Fantastic experience: Many thanks to Dr. Caroline and the New York Dental Clinic, most of my fillings have been in place since childhood, wich mean they are 20-30 years old, and it’s time to replace them, I am very proud of my teeth and glad that I manage to keep them, I recommend Dr. Caroline to everyone, I felt comfortable and easy, and also quickly in 1.5 hours Dr. Caroline did 2 fillings and prepared the tooth for the crown, and in 45 minutes the cementation! Dr. Ajay and Dr. Walerie watched the process

Fantastic experience: Dr Diksha Batra truly IS the pain-free dentist. My 4 year old had some cavities to be taken care of. We took her to a different dentist but never could convince her to do the procedure to fill up the cavities and polish her teeth. But with Dr Diksha, she did the entire procedure without a single drop of tear! Definitely recommend Dr Diksha for kids and adults alike!

He not just gave my wife the most beautiful and healthy smile, but also for me he managed to help me with my problems regarding cavities and inflamed tooth roots. Also my wisdom tooth he removed amazingly without any swelling or pain later on. Besides this „hard“ facts. He also just has the most amazing team which is doing a great job especially with the follow up and reminding service which in my case is very necessary as my schedule changes frequently. Fantastic experience: I have had issues with my teeth for much of my life, so I can safely say that I know a lot of dentists in 3 different countries! By far the best is Dr Ajay Juneja at the New York Dental Clinic. He had to work on most of my mouth last year over a period of 3 months. The results are absolutely perfect and I love my smile now. He examined my mouth and spoke through at length about the options available for a small consultation charge and could show me many examples of his work before providing a quote so I knew exactly what I was getting beforehand. This included taking a number of headshots so he could design the corrections required to work with my facial features. There is no “quick fix” with Dr Ajay and I am confident that his work will stand the test of time. The aesthetics aside, Dr Ajay keeps discomfort to an absolute minimum - the most painless injections I have ever had. The clinic itself is lovely with new equipment, and the dental nurse very gentle. All the staff very friendly and professional. I cannot recommend this clinic more highly. Update: 4 years later my teeth are still in great shape, and no issues with my 6 monthly checkups. Cleaning is done thoroughly by Dr Ajay himself for the same price as a hygienist. Amazing dentist who always makes sure of his patient’s comfort - nothing to fear at this clinic.

Negative experience: I have to keep searching where Dr Siju is now doing clinic as he has magic when doing my root canal in his previous clinic. When I called I was asked by reception to submit my old procedure report which does not make sense as it was from another tooth and clinic and Im seeking treatment for a different tooth. This is the first clinic that ever asked for previous clinic reports. When I next asked for appointment telling the reception the previous clinic did not have the report, she moved me to another dentist which defeats the purpose why I want to come to their clinic: to have the root canal with Dr Siju! This is not a customer friendly way at all. Very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I needed aesthetic work done as I had cavities in my front 2 teeth. As always Dr. Juneja did a phenomenal job and went the extra mile to file my teeth as he said it would make my smile look better. I couldn't be happier and feel so confident smiling again. Fantastic experience: When you reach adulthood, you realise that you need to be responsible and set up your own appointments with dentists... I visited a separate dentist pre-COVID, who over charged and underworked, leaving me with an un-capped root canal. COVID hit, and I did not make an appointment for two years. The tooth was basically disintegrating. Moved to a new job where my colleague recommended NYDC..... what.a.life.changer. Within 1 appointment with Dr. Caroline, I was convinced I wanted her to be my dentist for the rest of my life. I have been recommending her left and right to friends, colleagues, and family. 1 appointment in, if you have as many cavities / work needed as I did, you're given a treatment plan. This allows you to plan ahead and arrange finances, plan for insurance payments, etc. This was super helpful for me as I had limited money to expend on treatments, and helped me budget and plan my finances - my insurance is 75% co-pay, so all in all its been manageable and definitely worth while. Your teeth are with you for the rest of your life! It will pay to invest in them, just don't put it off for as long as I did.. 3 months in and I'm only a few appointments (4 cavities) away from completing my plan and resuming checks/cleaning only. I'm just waiting for my insurance to renew so I don't pay fully out of pocket. She was also able to save my uncapped tooth. She pays attention to detail, takes her time in shaping your tooth so you chew the way you're supposed to. She's incredible. Dr. Caroline is caring, considerate, takes the time to know you, and ensures your experience is as comfortable as possible. She introduced me to the Rubber Dam technique (which I have never heard of and absolutely love) does not shy away from ensure you are pain-free, and taught me all I need to know to ensure my teeth are healthy for the rest of my life. Did you know Listerine kills good bacteria too! I didn't! On top of that, Milli at reception is incredibly on-top of things. She's responsive, ensures your booking is as seamless as possible, checks-in the day before, all the things you'd want your dream dentists office to do. They have your insurance papers ready in advance and give you everything in a neat and tidy envelope. Truly changed how I view dentists - I'm no longer scared to visit, only excited to get a step closer to having the healthiest teeth of my life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you!
