Negative experience: They are not committed towards any book appointments in which I arrived 15 mins earlier to my Appointment and spent almost an hour waiting for my turn. Is this is sincerity and dignity to a patient.

Fantastic experience: Very good treatment from Dr Riddhi Kapoor for my son. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: I went to this clinic in Dubai when my front implant crown fell off. It was an emergency, I was far from home, and I had no choice but to trust them. The crown was cemented wrong — lower than before, leaving a gap between the gum and crown. That gap now traps food and saliva daily, which will eventually cause bone loss around the implant. This is basic implant knowledge any competent dentist should know. When I complained, they stopped replying twice. Only when I said I would leave a review did they respond — not to fix it, but to warn me about “legal implications.” At no point did they take ownership and just said it can’t be fixed, the crown would break. They claim the treatment met “professional standards,” but I’m the one left with the consequences and a crown that now causes constant issues and I’ll have to re make it $$. It cant be removed and I cant keep it like this. If you’re in Dubai and in an urgent dental situation, think twice before coming here. Once you leave the chair, you’re on your own.

Fantastic experience: I went to a dentist and he did very bad work. I was in pain, crying, when I was going back home in France they told me to wait 6 months to fix it. So I came here in Bay avenue dental centre. I had 4 appointments with Doctor Sonal Mudrale. She is extremely professional ! she fixed everything, with filling, root canal, no more cavity, and I didn’t even feel any pain !! (I was afraid most for the pain) I highly recommend this dentist ! 10/10 im really happy and very good work , also I got my appointments very quickly thank u Doctor

Negative experience: Disclaimer: I had experience only with one Dr and can't comment about the others, but... My experience wasn't pleasant, and I would say pretty bad. My 1st time doing a dental appointment in Dubai and this place was recommended by a friend. Met Dr.Sachin Mudrale, and as soon as I walked in, I explained how scared I was of dentist, and it was my first time seeing a doctor in Dubai. His comment - nothing but gave me a disapproval look.. I sat, and he examined me and mentioned that I needed scaling and I said sure - He did not prepare me for how painful it would be, and began the procedure - He kept pushing my forehead left and right very strongly with his wrist. - When I showed any discomfort and requested for a break, he would sigh loudly - When I told him to stop and take a break, he angrily said, "Can you let me do my job?" - I stopped him and said "look I know this is your daily job, but I am in pain and discomfort."" His response was while crossing his arms,"What do you want me to do?" I said, " I would like you to be more gentle and careful as you are causing me pain! I swear...all I wanted to do was run out of that room!!!! But we were in the middle of treatment.. As soon as it was done, I came out and was in pain!!!! To the extent that I was crying... The nurse called him, and he asked me what happened. All I said was im pain, and they gave me some medication, and I paid.. & left! So...even if he was having a bad day.. His manners of attending a patient were very bad, and unacceptable! I for sure will NEVER go back and hope no one ever experiences this with him.

Negative experience: Would like to write about Dr. Sonal Mudrale. We had an excellent experience for my kids: 3 y.o. and 8 y.o. It was a first time when my little one didn’t cry, doctor was very kind, gentle and professional, dealing with her, made her few fillings. Super analysis of teeth situation for my 8 year old, with panoramic scanning and advice for future. But…both of my RCT went dramatically wrong. First case was with premolar: I had 5 sessions instead of 2 promised, went through lots of pain during and after treatments. I was told everything was perfectly fine and my pain would go with time. Finally, when after 3 months of struggles I went to another doctor , he said straight, looking at X-ray of tooth, it had TWO root canals, instead of one. It was visible on X-ray pic, furcation was there, indicating it was a premolar with two canals. Second case happened with molar. It was just our first session and I was supposed to come back and finish it, cause of my trip abroad. When I had an immense pain and antibiotic and pain killer didn’t help , I asked for the clear x-ray picture ( doctor maid 5-6, but only last one was clear , with four canals visible on it), but receptionist sent me pics where one canal was hidden behind others. Hope, I really hope, it was a coincidence, but after a new x-ray , a new doctor told me that file was left in one of canals, those one , hidden behind others …. Doctor didn’t inform me about it and was planning to finish this RCT, so , it means with file inside. Doctor Sonal didn’t have microscope, so it was not possible to take those file out without it. It took my new doctor literally 1,5 hours and a superior German microscope to remove the file left by dr. Sonal. Three months of pain and struggles. If one has access to endodotist, should never ever do RCT with GP dentist. It will cost lots of money to remake , but more - health , now both of my teeth are not possible to be redone without caps in future, when after successful RCT it’s possible to stay with fillings only even after two-three remakes. I have all pictures, x-rays and bills with me, so can send to anyone to prove the reality of this story. Worse experience I had ever had with a dentist. As a conclusion: Pros: location, parking available, prices and honesty with price list ( once told , price stays the same, no matter how many sessions doctor arranges for the patient) , super for kids and toddlers, always possible to book an appointment, doctor tried her best, arriving earlier and moving other patients cause of my pain; Cons: for me it was a horrible and painful experience of both RCT’s, disgusting air freshener of high intensity at reception zone.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Bay Avenue Dental for over 4 years now, and have always had a great experience. The doctors are great and the supporting staff really helpful (especially the receptionist as she always makes sure everything is in order with your insurance which makes it all the easier!). Standard cleanings, braces, sleep retainer, teeth whitening, and adding sealant to help with sensitive teeth...we've had it all, and would recommend them for all as well.

