Positive experience: انا توه خلعت الضرس عند دكتور خالد يعطيه الف عافيه ولكن تأخير مب طبيعي العياده فاضيه نقعد ساعتين ليش قعدت ساعتين و 10 دقايق سويت جميع الإجراءات التأخير فضيع اتمنا تشوفون حل

Dr. Freial Al Nedawi is so thorough and informative, and lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming, as well. Thanks to her Assistant Cecilia Reyes.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at al Dhafra dental clinic. Dr Ferial Jasim did a great job at my implant and is a great doctor, As well as her dental assistant Cecilia Reyes very gentle with me and friendly. The receptionist Joseph Bela-ong was also extremely helpful and friendly overall had a great experience in the dental clinic.

Negative experience: قمت بزيارة مركز الظفرة مع دكتورة هبة راجح طبيب عام انسانه بمنتهى الأخلاق والذوق قامت بعمل اللازم من تنظيف وحشوات بوقت بسيط ودائما احضر بدون موعد وتستقبلني بترحيب وابتسامه لطيفة بتعاملها وشغلها مريح واييدها خفيفة وانا اتابع معاها من سنين لعدم احساسي بالخوف من الألم ..انسانه بشوشة وخدومة جزاها الله خير وشكرا من القلب ربي يحفظ الشيوخ ويعز الإمارات وأهلها

Negative experience: I visited AlDhafra Dental clinic months ago for an appointment with Dr.Maitha, but she decided to let another less experienced doctor to do her work, the appointment was for a checkup and the doctor said I need another appointment to remove the cavities. Additionally, I asked for teeth cleaning on the same day and it wasn’t a good experience overall, it really hurts. I booked another appointment with Dr. Hiba today, and Dr.Hiba decided she also doesn’t want to do my teeth, and told the same less experienced doctor to do it. I told the doctor to take out the cavities she said I had last time, but she couldn’t see them and had to do an X ray in order to see the cavities, stating that X-ray exposure isn’t harmful at all. After she saw the cavities, she stated that she does not have to remove them, and that it will go on its own. She proceeded with removing the cavity of one tooth, which took more than an hour, and she ended up drilling up near the nerve, and when she was done she said that my teeth may hurt a while after due to that, so she created a problem bigger than cavities. Very bad experience overall, I do not recommend anyone to go there.

Negative experience: My son’s tooth extraction was done in less than 10 mins. Dr. Al Nabhani did it and my son was happy. We will see about healing. Pre and post procedure was not explained well- I guess there’s Google. However, it took so long for me to pay. I gave the payment slip to the male receptionist and he said to sit down. All he has to do is let me pay because everything is ready. However, he’s talking to someone via his air pods. What a poor customer service on his part. I asked him what’s taking so long he said it didn’t come in the system yet. I already received the insurance approval and the nurse already gave the pay slip. The rate should have been 4 stars but the receptionist is taking a long time talking to someone on his AirPods. Overall, we stayed in the facility for over an hour, 10 mins for the procedure and the rest is waiting to pay. Dr. Al Nabhani is experienced and good as I’ve observed. His skills are 5 stars. Thank you.

Negative experience: ما أنصحكم في عيادة الظفرة تجربة سئية جدا مع الدكتور خالد في خلع ضرسي بطريقة عشواێية وبقوة وبدون خبرة نهاێيا مع انه يبين انه ذو خبرة شكليا واتضرر العظم واللثه جروح وعانيت من نزيف لمدة 5 ساعات ورجعت عندهم وطلعو كسار عظم زيادة وخيطو اللثه وما اقول الإ حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيه

Fantastic experience: Great service at Al Dhafra Dental Center. Appointments, timing, doctors & nurses all perfect. First visit was for diagnosis with Dr. Hussamaldeen Chaker , then with Dr. Khaled Al Nabhani who extracted my wisdom tooth with no time, I thought it will take more time and painful but instead I saw my tooth in front of me, all done peacefully alhamdulillah. Highly recommended Daad

