Fantastic experience: This place is very close to the university I'm attending. I first came for a regular checkup. Dr. Priyanka welcomed me and was very accommodating. Very professional. After that, I met with an orthodontist named Dr. Greg for a braces consultation; however, he is no longer working there. He was later replaced by Dr. Nimay. Dr. Nimay is a chill dude. He exudes a contagious smile. He also maintains a professional demeanor. Unfortunately, I got a cavity near the end of the treatment. Not because of the braces but due to a buildup of bacteria that has been checked for a long time. I was referred to Dr. Malika by Dr. Nimay, who is also very accommodating and professional. It was a tough procedure, but she managed to extract the "bacteria" with ease. Easily 5 stars. Don't forget, it accepts insurance...

Negative experience: Awful customer service - for the first appointment I had to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor (thought they were extremely busy). For the second appointment again another 30 minutes wait with no explanation. I left. Not recommended

Fantastic experience: Very happy with the services.

Negative experience: Their website doesn’t work and yesterday doctor just told me wash my tooth pocket with salt, without even offering my to do laser to close that pocket. I’m in pain.

Positive experience: I’m currently doing a treatment plan with them. Just finished one implant surgery. Waiting for the sinus lift surgery. Will update after the whole experience is finished. Jun 2025 edit: They exceeded expectations! Did 3 implant surgeries altogether. Due to my time constraints, I was not able to do sinus lift and get the other 2 crowns placed. Despite very tight timings due to my flight, they were able to place one crown on a short notice! Planning to get the other crowns in a year or so

Negative experience: I am not sure why this hospital has a 4.7 rating. I went to Dr asha for a wisdom tooth extraction and she took out two wisdom teeth together. The same side, one upper and one lower. NO DOCTOR ADVISES THAT. On top she didn't clear the infection and went on her vacation. I was in tremendous amount of pain for 2 weeks until I visited the same clinic and some other doctor cleaned up the extraction site gave me new antibiotics and the pain subsided after that.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Alekhya for an urgent dental issue, anticipating that the treatment might be extensive and possibly require a root canal. However, after a thorough examination, Dr. Alekhya quickly diagnosed the problem and assured me that a root canal was not necessary. She addressed the issue with a simple filling, providing the right treatment with precision and care. I truly appreciate her expertise, clear communication, and the prompt attention she gave to my concern. Thanks a lot Dr Alekya!

Fantastic experience: We had a visit with Dr. Navid for my 5 yo son. He could easily connect to my son and perform the filling for his teeth while another pedriatic dentist could not and was suggesting anaesthesia. He performed it without a single drop of tear from my son. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Doctor Navid is the most experienced and professional doctor in UAE. He is pacient and meticulous. I am traveling from Abu Dhabi whenever I need to see a dentist just for dr Navid. Overall the clinic is nice and the staff are friendly. The receptionist even call few days after the appointment to check on the well being of the patients. I highly recommend their services!

The entire team at the institute helps you provide an environment of continuous learning on daily basis. During this period I got the chance to learn multiple skills as was involved in multifaceted roles. The doctors were always kind enough to impart their knowledge and experience and provide guidance at each step in the journey. I also got the opportunity to attend the camps and lectures conducted by the institute on various clinical topics. It was a great learning experience.

Negative experience: Not recommended at all , I went for a small problem then I end with many big problems , In the first date you will feel that they are expert by taking panorama photos and big screen as datashow to explain the problem to you to let you feel you are in the right place then after the appointments will direct you to another branches with unprofessional doctors. The main problem that ignoring you after you going back to ask them to solve the problems which caused by them. The result that i went to another clinic to solve my problems.

Negative experience: I booked an appointment for a general cleaning. What has in the past been a simple process has turned into an absolute nightmare. Dr Malika - lost control and that resulted in me having cuts/bruises in my mouth resulting in extreme bleeding. The doctor didn't have the common courtesy to acknowledge or apologize for what happened. Extremely disappointed and a terrible experience overall. Writing this review while wriggling in pain.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Souheil is a perfectionist and he trains other dentists in dental implants exceptionally well. My cousin who came all the way from Australia recently had the full top teeth replaces with permanent dentures. She is extremely happy and loving her new teeth. Fantastic experience: I have today received my final set of implants on bottom teeth. 6 months ago I took.a big decision to get this done. I had hardly any bone on missing teeth n was advised on a 4 post implant. This team worked so relentlessly on the day of my main procedure. 12 hours in the surgery with the dentist's who were calm although learning very competent. Dr Mariam was sympathetic and kept stepping in to.ensure I was ok .Dr Soheil was firm but so competent that I trusted his every decision. They have supported every couple of months and today I got my beautiful implants. Thank you so so much.
