Fantastic experience: العياده رهيبه ماشاءالله والبنات ظريفين والاستقبال كان رهيب ودكتورة منال دكتوره شاطره ماشاءالله عليها وربي يحفظها كان بالها طويل مع بتي بالاخص بتي خوافه

Negative experience: I was there before 2 month and I had underarm botox Treatment against sweating. Eyery one there assured me for the next 6 Month I'm not going to sweat. After only one month I started to sweat again. Now I can't even tell that I had such Treatment! Don't go there, all they care about is money! Very very very bad experience 600 AED for absolutely nothing

Negative experience: تجربه سيئ جدا في مجال الشعر لا انصح به ابدا شعري عم يهر من دون ما تفحصني الدكتوره بتقلي بدك بلازما هر نص شعري فيها وخلتني اشتري ادويه عل فاضي بل اخير بروح عند غيرن بطلع معي نقص بس فيتامين D

Fantastic experience: amazing work, kind staff and always prepared and clean station, I get my my botox here and there’s always no swelling afterwards and doesn’t hurt at all, I always love the results and have been coming here since i found out about it.

Negative experience: مع احترامي بس عملت عندكم أسوء جلسة هيدرافيشل ! يعني الممرضة اللي حاطينها للهايدرافيشل غير محترفة أبدا ! جهاز التبخير وجهته لنص اليسار من الوجه و تركت نص وجه اليمين بدون تبخير، و طبعا وضعته أقل من دقيقة، حاولت تخرج الرؤوس السوداء بأصابعها بدل ما تستخدم أداء التنظيف الخاصة، و قناع الوجه ما كانت لابسته و طول الجلسة تتنفس و تنفخ في وجهي و قلت لها أكثر من مرة ترفع الماسك على وجهها لكن ما ردت علي. خرجت من العيادة بدون ما أناقش معكم لانه ما كانت جلسة تنظيف طبيعية و عنجد كنت بعاني من نفخ الممرضة في وجهي طول فترة الجلسة و صار عندي غثيان منها. و الرؤوس السوداء بعدها موجودة لانه ما تم تنظيفها ! تجربة جدا سيئة! قمت بتقديم شكوى على صفحتهم على الإنستقرام لكن قاموا بحذف الشكوة بدل التواصل معي و تقديم الاعتذار و علاج المشكلة. افتقار تام للحرفية و المهنية و التعامل مع الزبائن، و أسلوب دفع الجلسة قبل البدء بها يدل على أنكم عصابة تسعى للسرقة و ليس لقديم خدمة ذات جودة .

Fantastic experience: صراحه مركز راقي وتعامل راقي وعلاج الاسنان مع دكتورة منال يبهر حقيقه كنت اخاف من شغل الاسنان بصورة خرافيه بس هي دكتورة راقيه بالها طويل وتعامل راقي ويدها خفيفه أنا سعيدة بانو اعترفت عليها وتجربتي معاهم كانت اكتر من رائعه اتشجعته انو اعرض ولدي الصغير ليها منته متخوفه من اوديهو لدكتور اسنان لانو معاهو السكري بس بعد الشفتو منها اكييييد حتابع معاها باذن الله شكرا دكتورة منال وكل الاصطاف العامل

Negative experience: Worst Experience ever, medical staff are not qualified enough to do the procedure and they do not take safety precautions, they had one positive patient of COVID-19 but non of the medical staff did the test and they do not close the clinic for sanitizing, i am wondering how MOH did not close this clinic yet

Every single person is on the same page with respect to listening and delivering a high standard of patient care. I would highly recommend this clinic for any dental work, simple or complicated. I flew all the way from Canada and it's totally worth it.
