Fantastic experience: Dr.Rafaa is quick and professional in root canal treatment and other treatments, she is very friendly and hospitable. She actually cares for her patients and gives them advice on how to best take care of their teeth and recommends products best suited for them. The admin and nursing staff were also very friendly and quick in their work.

Fantastic experience: I tried many clinics in Dubai. All of them are only looking for more work more money more visits. I ended up with Dr. Duaa . she didnt finish untill I was super happy . She is quick stil very professional in her job. Clinic is very clean , hygienic. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience: I went for a darkening of two front teeth that I had had for several years and which prevented me from smiling. Luckily I came across Dr. Duaa and her team who are truly fantastic. They make you feel and treat you very well from the moment you step into the office until the moment you leave. They use high quality technology and products for all their treatments, and they also have a wide range of appointments available. It is also worth mentioning that they have affordable prices. I would definitely recommend everyone to treat with this dental centre.

Fantastic experience: My experience with Mardin Medical Center was very successful...First of all, the center is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are all friendly and professional..I especially thank Dr. Duaa who was helpful and patient as well and did for me a great job by taking care of my teeth's health from A to Z. Dr. Duaa is incredible. Not only she has taken great care of my teeth health, but also she is lovely to speak with at every appointment. Because of her golden fingers, I got a very nice cute smile as she promised me at the beginning. Really, the result of the veneers was wonderful and much more than I expected At the end, I wanna just say that I was lucky when I chose Mardin Medical Center for changing my smile and would highly recommend it to anyone especially Dr. Duaa !! Hats off to her !!

Negative experience: من أسوا العيادات الموجودة صراحة آنا رفيقتي راحت عندهم وكانت مو مبسوطة من طريقة التعامل وطريقة الاستقبال من المفروض انسان داخل عيادة لازم يوفرله الراحة ويشتغلون على العامل النفسي للمريض لاكن للأسف هذي العيادة لا يعرفون التعامل مع المريض ولا عندهم خبرة أصلًا في التعامل حتى على مستوى الاستقبال والاحترام لا يوجد حين ما طلبت تشوف اي مسؤول ما حد فيهم عطاها اهتمام ولا إحترام يتعاملون مع مرضى بلا مبالاة أكيد لو كان في مسؤول بيراقبهم ويتابع ما كان رح تكون هذي طريقة تعامل إلي يشتغلون بهذا المركز
