Fantastic experience: Dr.Warda Is very gentle and knows how to deal with kids both my 4 and 9 years likes to come to the clinc . Clinc is well maintained and treatment prices are reasonable. They accept Essad Card.

Negative experience: I started my orthodontic treatment here, and while the doctor seems good and the clinic is clean, I was never informed beforehand that the orthodontist is only available on Saturdays for a few hours. This limited schedule doesn’t work for me personally, and when I tried to explain that, the receptionist dismissed my concern, saying it suits everyone else which I found unhelpful and disrespectful. I expected more understanding, especially since braces require regular follow up care This situation has made it hard to continue my treatment, and I think this kind of information should be clearly explained upfront not discovered later.

Negative experience: The dentist is the best but the receptionist who speaks in arabic is sooo rude and lacks customer service skills,, i recommend training her otherwise people will start shifting to other dentistry

Fantastic experience: اليوم استوالي احلى موقف شفتة أنا كانت عندي تسوس من صوبين و بيسون حشو واقلو انه سعر 102 لاكن مع الخلع يعني توتل 190 لاكن ماكان هي هل مبلغ فاااا اتفهمو الموضوع و سولي الحشو و قالو باجر اقدر ادفع المبلغ عادي....... صراحة ماحسيت بأي الم والحمدالله

Fantastic experience: كان علاجي مع الدكتوره اسماء .. لي و لزوجي و عيالي" 6 سنوات و 5 سنوات".. لاحظت انها تعرف تتفاهم مع الأطفال .. كانت تفهمني كل خطوه كانت تسويها لي و لعيالي.. Recommend this clinic.. especially Dr.Asma .. she knows how to deal with the kids , she was explaining everything for me..ex: " what she will do , what I have to do after the treatment

Fantastic experience: The clinic is very good with reasonable prices for all services and they accept many different insurance companies as well as discounted cards such as ESAAD and Fazaa. Many thanks to Dr. Asma who took after my case. She is well qualified, friendly, and works hardly with passion and patience. Positive experience: I had a couple of dental procedures and it took weeks of back and forth before completing the procedure. However, the results are worth the wait as they paid attention on what I wanted. I am satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Great Clinic, I had a very good treatment for my family, my homemade and myself. Dr Tasneem and Dr Warda are taking care of every detail, they are kind and helpful, she gave me my time to understand the situation to make up my mind. My mother my kids and my homemade are satisfied with the doctors attitude and treatment, on the other hand, the price is reasonable compared to the quality moreover they accepted ESSAD And FAZAA cards for more discounts.
