Negative experience: I've paid almost three thousand dirhams in this clinic for three crowns and a root canal filling and then I was feeling pain when I drank any cold drink. I visited the clinic again and he told me there is nothing wrong that's why i was eating on the other side. After less than six months, two of the crowns fell down and I no longer felt pain. After consulting another doctor, he told me that the crown was pressing on the gum, which is why I was feeling pain. One more thing I had black marks on three tooth and I asked him to clean it and then I was feeling pain and even after visiting him again still have the same pain. Now I trying to fix what he did in another dental clinic. Very very bad Experience. not recommended at all. don't waste your time and your money

After my initial x-rays and check up, Dr. Sajith spent the time to explain what was going on based on the imaging and his findings which helped me to understand the line of treatment better.The treatment was done without any issues and was very cost effective. The staff made a follow-up call the next day of every treatment to check how I was feeling and that was very assuring. Negative experience: Very bad experience they give me an appointment @ 12pm today I arrived at 11:40am then I waited til 1:40pm and still the dentist not available and they keep saying it’s done and it’s done but still no and I spoke with their receptionist and say what time I can come that no need to wait like this because my teeth is too much pain already and they said come back at 730pm tonight and now they called again and said dentist not available tonight and come again tomorrow? What is this??? Very bad please be also considerate with the timing of your patients

I'm very much comfortable to share my experience in my own language, here it is.. ഞാൻ ഏതാണ്ട് ഒരു വർഷം മുൻപ്, കൃത്യമായി പറഞ്ഞൾ Dubai Expo നടക്കുന്ന സമയത്ത്, 2022 Feb I guess... Expo ൽ ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്ക് duty.. അന്ന് Dr. Sajith എൻ്റെ root canal ചെയ്തിരുന്നു, ശേഷം cap ഇടാനും പറഞ്ഞിരുന്നു, ആ സമയത്താണ് എനിക്ക് ജോലി കിട്ടി ഇങ്ങോട്ടേക്കു Muscat ൽ വന്നത്.. പിന്നീട് treatment drop ആയി.. last week ൽ, അതെ side ൽ ഒരു wisdom teeth വന്നു പ്രശ്നം ഉണ്ടാക്കി, ഇന്ന് (07.06.2023) ഞാൻ Surgical Extraction ചെയ്തു.. അതിനിടെ X-ray എടുക്കുക ഉണ്ടായി, ഏതാണ്ട് 28 വർഷം എക്സ്പീരിയൻസ് ഉള്ള Dr. ആയിരുന്നു ഇന്നത്തേത്.. പുള്ളിക്കാരി ചോദിച്ചു എവിടുന്നാ Root Canal ചെയ്തതെന്ന്, അല്പം പരിഭ്രമിച്ചു പോയി.. Sharjah ൽ നിന്നാണെന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു.. കാര്യം ചോദിച്ചു, അപ്പോ Dr പറഞ്ഞു നന്നായി ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്.. neat and clean എന്ന്... ശരിക്കും അത് കേട്ടപ്പോൾ Dr. സജിത്ത്നെ ഓർത്തുപോയി.. നന്ദി..!! ആ സമയത്ത് Job ഉം accommodation ഉം Jebel Ali ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും എന്നെ Dr. സജിത്ത്ൻ്റ് എടുത്തു എത്തിച്ചത് എൻ്റെ friend റിയാസ്ക്ക ആയിരുന്നു, അങ്ങേരുടെ വാപ്പച്ചിയെയും ഈ Dr ആണ് നോക്കിയത്.. രണ്ടു പേരോടും ഒരിക്കൽ കൂടി നന്ദി പറയുന്നു

Positive experience: Doctor is good But receptionist is not good coz recently my son teeth hit by football, I checked with some clinic by seeing Google review, also my wife family doctors background we consult then we choose Tawheed coz we found them near our home , dr.ameena checked ✔️ started doing root canel by informing that will cost 400 I agreed middle doing RCT, said need 120 for one more teeth also some work I agreed then finally informed that wired need 250 I asked finally discount coz sudden budget she gave 50, I noticed that while Dr.ameena doing treatment often come disturb saying other 2 patients waiting ✋️ as Dr is doing like operations receptionist should know time Finish also not good while treatment time disturbing, best things when finish one patient should call by doctor another patient. I am not angry on her but attitude focusing money not patient satisfaction. Rest I respect all of them big surgen when I asked doubt reply by phone . Customer satisfaction is more important. Hope management understands
