels.

Fantastic experience: Sudden severe tooth pain, late at night -- we would generally have only one option, survive till 9am the next morning, and figure out an "appointment" after clinics open. But Dr. Sarhan was a life saver (and a night saver)! I found his clinic on google (it said "Open" at 1130PM), not expecting anyone to take the call I still tried -- and he promptly took the call, fixed time in 45 minutes, probably left the comfort of his warm bed (after a long day at his clinic).. reached the clinic before time and was still smiling and extremely professional while relieving me of my toothache. All doctors are probably good in their respective areas of expertise, but what Dr. Sarhan did in addition to that, was being available when desperately needed - now that's something! I believe this "24*7 Emergency Service" and his passion are a great societal service, which come at the cost of huge personal sacrifice -- Dr. Sarhan is a true believer in the Hippocratic oath. As a doctor too, Dr. Sarhan was precise, had the humane element and was an expert in all procedures he conducted. My first ever root canal at 1.30AM on the second night of a new year -- was a painless process which relieved me of a lot of pain. Hats off to this gentleman -- wish we had more such saviors in the profession. God bless him, his sacrifice, his passion and his commitment to his noble profession.

Fantastic experience: New Year's Eve 2024 turned challenging when I suddenly suffered intense nerve pain in my upper wisdom tooth, likely due to a cracked filling. The pain was relentless and even Ibuprofen couldn't ease it. In this emergency, Dr. Sarhan was remarkably responsive, taking my call at 9:40 pm. By 10:35 pm, I was already at his clinic, being carefully attended to by him. It was impressive how he personally handles emergency calls and even provided calming guidance over the phone before my visit. The clinic's location is convenient, and I noticed a visibly satisfied patient exiting after their emergency treatment just as I arrived. Dr. Sarhan performed an immediate X-ray and skillfully addressed my pain. He removed the old filling and expertly placed a temporary one, all the while explaining each step of the process and laying out a comprehensive post-treatment plan. I'm thoroughly impressed by his expertise and compassionate care. Moving forward, I plan to trust Dr. Sarhan with not only my dental emergencies but also routine check-ups for myself and my children. His clinic offers a peaceful and soothing environment, adding to the overall positive experience.

Negative experience: Very expensive and overpriced. I visited him based on the reviews here, but I regret it. You need to sign on the payment after consultation and xray where you are midway from treatment and while you are in pain you have no other choice. I paid almost 1400 AED for consultation 375 ,panoramic 400, and scaling 550 which didn’t relieve my pain even.

Fantastic experience: I had an unbelievable toothache during my vacation and I was able to visit Dr. Sarhan within 1 hour on friday. A very professional dental practice. I felt at ease. The treatment was discussed calmly and he took all the time. He helped me tremendously and my pain was gone after the treatment. Fantastic experience: A roller-coaster adventure of an evening lead me to Dr Sarhan After waiting 1.5 hours with other patients for my turn to get admitted at an ER of a hospital, I finally got in and received a cocktail of painkillers through an IV line. However, I quickly realized the painkillers weren't that much helpful with the sharp intense pain I was experiencing in the my back molar that was radiating through my jaw and head. I asked the ER doctor if they have an emergency dentist available that evening, and although they didn't, she mentioning there are 24 / 7 dental clinics in Dubai that I could visit if I can't wait till morning, and told me to search for the term "24 / 7 dental clinics" to get the list and locations of the clinics. I quickly did a search and the first result at the very top of the list was Dr Sarhan with a large number of all 5 star reviews that made me suspicious thinking; that can't be right, not even a single 4 star? I asked the ER doctor to unhook my IV line so I could get quickly released and visit one of those 24/7 emergency dental clinics. After frantically reading through some of the reviews trying to spot if any were fake, I quickly came to the conclusion that this seems legit, also, it was already past midnight and I'm super desperate, so I dialed and Dr Sarhan himself answered the emergency number. With a genuine empathetic concerned voice told me he can meet me at the clinic in 20 minutes. Thankfully the clinic was 10 minutes drive away from where I live. When I arrived, the clinic was high tech equipped, super clean and impeccably decorated that immediately eased my nerves of visiting a clinic I never heard of, and about to be operated on, at 1 am. However, the discovery of a genuinely remarkable person with colorful textured lively personality and a kind soul in Dr Sarhan was the cherry on top that eased the rest of my concerns. Perhaps I might not do him justice with my words, but thankfully the rest of the all 5 star reviews alongside mine might help. After a wonderful chat while waiting for the local anesthesia to kick-in, Dr Sarhan quickly operated and relieved the pain while I was entertained by the high tech ceiling TV streaming calming Aerosmith and other of my fav 90s classic rock songs. When all is remarkably painlessly done, I told the doctor, this is one of those roller-coaster adventure midnight stories one would tell at gatherings the rest of their lives. So finally, here I am, thanks to god for everything, after 2 successful root canal followup treatment sessions with Dr. Sarhan, this is my review to help others, just as others helped me that evening with their reviews, to discover this once in a lifetime kind soul in Dr Sarhan.

Fantastic experience: Dr Sarhan came to my rescue in the late night in weekend, when I had a cycle accident and broke my front tooth. He came within a short time to his clinic and managed to bond my broke tooth. He was very professional in his approach, yet gave me a lot of comfort although I was in pain with hurt on my lip area. Fantastic experience: Dr Sarhan has been our family/ friend’s doctor for over 5 years now and I’ve never been so happy with a dentist before, he’s extremely professional who’s passionate about his job and what he does and he does it perfectly. I started going to him after being referred to by a friend who he literally saved her life by coming to the clinic at 3 am to help with the infection where her whole face was swollen and was almost admitted to the hospital. I later got a quotation to fix my daughter’s teeth from another dental clinic for over 2000$ and the dentist told me she needed full anesthesia and all that only to find out they she didn’t have teeth with cavity but it was rather an extra job for extra money . We came running to Dr.Sarhan who managed to fix only the tooth that needed fixing for less than 250$!! If I can give him more than 5 starts I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Dr Sarhan was so helpful and attentive to my problem in the middle of the night, followed by another visit at 4 in the morning, by then the pain was gone with methodical (and well explained) approach, something that other day-time clinics couldn’t solve.