Negative experience: I went to Dr.sachin to get braces and it was an absolute nightmare!! He extracted my tooth and had no idea how to close the gap then. I had to involve my mother because I was getting frustrated, during dental appointments I would have to guide him, telling him what is right and wrong. And once I was late to the appointment and got shouted at in front of a large number of people. Overall, he absolutely does not know what to do and I did not receive any apologies from his side for incorrect braces treatment. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE, please I suggest you not to go to Dr. Sachin for orthodontist case.

The Clinic itself was very well maintained, clean & hygenic to highest standards possible. All the services were very fairly priced specially for the quality of work. There is free parking also available in the basement. Fantastic experience: I got a recommendation to try out Bay Avenue Dental clinic off the internet and it turned out to be a great suggestion. I had a particularly tricky wisdom tooth extraction as my tooth was half inside gums, was horizontal and was also hollow from inside due to a large cavity. All this meant that my tooth had to be sawed in pieces inside my mouth and remove part by part. The doctors at Bay Avenue did a great job. First a full mouth x ray was taken and then a proper consultation explaining issues with my tooth and also any other potential teeth that may cause problems in future. They also accommodated my tooth extraction on the same day. The procedure was painless for me. I was given local anesthetic and the whole procedure took around 40-45 minutes. Post procedure they put in two stitches and had a after care briefing which was very helpful. My recovery time was longer than what you read on the internet. I was in pain for two weeks. But I had full support and care from the doctors, specially dr Sonal at Bay Avenue all through. I had to go for stitches removal after a week and then went in after 5 days again for dressing as pain was not reducing. All this post operative care were provided free of charge. I had tried another clinic before going to Bay Avenue but did not feel confident of getting my tooth removed there due to various reasons. Looking up the experience of Bay Avenue doctors I felt very comfortable. Highly recommend the place.

In addition to this, she managed to remove my wisdom tooth at less than a THIRD of the price I was previously quoted by another Dr, and more than halved the recovery time the previous Dr. quoted also. I felt nothing during the procedure..and following -there was barely any swelling at all, and I was back to normal in just a couple of days! I hadn’t been to a dentist for around 5-10 years, not through not wanting to go, more of, not needing to go, however, within weeks of arriving in Dubai I broke a tooth and needed to get it looked it. Through potluck I found this dentist and decided to give them a try, the service I received immediately impressed me and was thorough, explaining what was being done and I was happy with the work carried out, the knowledge of both dentists is excellent and I felt that when my family arrived in the UAE from the UK we should all use them. When my wife and family arrived and visited for their checkups, again they were impressed with the care and knowledge of both dentist and the team, my daughter isn’t good with dentists, however the team seemed to be able to reassure her and now she has no issues at all with them, they are now our family dentist whilst in the UAE. My wife also discussed whilst there regarding some teeth she didn’t like as they were out of alignment and had invisible aligners done, they have been in now for around 6 months and is also very happy with the results, she has only a couple more months to go, but as of now she has near perfect teeth. Fantastic experience: I have visited Bay Avenue Dental Center for Root Canal, Tooth extraction and Tooth Implants . Dr. Sachin Mudrale & Dr. Sonal Mudrale are by far the best & highly experienced dentist I visited. Thanks to Dr Sonal my entire Root canal treatment was painfless and she explained me the whole procedure to make me feel relax . Thanks to Dr Sachin my tooth extraction process was completed in 15 mins and to my surprise there was no pain after extraction and I was back to work same day . Best part is they have wide insurance coverage. I would highly recommend them in UAE for any kind of dental treatment.
