Fantastic experience: ‏I recently visited Palermo Clinic for a dental cleaning and filling. The dentist Tasneem was incredibly professional, friendly, and great with kids. She made my three-year-old son feel so comfortable during his cleaning and checkup. I never expected him to sit still in the chair without crying, but she knew exactly how to keep him calm by putting on his favorite cartoon. After the appointment, he was thrilled to receive a small gift and sticker. The prices were very reasonable too. Highly recommend Dr.Tasneem for anyone looking for excellent dental care!

Negative experience: It’s Martyna, leaving the review from my husband’s account. I had the worst experience ever with this clinic. I had my retainer placed in December. The doctor said the probability of breaking is very low so I chose to do it here even though in my home country they use a more durable materials. It broke super quickly in April causing me a lot of inconvenience of coming back again for the repair. The doctor was only available once a week so you had to be with a broken retainer for many days. He repaired it but it broke again one month later. As it was hurting my teeth I had to trust another doctor not orthodontist to make a quick fix and come back again to properly fix it. It was already 4 visits for the same thing in just a few months. Then one more month passed and exact same thing broke one more time. As it was 6 months from December the clinic said it’s no longer their responsibility even though it was only two months after the first fix. The fix was clearly badly made as it didn’t last but the clinic only cares about charging you not if the service is good quality and lasts. In the end after just 6 months and a half I have to pay again for the new retainer. It was a huge waste of money and time for me to ever trust this clinic. Be aware and don’t make the same mistake!

Fantastic experience: Ragheed Tawfeeq is not just one of the best dentists in town, but rather the best one to see in Abu Dhabi. A great experienced professional with years and years in the field, carrying out fillings, implanting and other cosmetic procedures such veneers. I ve done a lot for my teeth in this clinic, and I can emphasize that opting for their service was the right decision to make. From the moment you enter his chic and spacious clinic, you get a clear vision for the treatment plan. As he serves an elitist clientele, you don’t need to wait a long time. Once you reach the clinic, you enter directly or barely wait for few minutes. The clinic is finely mastering the follow up, as they can fix any sudden issue very quickly, usually the following day. To be honest, I couldn’t ask for more. The credit goes also to the friendly staff welcoming your every time with professionalism and much care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Ragheed is very professional . It was a very fast and easy tooth extraction for my upper wisdom tooth and lower impacted wisdom tooth. All the staff are professional too. And the receptionist greet us nicely. The clinic is very neat,tidy and good ambience. Highly recommended 10/10
