Fantastic experience: I recently visited Root & Crown for my 10-year old son's dental check-up. I have to say that this has been the best experience at a dentist. Dr. Nizana a thorough expert not just in dentistry but also in handline children and calming them down, give my kid a comprehensive check-up. She did a complete check, gave me a class on what all the new teeth that's going to pop up, and how to care for milk teeth so there's no infection, gave a gentle clean and a fluoride preventive measure to protect his permanent molars. I can't recommend this place enough for you kids especially and adults. I have been in Dubai all my life, visited a multitude of different dentists, and after all these years I finally found the one I am going to stick to. Great prices, even greater service!

Negative experience: My spouse (Fatima Shama) recently visited Root and Crown Dental Clinic due to her tooth pain. After the consultation, She was advised to undergo root canal treatment, which the dentist assured would resolve the issue for a total cost of 600. After completing the three-day treatment and paying the full amount, She was then informed additional cost for mandatory crown to protect the tooth, costing another 500. At no point during the initial consultation was the crown mentioned, despite the clinic’s name (Root and Crown) suggesting it would be part of the process. This lack of transparency felt misleading, as She wasn’t informed of the full scope and cost of treatment upfront. Patients deserve honest, upfront explanations regarding all necessary steps and costs.

Fantastic experience: I went there for my 6 yr old son dental procedure. Everything was perfect. The clinic was clean and hygiene. The best thing is that Dr Nizana was very kind explained the whole procedure to us and than did it efficiently. Will definitely go there again. Highly recommend

Negative experience: SERVICE :- 1) Demanded additional cost (almost 50%) for the root canal service. The total cost was confirmed after the first consultation by the doctor which is as per their procedure. The total price was even more than what the admin staff informed for the entire procedure during the initial enquiry. Please note that no additional treatment is provided other than what was discussed or identified during first visit. This i feel is non acceptable and un professional. 2) Initially i have provided just 2 star rating without any written comments as i dont want to detail any negatives of an institution. I just wanted to share my rating. The rating was provided as per the request from admin. However, i feel unprofessional to the response to the rating by the clinic. The clinic is trying to prove that the review is provided is by a non customer and so non relevant. I request the clinic to improve the service and treatment so that ratings will also improve in the future. TREATMENT:- I would rate average for the treatment as i am still having pain in the teeth during the bite after the treatment. FACILITY:- Facility in general is neat and clean with good admin and support staff.
