Asmaa and Salwa from reception to the nurses, was incredibly friendly and professional. The clinic was clean and well-organized, and I felt very comfortable throughout its highly recommended "I had an amazing experience with Dr. Noor! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease. Dr. Noor was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain the procedure in detail and answering all my questions. The results exceeded my expectations, and the aftercare was spot-on. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Negative experience: 2 starts goes to Dr. Tarek for being a good doctor who takes a good care of his patients however, the clinic itself is not as good as it should be. Customer service is very poor. I requested a sick leave once and paid for it, they sent me one with the wrong date and claimed they can’t fix it. Another incident i faced with them. I came for my iron drip and the nurse told me the room is ready for me, i went to the bathroom and came back to be told to wait in the waiting area as the room became occupied??? I waited for 20 minutes and didn’t get a room. The reception staff need a proper training i think.

Fantastic experience: I had a nice experience with this clinic , I am so happy to continue with dr Mouna . I lost 22 kg in 4 months.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, my experience with this medical center was disappointing. I had a full blood test done on June 23, and as of June 27, I have still not received the results. There has been no proper follow-up or clear communication from their side, which caused unnecessary delay and frustration. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this clinic.

From the moment we walked in, the receptionists—Batoul, Marwan, and Naya—were incredibly kind and accommodating, doing everything they could to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied. The nurses, Mango and Nithu, went above and beyond in caring for my mom, showing such warmth and attentiveness. Dr. Tariq was absolutely brilliant—knowledgeable, reassuring, and consistently checking on my mom while she received her IV drip. His dedication truly made a difference. The level of care and professionalism at Lifemed is exceptional. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for top-quality medical service with a compassionate touch! I will definitely go again.

Negative experience: لا اتصور عياده انها تحجز مبلغ من العميل لغرض حجز موعد وعند رغبه العميل بالغاء الموعد لا يتم ارجاع المبلغ هل يوجد قانون محلى ينص على ذالك ولا هو اجراء شخصى ! يرجى الافاده لاتخاذ اللازم وعند الرغبه بالحصول على خدمه ثانيه مقابل المبلغ المودع يجب ان يتى الموافقه عليه علما بأن المبلغ موجود بالسيستم يعني يحق للشخص اخذ اي جلسه او استشاره بالمبلغ فقط للمماطله فعلا مكان لايحترم العميل الاتجاه الثاني سوف يكون حمايه المستهلك

Negative experience: عندهم اهمال عدم الرد تكلمهم عربي يكلموك انجليزي تكلمهم انجليزي يكلموك عربي لا يوجد إداره وهذا كلام الموظفه وهيا ترد على الهاتف انه لا يوجد إداره نهائي لا انصح احد به نهائي

Negative experience: للاسف الشديد تعبت معاهم كثير ما في اهتمام للمراجعين ولا حتى متابعة مع المرضى همهم الاول معروف المادة فقط ، تعمل فحوصات ما يخبرونك بالنتيجة وأدوية تنرفض ما في متابعة مع التأمين ولا حتى بديل للأدوية المرفوضة وتتصل فيهم تبلغهم ما عندهم غير كلمة ( تكرم ) كله كلام فاضي انا عن نفسي ما راح أراجع هذي العيادة مرة أخرى ولا حتى بنصح احد يروح يتعالج عندهم

Negative experience: Please dont go to this place ever. This is the worst customer service i have experienced in dubai. All the negative reviews given are really true. I have been calling from last 4 days to talk to the doctor and they are not responsive. All i get to hear from the staff is doctor will call me back. I asked them to finally escalate the matter to the CEO and still no action was taken. Upon me calling them again and asking them to connect me to the CEO they transferred my call to HR person who was of no help and has told me the same story that doctor will call back. I suggest go to a place which values people and treat their patients well.

Negative experience: Big scammers Liars ..I and my daughter did my blood test on 21st August today is 28th August NO CALLS NO RESULTS ....went to other clinic today as per Dubai ministry of health all records can be accessed in any clinic ..I had no data in the system as nothing was done by LIFEMED..stop this scam and sweet talks and bluffing people ...very bad clinic liars...

Negative experience: Worst clinic ever i had a very bad experience where i called them to have an appointment and i discussed otp with them the areas that i want to do laser in and the confirmed to do all areas communicated, once i reached and started the laser with the first area and want to move to the second area the nurse their said that they cannot make and i must do it alone?! How is that a normal guy with out and experience of anything and let him do the laser alone what if i burned my self who will be responsible?!!! Worstt worst laser clinic ever
