While we were sad to see our first physio move on, our current physiotherapist has maintained that same high standard of caring, professional treatment. The entire team, from reception to the various medical departments including dental, creates such a welcoming environment. It's truly heartening to find a medical centre where genuine care and expertise go hand in hand. Highly recommended for anyone seeking thoughtful, professional healthcare.

Negative experience: A very bad experience, booked for Dental cleaning for me and my wife, they made us wait 45 mins, until we had to leave. Not to mention the unqualified staff at the reception with everytime you ask him/her a question they have to go and check with the management. Highly not recommended.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! Never go back again It's not about the late decisions and wasting time ( one week ) for patients you take it It's about how you talk to me while I'm talking on the phone you don't listen to me instead you keep talking while I'm talking!

I almost fell asleep during the session as it almost like painless free. The price is very reasonable for it's high quality service done. Fantastic experience: I was suffering with severe tooth pain. I consulted with Dr Nelly and she advised to perform root canal after giving 1 week of antibiotic course. Today, dr performed the procedure and to be very honest, she has got amazing hands and the procedure was mashaAllah successful and i am out of pain. Thanks a lot Dr Nelly and to her junior doctor. I would highly recommend Dr Nelly to anyone who needs dentist.

Fantastic experience: Amazing Physiotherapy by Swapna I have been seeing Swapna for over a year now for multiple conditions and she is a very knowledgeable and talented physiotherapist. From muscles releases with firm hands to dry needling and vestibular exercises, she uses a vast array of techniques to make her patients feel better. She is definitely one of the best physiotherapists in Dubai.

Negative experience: It was a bad experience there having a laser session. I asked for lower temperature as I have sensitive skin but they didn't listen and I got burnt. After they knew, there was no care even by a phone call.

Negative experience: The clinic changed their policy, prices and even Doctor (Dr Seba Fadel is not more their). As example, clinic wanted to charge 90AED to make a simple medical letter or report for school (no sick leave). In addition, pharmacy had to correct Doctor prescription as wrong medicine and quantities provided for our 4 years daughter. I would definitely not visit again the Clinic.

Fantastic experience: I am very happy with Vitalite Medical Centre in Mudon but in particular with Doctor Lorena. She is a great professional in her field “dentistry”. Last February 2020 I decided to go ahead with the Invisalign braces and after 9 months my teeth are all straight. Lorena is very kind and sweet person and take very well care of her patients, I strongly recommend her, she is superb.

Fantastic experience: Did a root canal/crown with Dr Lorena Androna in Vitalite clinic. I have to say that this was the smoothest, least painful, cleanest root canal and crown I have ever done in my life (and I have done a lot ). Highly recommended