Negative experience: كأول تجربه حقي فالعيادة لخلع ضرس العقل توفقت مع الدكتور خالد النبهاني الحمدلله جلع ضرس العقل بسهوله و لكن موظفة الإستقبال حمده البلوشي كانت قاعده في كونتر رقم 3 تاريخ20/05/2024 الساعه 08:05 الصبح كانت سيئه جدا فالتعامل ( اول شيء تسوي معاملتي وفي نفس الوقت تتكلم فالسامعه الايربودز مع حد + كانت مزجمه سلمتني الهويه بالايد المتلوثه ( وين التعقيم)! + تتكلم وياي بأسلوب الطفرانه ! ) عفوا بس الصراحه أسلوب مثل هذا يفضل ان يتحسن للأفضل لانه نحن كمرضى مب مستعدين نقابل اشخاص جي .

Negative experience: The worest service all over the world I am so frustrated ,cause I raise complain against them they started to punish me with their very bad service I am not advice any one to come to this center specifically if you are in pain ,they will let you die even not in peace no to suffer alot to die,if there is less than 1 star Sure I will give them.

Negative experience: My sister had tooth extraction and they did so forcefully that dentist asked for other dentist help after successfully extraction they sent her immediately home, since then it was bleeding with clots. she went to emergency at night after continuous bleeding for 4 hours,result is it is ruptured Now she is waiting to go any other dental for stitches required. Maybe her gums are sensitive but it was their responsibility to check on her if everything went smooth She suffered so much last night couldn't breathe eat whole night because of the bleeding.

Positive experience: الخدمة ممتازة لكن فترة الانتظار سيئة جدا. مع وجود موعد الانتظار يصل ل٤٥ دقيقة مع العلم ان الموعد لأحد كبار المواطنين. لا توجد أولوية لهم.

Negative experience: (من اسوء العيادات للطب الاسنان) المواعيد تكون بعد اشهر و الطواري لازم تتريا ساعة.

Fantastic experience: ملاذ رائع لمن لعبت العيادات الخاصة بأسنانهم . الاستقبال ممتاز والعاملين ودودين ويبادرون بالمساعدة، يوجد مصلى داخل العيادة، وكل الأطباء الذين تعاملت معهم أبهروني بإحترافيتهم وعملهم المتقن.. العام والعصب والخلع والزراعة، ويتابعون تقييمات وملاحظات الزوار،..فقط يعيب المركز أن مواعيدهم بعيدة نوعا ما

Negative experience: العياده زبالة اهمال بشكل رهييب انا حاله جراحيه للفك والمفروض عندي خطه علاجيه واضحه ولكن اتعطلت ٣ شهور على بعضهم بسبب ان الدكتور نازل اجازه سنويه ولا في حد تابع وياي ولا حد سال مركبه تقويم اتفك كله واتاذيت ولا حد سائل ومتابع الدكتور احمد اللي يتابع حالتي غير ملتزم بالحالات اللس عنده وعن تجربة خاصه كش فارق معاه اصلا سواء عمليه جراحيه ولا حالات حرجه

Positive experience: الدكتور خالد ما شاء الله على مهنيته وشاطر واايد في خلع الضرس في اقل من ٥ دقايق بس للاسف الاستقبال والتسجيل محتاجين للتدريب خاصة عمرو وآمال ما عندهم اسلوب لبق مع المراجعين واهمالهم لاوراق المرضى وبطاقات الهوية

Negative experience: يوجد لديهم طبيبة مصرية فاشلة درجة اولى تفلسفت في أسناني و لا ازال اعاني بعد سنة كاملة و كذبت علي و قالت ان علاجهم للعصب جلسة واحدة و هو ليس جلسة واحدة و طبيبهم لعلاج العصب ايده ثقيلة جدا . لا انصح بهم ابدا ابدا
