Positive experience: Very good experience till date I had gone braces treatment three months ago, it has been a good journey past three months, at age of 33, it wasnt easy decision for braces but Dr. Nair's confidence is impeccable. Reched milestone as planned till now. however, still journey is left. Really appreciate Dr. Nair patience and the way he plans and treats.

Dr Merin has been so caring, attentive, gentle, patient and always so accurate. Such a sweet Dentist! Her work is outstanding indeed with such a loving & caring personality! Brilliant! 5 out of 5 Stars for Dr Merin! I also had some teeth filed and a filling done with Dr Rowen and I was also extremely satisfied with her. Dr Rowen was really sweet, gentle, attentive and caring as well.. Her work is brilliant as well! 5 out of 5 stars for Dr Rowen! I am so pleased to have visited Dr Merin & Dr Rowen at Vanilla Smiles Dental Clinic.. All the Staff are really friendly with such positive energy around!! The Best Clinc!!

First time I encounter where they cancelled the clients appointment without informing the person. after haven't booked activities as I have a dentist appointment but surprisingly, they just simply says "it's cancelled" if you can wait will gonna do something. what's the use of booking an appointment in that case.. last week... They make me wait for half an hour last week as their dentist is sleeping. Okay, given.. no issue... And now my booking is cancelled. That act is not acceptable... Be professional guys

Negative experience: Very pathetic services.. unpolite staff and all Filipinos no respect for any other community. Dr will be free still they won't take patients and do timepass Nd gossips. All time staff doing personal conversations on phone. Never visit this clinic. Dr very arrogant. My 11 years bleeding and they are just not caring and telling me next tym don't visit very unprofessional approach

Negative experience: Having read the outstanding reviews in Google, I decided to try the services (I booked an appointment for oral prophylaxis at 6pm today, 1st March). When I approached the reception, I was asked to fill out one form and provide my Emirates ID. After, I was asked to wait. 15 minutes have passed and I was seated still. Please know that I came all the way from JAFZA. I’m sure you can imagine the traffic I’ve been through and the stress - just to make it on time for my 6pm appointment. When I inquired how much longer should I wait, I was just informed that it will take another 5-15 minutes more. Just like that. :/

Fantastic experience: Vanilla Smiles Dental Clinic and Dr. Nair both are the BEST, I had not seen such a professional doctor until now. I was there for my Jaw Pain Treatment, and the pain was popping out all of sudden when i used to chew, I was not able to eat, Dr. Nair’s consultation and prescription helped me a lot, the pain went off within two days course. After a week’s treatment, now my jaws are back to normal and now I can chew like before. Not only a professional, but Dr. Nair is also a great person by heart. Negative experience: On 29th of June 19 I had a severe pain in my tooth so visited this clinic there was phillipino lady doctor she started my treatment without giving any anesthesia as I couldn’t bear the pain so I asked her to stop but she was so rude and wasn’t serious about my pain. I had my bad experience with doctor treatment.

Negative experience: Pathetic service.just called the number spoke to Geetha the receptionist who was just giving reasons saying doctor left and only building excuses.the timing for the clinic is until 10 pm and she said doctor not there..i wish i can complaint to the ministry of labour or some official concern for the kind of response given to patient who is in urgent need...pathetic!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a dentist before for my braces in sharjah but was transferred to burdubai near the work place. I was unsatisfied with the adjustments and so I carefully looked online to find a very convenient clinic around which was the Vanilla Smiles. I met Dr. Nair! Kudos! He was the answer with my tooth problem and I'm truly satisfied with the treatment result that only took 1 year, now just waiting for my retainer. I am seeing and feeling it differently than before. Fantastic experience: I wanted a dentist near my place and I found this in the Internet as part of a group of clinics, one of which I visited before. I didn't like my first dentist so I was kind of apprehensive to try a new one. So I tried my luck. Dr. Nair, the orthodontist in charge of me, was very helpful even though I knew I was kind of impatient to get my treatment done fast because.. I've been wearing my braces for so long. I liked how the staff would always give me a call before the day of my appointment and it helped in keeping adjustments on track. Payment terms were easy since I could pay by cash or card. While there are times I had to wait for my turn despite having an appointment, I understood that some patients take longer to finish and I do know that my session wouldn't be rushed as well. Contacting them is also easy since they do give me a call back if they weren't able to answer it though I rarely had to call anyway. They're friendly enough and the waiting area is cozy and clean. I've already recommended this clinic to a couple of my friends and family and I'm hoping they keep at this level of service or become better. I'm mostly happy with the result of my treatment and thankful I stumbled upon them last year. Easy 5 stars.
