Fantastic experience: On my second day of visiting, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Darshana, and I must say the experience exceeded my expectations. She was not only extremely helpful and approachable but also demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism. Her ability to explain things clearly and address all my concerns made me feel well taken care of. I truly appreciate the time and attention she gave to ensure I received the best service possible. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking quality care. She was extremely kind and helpful! Thank you again Dr. Darshana for making my teeth beautiful! Amazing experience!! And also, facilities are topl! Clean and Elegant looking Clinic. Negative experience: I was dissaponted cz my tooth extraction took time to be remove which is not an issue but the issue is they damage my lower lip, l cnt even eat or open my mouth bcz of the big wound on my lip

Negative experience: Very bad treatment. First i visit the hospital for my dental problem they give the treatment. But after that i went for follow up they didn't check me properly. When I'm telling my problems even they didn't listen.they did braces for me after 1 week its all gone. I want to complaint this to doctor but they telling doctor not available. Staff telling they don't know which time doctor will come.. Very poor service.. I will not go again there. Better to go other hospital.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with this clinic. I had an appointment and when i was there the specialist who had to take care of my case wasnt there. Worst, i spent 1 day exchanging by whatsapp with a certein dr.neena i gave her my Xray and explained my case which is delicate and once there, they had no idea abt my case or what i came for. Their receprionist is totally incompetent as she confirmed with me timing and told me to come ( I exchanged with her same day). So desappointed, as i came from far and missed my work and also didnt fast ramadan that day bcz was thinking that i am going to have my extraction. I dony advise it tonany body. Totally amators...

Negative experience: I visited the clinic a month ago, as soon as they found out I have insurance they piled up procedures that are chargeable saying there is co-payment of approximately 200aed. After the procedure was done, I was charged 350aed and when I asked for an invoice they said they will send it tomorrow. It's been a month now, I asked for the invoice more than few times and I never got one, the insurance mentioned that I was charged for 4 procedures even though I only had 2. Lack of transparency is appalling, and I am quite sure that they only pushed for procedures they can change more without actually considering what is the best option for the patient.
