Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to the dentists there, they don’t even know the basics of any treatment, in pain for 3 days because the dentist didn’t know I have infection and just did the filling for me.

The ear Dr is so unprofessional 20 days finish, but still suffering from ear pain and water leak from ear and asking more money just to write prescription Ac not working very sitting arrangements are like charity place Ajman govt should take action on this kind of clinic -0 rating

Negative experience: They take money and don’t fix their 1000 years back air conditioners people come sit and rot inside and I’m someone with allergies can’t tolerate heat and sweating someone clean can’t sit in this type of place I regret doing my teeth from here everytime I come they delay me very bad and unclean

Negative experience: Today, I visited Al Ittihad Polyclinic & Diagnostic Centre with my wife for dental surgery and had a very disappointing experience. The staff at the reception were extremely unprofessional and impolite. To make matters worse, they were openly arguing with each other, creating a very uncomfortable and chaotic environment. The level of customer care was appalling. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone based on our experience.

Negative experience: Very bad customer service...This indian man he's feeling that the center is for him....we are waiting for almost 1 hr and my son is already a patient here for more than 3 yrs for orthodontist and now they let us wait for long time.....They are after money only....Put at least educated person with customer service experience not like this man..Think before you go!

Negative experience: I honestly think this is a good health care provider for dental care but I gave the one star because of 2 bad experiences me and my friend had with Dr F R, I went for dental cleaning and a check up and he finished the cleaning session in under 10 minutes !!! He was so rough and completely ruined a teeth that only needed just a little bit of cavity filling he also told me to do a procedure that I did not need and since i did not like what he did to my teeth I went for a second opinion at the same center with Dr. S K and he told me exactly what procedure I actually needed.

Negative experience: سيء جدا عملت سن عندهم حشوة عصب ب700 درهم وبعد اقل من شهر وقعت، ورجعت الدكتورة حشة وحده جديدة ب 250 درهم، وكمان وقعت الحشوة، ومش عارف شو اعمل لحتى اخلع السن الان، مع العلم ان هناك الم شديد. ودكتورة الاسنان لا تفقه سيء بالاسنان

Negative experience: دكتور الاسنان جاكيش سيئ التعامل مع المرضى لا انصه ونصاب في العلاج Dentist jakes is bad in dealing with patients, the nerve has been treated and reappeared due to bad treatment. I do not recommend it

Negative experience: عيادة الاسنان مابيفهمو شي سويت علاج عصب وحشو وبعد شهر رجع الالم نفس الضرس وراجعتهم لقيت ناس مسوين مشاكل عندهم نفس المشكله ورحت عياده غيرهم بعد ماخدو الف درهم

Negative experience: طبيب الباطنية قاعد بيتحزر . شوية كلية. وشوية حصوة مرارة بعد ١٠ ايام مراجعة وتكلفة ادوية أكثر من ٧٠٠ درهم وتحاليل وكشفية. تعبت اكثر يوم اللي رحت مراجعة بيقولي عندك قولون وفتاق اربي. سالني اول مرة رحت. عندك حرقة في البول وقلتلو لا. راح واصفلي دوا للحرقة. والله لاشكتي عليكم في وزارة الصحة وافتح تقرير فيكم. صحة الناس ما تهمهم بس فلوس.

Negative experience: اخر بهدله الانف والاذن والحنجره الدكتور هناك عاوز الناس رايحه جايه عليه اكثر من سنه ومفيش اى نتيجه عاوز يشغل الصيدليه التابعه ليهم بدون اى لازمه سنه كامله بعالج اذنى هناك وكل ما اذهب هناك عشان غسيل الاذنى والتنظيف يقول فى التهاب لغايه ما تعبت من الذهاب ليهم اخر موعد لى معه الخميس القادم اذا لم يعالج الامر ويقوم بتنظيف الاذن سوف اشتكى عليه

Fantastic experience: I had treatment several times in dental clinic with Dr. Faizur Rahman, he is professional and very good person. One of best dentists I had meet.

Negative experience: Dr. Sunil Nair did my checkup twice on 10 days. He tried many tests but could not find the disease. My health heavily deteriorated in that time. Then I stopped treatment and went to another clinic. That Dr. itentified which disease I had just by looking at symptoms. His test confirmed the same.

Negative experience: First of all they have chosen the worst , the rudest receptionist in all of ajman , a filipina who hates other asia people . Even if you call them she is the one who picks the call and replies in the ruddest way possible . 2nd it is like a fish market out there, no proper air condition and smelly recepetion area. 3rd since it is a very busy place , doctors want to get most of the patients and don't provide best of the service for dental. The permanent filing which was done on my front teeth was done in such a way that i had sensation after the treatment. After 4 days went to another place for a better trearment and found out that the part of the teeth was not covered with the filing . Very bad experience .from starting till the end . Horrible people .

Negative experience: It was a bad experience for me. I visited many times for dental problems. I got good treatment also. 28th April night i went to clinic because of heavy pain. The time was 9:02 pm. I told receptionist i need to see the doctor because of heavy pain. They replied closing time 9 o clock, So you cant see the doctor. I requested many times. They denied. I went to other doctor. They gave me good treatment.

Positive experience: The reception was good, I was waiting during the morning period 9 am it was not long to wait and good staff in the dental department, prices are also affordable!

Fantastic experience: Well I just happened to visit this clinic last week on the 27th August.They are a group of friendly Doctors especially the the Dental Department.The Dental Department \has a group of doctors and they have all the latest Gadgets .They charge very reasonable .When I compare the facilities in this clinic and another clinic I visited in Jumeirah ,I bet this clinicis way ahead of time .Dental CT's ,3D x-rays ,laser.,,the list goes on and on ..Finally tooth aches and dentists are not nightmares anymore......
