Fantastic experience: A well organized center that caters all the necessary needs of every individual who participates in the study. All staffs are professionals in a way that you are made aware of every information of the procedure and the staff performances are really commendable.

Fantastic experience: The facility is very clean and comfortable. Medical staff is very accomodating and friendly. I currently participant on one of there clinical trial study and the doctor explained very clearly about what the study I am participating with. Nurses are very professional and friendly especially nurse FRANCIS ROSANA he asissted me from the time I arrive until I finished. He always ask me if I have questions and I need something. I am a dialysis patient and I participate on there clinical trial I am very taking care of. Thank you to UAE government for having the initiative to build this kind institution that are taking care of us vulnerable people.

Fantastic experience: First, I'd like to acknowledge the professional behaviour of the staff at Abu Dhabi Health Research Center. They were diligent and extremely professional Medical Team (Physician, Nurses and Health Allied Staff). Secondly and perhaps more importantly, the waiting time was minimal, from the Registration they have the female and male area. Very Clean as well as organised. They conduct different clinical studies from Covid19 vaccine clinical trial to Clinical Health Studies that improves your health well being. The Abu Dhabi Health Research Center is the first Health Research Facility in UAE or I would say First in Gulf Area Region with fully equipped medical machines and state-of-the-art laboratory and pharmacy. Lastly they have Teleconsultation follow up and Easy contact hotline number (02-8191119) for your concerns and inquiries. A extremely recommended health research facility.

Fantastic experience: Al Khaleej Healthcare center is now well known as ABU DHABI HEALTH RESEARCH CENTER. Abudhabi health research center is one of the best centers in UAE The staff here is very friendly, providing the best quality service Very pleased with their welcoming. Well organized and Waiting time is very less. I am glad that the Abudhabi govt cares about every person here. I will advise everyone to volunteer for the vaccine trials being conducted in the Abudhabi Health Research Center.

Negative experience: Bad, untrained staff specially the reception. The are busy with their phones and never support with proper information , they should leave this job for better people , I have visited three times and faced different staff , but all times the same issue

Negative experience: Keep calling 800 50, and whenever there is 1 person left before me in the call order, nothing else happens. I have called here at least 11 times over the past week, and was on hold for average 17 minutes. It keeps on saying 1 person before me, but no one ever picks up. What should I do?

Fantastic experience: *Free Vaccination Centre for kids, Younger than 18 years old (even if born abroad) *Expats must carry Vaccination record, Emirates ID and Insurance card, if you do not have insurance card, electricity bill or tenancy contract will do. *First comers need to get registered, come personally, get appointment, you will receive SMS *Call 80050 (seha) for future appointments. *On arrival, get a Ticket at the entrance First comers -ticket for Registration, if u have already appointment - ticket for appointment and Wait for your turn.

Positive experience: Good doctors and friendly nurses. Used to come here for kids vaccinations. It's free. You need to come personaly for the first time to open the file. After that you can book appointments through their call center. Waiting time is almost 1 hour here. Parking space is limited.
