Fantastic experience: Absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I valeted my car to when I left. I was so nervous as I knew I needed some work done. Dr. Jocelyne was so welcoming and calming, I felt like I was in such safe hands. She reassured me every step of the way and made sure I was all ok. I loved being able to see a TV and watched grand designs to distract myself! I’ve had a full clean and 2 fillings replaced and I can’t believe I had it all at once! The space is incredibly well designed and clean, it didn’t feel soulless like most dentists/hospitals, it felt warm and welcoming. Thank you again Dr. Jocelyne, I actually look forward to coming back to the dentist!!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted by warm, professional staff and a space that’s fully kitted out with the latest technology. Everything about the environment exudes quality and care. But the real star is Dr Rena. Not only is she an expert in her craft, precise, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled but she’s also one of the most beautiful souls you’ll ever meet. Her calming presence, genuine care for her patients, and passion for dentistry make every visit a positive experience. I truly can’t recommend her enough. In my opinion Dr Rena is a pioneer in modern dentistry, and anyone in her care is truly fortunate.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rena was so wonderful with my 10-month old, I had a long list of questions to get through during our appointment and we got through everything quickly, thoroughly, and with no tears! Everyone at the clinic was so lovely, and the whole experience (valet, check in, etc) was great.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Serenity Clinic and specifically Dr Stephanie. I am not the biggest fan of going to the dentist, but Dr Stephanie made the whole process from check up through to various treatments that were needed, painless. She explained everything that was needed and why, and also how to prevent it happening again, even when going through the various treatments, she explained what she was doing and why. If you are in Dubai and looking for a dentist, Dr Stephanie is the only one to go to!

The clinic has a lovely calming, spa-like feel, so much so that my son thought it was an actual spa! We had a lovely warm welcome from Fatima, who was incredibly helpful in co-ordinating everything - from booking the appointment to directions for parking and valet options - making the entire process seemless. Dr. Omar, the orthodontist, was fantastic. He took the time to explain the treatment plan and timeline in a way that my son could understand, which really reassured both of us. His calm and professional approach made the whole experience much smoother than I expected. We left feeling comfortable and confident in our choice of clinic. The care and attention we received were excellent, and I’m really happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I flew from Manchester to Dubai to serenity dental clinic to get a x-ray and my fillings done. I was so amazed and overwhelmed by how amazing the treatment was. The nurses and the receptionist were extremely kind and greeted me with all appointments. The dentists were amazing and all staff were very knowledgeable too, taking me through the whole process and educating me on everything that was going on. Modern technology is used in this clinic which was really innovative and interesting and during my fillings instead of normal anaesthetic I got the quick sleeper. Not only did I not feel a thing during the process of getting 5 fillings, but I also fell asleep from how relaxed I was especially with the environment and scenery in the clinic. After my treatment I was back to normal no pain or numbness after 30 minutes allowing me to get on with my day. I really appreciated that in the clinic, everyone was so informative and pictures were taken before and after to show true results. I had personal conversations with Dr Rena on teeth hygiene, informing me on my teeth and how to take care of them and what to use and what techniques to use. I got my new toothbrush from the clinic after Dr Rena educated me on dental hygiene. Dr Stephanie completing my fillings treatment and she was great, kind and extremely welcoming. She went out her way to come in and complete my fillings as my appointment was last minute and didn’t align with her schedule but she still made time for me and it shows how amazing the service at the clinic is. If anybody is looking for a dental clinic, that isn’t just stunning in its looks and uses modern technology, but also has amazing service and truely guides you through your dental journey I would definitely go to serenity. I will be visiting again for my future appointments. Only con is that you’ll never want to go to another clinic again!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist for children. Super friendly and get on with the professional works while engaging with the children and keeping them informed about what they’re about to do and why. Our 6-years old daughter had a front tooth pulled out without any injection or anesthesia and came away super happy and smiling. Orthodontist has assessed our 7-years old son and proposed a plan to correct some misalignment of the front teeth and to allow space for permanent teeth to grow through. Super clean and modern facilities and all staff there make the whole family feel welcome and put the patient at ease.

Fantastic experience: Exceptional customer service! Great dental work. Dr Aysana was amazing. As a general dentis she has done a superb work with an 11 yearold. Tooth Extraction with a smile! My daughter vauch "best dentist ever". Kids dont lie when it comes to pain. Valet parking available, so you can be on time and no stress.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank the whole team enough! Such a different experience from what I've been used too, how they manage to be so professional and yet so friendly is amazing. I can't pick out individuals because they are all so great from the minute you arrive to even following up with me after my appointments to make sure I was comfortable. They take true personal care of you, in my case even following up with a specialist treating me for a non dental related issue to make sure it was safe to perform the procedures. I've been in for treatment at least five times in the last six months and for me to say that is an endorsement in itself (I'm a bit of a coward when it comes to the dentist)...... AMAZING!!!!!!!

In my first visit, I had a comprehensive checkup, panoramic x-ray, 3D scan and detailed check and diagnosis of each tooth followed by explanation of the condition and program of restoration and protection of my teeth. Negative experience: Make it short: Dr Rena and the team all extremely nice and sweets. However I came with a tooth problem and the diagnosis was wrong and I went home with more pain at night. I went on the next day to another clinic and did the right diagnosis (3D scan for the painful area) root cause identified, I am even surprised that Dr didn't request me to take medicine such antibiotics or anti-inflammatory However the clinic is clean and they are very supportive, but personally I won't come back

You can tell Dr Omar really cares about his patients and wants to give the best and highest level of care. My son even said at the end of the appointment that “Dr Omar was SO good!”. Fantastic experience: Having a trustful dental clinic near home is one of the most important part of mum's life. Dr Rena was super good with kids and my 5yr old son finished scaling and treatment without a single complaint. The clinic is modern and staff was very friendly. Also valet parking is available so you don't have to worry about it.

Fantastic experience: Amazing clinic with super dedicated & professional staff. I went to Dr.Babak for several procedures today and yesterday. He is the best doctor which I have ever met in Dubai for 8 years. Brilliant and highly professional. He was super friendly, comforting me from the 1st minute of our session (considering that I have a fobia of dentistry). I haven’t even felt anything and didn’t notice how he completed all drilling and fillings, I almost fall asleep. Really highly recommended! They also have valley parking, which is super convenient! The receptionist will help you with all your insurance claims if needed. 10 out of 10!

Fantastic experience: I recently had a dental cleaning and checkup at Serenity Dental Clinic. The cleaning was thorough, but it was also gentle. Dr. Andrea and her team are always very welcoming and made me feel at ease right away. The Clinic is clean and well-organized. It was clear that they take pride in their work. Overall, I had a great experience and I am always impressed with the experience with Dr. Andrea. She is a very knowledgeable and experienced specialist prosthodontist and implantologist and can help you with anything!

Fantastic experience: Brilliant, authentic dentist Dr Rena has always treated us with the highest level of care, honest advice and the dental work that’s done is one of the best we’ve had. On top of treating us, she’s began treating our toddler and child, both which didn’t want to leave the dental practice!
