Fantastic experience: Dr. Reyad was the best and most honest Dentist I met in my life till now. I'm living in the United States, after my long journey with my tooth I decided to fix it when I came to visit my brother, and I had only six days to fix my tooth and a lot of work on root canal retreatment Dr. Reyad did it with free pain. Dr. Reyad is an amazing Dr, with explanation, patience, and good experience. I recommend Dr. Reyad. Thank you Dr. Reyad!

Negative experience: I just called this place, someone picked up the phone whilst mid conversation with someone else. I began to explain the problem I have having my teeth and asked for a consultation visit and they hung up. 0/10 - not professional, wouldn’t recommend. Response to your reply : I’m not your “dear” so please refrain from using such a phrase. My phone did not disconnect, you hung up. Your professionalism, or lack thereof, has been amplified by your response.

Fantastic experience: We came yesterday for tooth filling for myself and tooth extraction for my 9 year old son. Location is easy to find and very good clinic. Dr. Yvette Loreto is so patient with my son who cries alot Thank you Dr. Yvette, you are a wonderful dentist. I wish that more people will find and see you for their dental concerns, especially our kabayan. Definitely will refer them to you. More power to you and to Al Saad Clinic.

Fantastic experience: Visited this dental clinic this afternoon to fill my cavity. Easily located, free sand parking. Appointments can be easily booked through the phone. Dr Atef was welcoming and professional. He explained the procedure before we started and made sure I understood or clarified if I had any questions. He is very knowledgeable and clear in his explanations. The clinic could’ve used more decor and perhaps educational (dental education) posters etc. There was a water dispenser but there werent any cups. Nonetheless, I highly recommend Dr Atef for any dental treatments.

Negative experience: Bought a Groupon voucher for clean, polish, scale and stain removal. I saw Dr Saad - he didn't even touch my back teeth or do any stain removal. I was in there for 17 minutes only. My friend also bought a voucher but without the stain removal option and saw a different dentist in the same practice. She was in for 30 mins and got every tooth cleaned properly, so she was happy with her experience. I would not go back to the same dentist again, and actually have to go somewhere else to get my back teeth cleaned now.
