Negative experience: Very disappointed with this clinic. My husband had only mild crooked teeth when we started treatment here in 2022. After two years of braces and countless adjustments, his teeth look exactly the same—no progress at all. It feels like they were just milking our dental insurance instead of providing real results. We stopped going, and I will never recommend this clinic or their dentist to anyone.

He is genuinely caring along with his thoughtful Filipina dental assistant Laila. I always feel comfortable doing all the procedures and treatment with Dr. Aous And Laila. Dr. Aous always care for the best health interest of his patients. He works meticulously and thoroughly and wouldn't miss a thing to keep your dental health in its best. Fantastic experience: The clinic is very pleasant and the staff are very polite and accommodating. Dr. Nasr and his assistant is very kind. I am generally stressed whenever I am with the dentist, but Dr. Nasr made me feel less scared by being gentle while doing the procedure and making sure I am comfortable all throughout.

Fantastic experience: I am very thankful to Dr. Ola and Ms. Nurse for taking care of my serious condition. I had an abscess on my tooth. I had a lump on my gums that never goes away even with the cleaning (thats because of the infection). Dr. Ola prescribes ATB and make Root canal treatment and after 2 sessions its gone. No whole process was no pain at all. And the reception staffs were so approachable and hospitable. Thank you so much much. Kudos PSDC ❤️❤️

Positive experience: عيادة جميلة في وسط منطقة الخالدية. تعامل الموظفين في الإستقبال جداً راقي ومحترمين. الدكتورة عُلا ماشاءالله عليها كفت ووفت في التنظيف وأعطاء النصائح والإرشادات. للأسف المركز لا يُغطي او لا يقبل كافة أنواع التأمين، بالرغم من ان تأميني يشمل الأسنان، لكن هذا المركز لا يقبل تأميني.. لذا يرجى التأكد من نوع التأمين الخاص بكم. بشكل عام التجربة كانت ممتازة والتعامل كان رائع.. شكراً لكم.

Fantastic experience: I heard about the clinic from my friend. Immediately I visit the clinics but unfortunately that day Dr. Shadi not available his duty in Khalifa City. Next I visit him and I met him at 17:00 hrs. ما شاءالله after meeting with Dr. Shadi I get he fixer appointment in Khalidiya clinic and I started to replant my teeth implants my teeth. First. Thank you Dr. Shadi. He is very cooperative Second Thank s for both receptions for the hospitality. Like water and coffee machine too. Negative experience: Poor and unprofessional service. Be ready that you will get surprise about pricing even if before visiting you check your insurance option in this clinic. I got list of services which cover my insurance like x-ray,filling….and I was ready pay extra which my insurance didn’t cover…but after appointment I got surprise because they gave totally different price and after my question “why?” I had amazing answer “ That insurance doesn’t work in this clinic” only after showing chats with them they made step back and start act like they have new staff and they are not involved yet with all rules. After I got one more appointment with them after month…. So before appointment I check face to face availability of my insurance again and we deal about everything….So I was waiting for month and believed that previous situation was happened by mistake before two days of my appointment I got message reminder and after call where they informed me that insurance will not cover it….again same story !!!!! So they was keep me waiting for months just to give this “kind warning” !!!!! About professional cleaning….I paid 500AED… Dentist didn’t leave not a single healthy place on my gums!

My dentist, Dr.Bilal is efficient in his work and he is a very straight forward person. He wants you to respect his time and follow his advice as much as possible which I kinda liked it because its for the benefits of both of us.One thing that I’m concerned is the location, it’s far from the city. Nevertheless, its almost perfect.

Negative experience: Not recommended, at all. They didn’t want to help me with my small request, juts to change chain for my braces. Will never recommend any of my friends. Already found another clinic who can help me with this. They didn’t ask me any report from my doctor and follow treatment, I could provide it as well. They juts told me that they are not gonna do anything. So, if someone has the same issue as me, don’t ask them for help, don’t wast time.
