Negative experience: I fix my teeth many years back in this clinic, and recently I discovered that they broke drilling tools in my teeth, and they just covered it up without informing me. I get to know after scanning with another doctor.

Positive experience: Decent service. Can be improved though. Total charges came out to be around 10k for the 1 year 2 months setup. In case of emergency assistance, the centre is not adaptable, which in my view, it should be based on the gravity of and ramifications of inaccurate dental crown and brackets can do to mouth health.

Was warmly welcome by the reception staff Following to it my dentist was Dr. Fatima very friendly and kind. Fantastic experience: بطبعي كنت دائما اخاف الذهاب لعيادات أطباء الاسنان ، لكن تجربتي مع عيادة نجم وطاقمه الرائع والأجواء الرائعه مع الترحيب والابتسامة التي تنطبع على وجوه كل أعضاء الفريق والتي تشعرك بالامان والاطمئنان ، ناهيك عن وجود أطباء محترفين جدا وعلى رأسهم الدكتور علي ، أشكركم جميعا على جهودكم ، وفقكم الله والى الامام

Negative experience: The service is good but I didnt like the way they were behaving. Seemed to be in some sort of a hurry. I went there for my childs treatment. I think they need to improve communication skills and behavior.

Fantastic experience: I would like to say thanks to NAGEM Dental Clinic for their great effort in solving problems with my teeth. The work which they have done was professional and accurate. I would like to recommend this clinic to anyone who has dental problems. The ambience in the clinic is great, the staff is friendly and the equipment is high tech.
Fantastic experience: The staff of Nagem Dental Center is so nice. They have all the dental treatment in their center and no need to go to other clinics as they are professionals. The doctors are very welcoming as well. And they have nice colored filling for kids. My daughter was so amazed. I highly recommend Nagem Dental Center

Fantastic experience: Dr. Nagem is wonderful. If you ask, he will take the time to explain everything to you --. He takes you through any x-rays he takes and gives great recommendations to manage any problem you may have. Highly recommend!!
