Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I paid for a 6-session laser package, but I only attended 1 session. Right after that, the clinic closed down without informing me, and since 27 July I have been waiting for my refund. I contacted them many times, but there was no proper response, and when I went to the clinic it was already closed for more than 10 days. Until today, they still haven’t returned my money. This is extremely unprofessional and unfair. Be very careful before trusting this place.

Negative experience: Update: The clinic replied with false info so here is the full details.The receptionist stopped responding to my messages and turned off the clinic’s phone calls as I confronted her that I am standing in front of the clinic and no one is inside trying to fix the machine as she mentioned in her WhatsApp msg, and that she needs to respect her customers and don’t give them false info as I was informed by another staff that the clinic is closed due to license issues. I got the owner’s number who also turned off the calls and responded to WhatsApp only in an extremely unprofessional and indifferent manner giving me several deadlines and NEVER shows up and I had to send several follow up messages and the respond I received is that she is in Europe and that she is not working for nomod ( their payment provider) and its nomod’s responsibility and its not the clinic’s fault! I told her if she didnt stop ignoring my messages and solve my issue I will be taking it legally, which I already did, and that I will write a review about the whole thing and her response was that I should not do that in order not to affect her and her family. I gave her 4 days because of her “family” as she requested and she didn’t take any action until she decided to disappear completely and stopped replying to my messages for two days now. They mentioned that I asked for a refund for something I never paid which is again not the case, I asked to cancel my upcoming tabby installments ( which didn’t happen till now and I was given a false info regarding it, claiming that its not showing on the system and thats why she cant cancel) and to refund me the remaining amount of the first installment that I already paid which again only happened after I had to send several follow up messages. Her last feedback was that she is checking with nomod regarding my upcoming installments and that nomod cant find my transaction thats why they are unable to cancel it! I reverted back to nomod who apologized that I was given a wrong info by the clinic and they confirmed that they can find my payment and that they communicated this to the clinic and that they cant cancel it from their side as the clinic claims and that the only one who could do so is the clinic. They are trying to help me by raising my concern to the clinic since yesterday but again nothing is resolved! I sent all screenshots of my conversation with nomod to the clinic’s owner and still no reply! No one shared with me what is the next step or how will my issue gets resolved or what is even their refund policy that they mentioned in their misleading reply. This is the most disrespectful, misleading and unprofessional experience I had with any service provider ever! ———— I purchased a laser package by tabby with the amount of 2000 aed and the clinic closed due to license issues and forgot to call me to cancel my appointment and messaged me when I arrived at their clinic saying that the machine is broken and they are trying to fix it till last moment thats why they didn’t cancel earlier. When i confronted them that I reached the clinic and its closed and that there is no one there trying to fix the machine and that I knew from their staff that the clinic is closed because of issues with the license they kept misleading me and they turned off the calls and stopped replying to my WhatsApp msgs. I reached to the owner again on whatsapp as she said she is out of the country and her phone was also off and she promised to refund me back the amount of the package and after several follow ups she refunded me 266 aed only and kept saying that she cant cancel my remaining tabby installments (1500 aed) as they are not showing on the system although its showing and i sent her screenshots with my transactions! She told me that its not her responsibility and not the clinics fault and she stopped replying. All what she cared about is that I dont write a bad review as this will affect her but its ok with them to take my money and disappear!

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment with Dr Aarushi this morning for a teeth check up and cleaning. 10/10 experience from start to finish! She was so kind, patient and understanding. She gave me lots of breaks, checked in throughout and kept me informed. I am a nervous patient and she made me feel very safe. I have recommended the Branding Room to all my friends - I wouldn’t go anywhere else. A lovely clinic in JVC

Fantastic experience: I’ve learned that when it comes to laser treatments, it’s not just about the machine, it’s who is doing the laser that truly matters. And that couldn’t be more true with Nashwa. From my very first visit I could tell she genuinely cares about her patients. My skin was dehydrated and instead of going ahead with the session just for the sake of it she asked me to come back in 2 weeks after properly moisturizing and applying creams to prep my skin. That alone showed me how professional and ethical she is. She clearly loves what she does and you can feel that energy when you're around her. Fantastic experience: Never have I appreciated the fact that I live in JVC than when I found out that this lovely Polyclinic was located so close to home. This location is my second attempt and chiropractic care and I don't think I'll ever turn to another. The staff is welcoming, kind, attentive, and very supportive of everyone who walks through their door. The doctor's are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making experiencing a new form of therapy and wellness an absolutely exciting adventure. I've been visiting this clinic for about a year now and I am incredibly pleased with their services and packages. The doctor's are honest and very helpful. Having experienced the expertise of the chiropractors, I certainly find myself looking forward to trying their other services some day. Keep up the great work Branding Room!

Fantastic experience: My go to place for adjustments and muscle relief in UAE. Doctor Sumaya is excellent at what she does and is a caring practitioner. I have to also mention Tara and Menna at the front desk who are warm and friendly when receiving you. All in all it’s always a great experience when visiting the clinic. The service is excellent!

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend The Branding Room enough - the staff are so friendly and helpful, and there is clear communication around appointments, which are so so easy to book. Nashwa is amazing and an absolutely pro for laser, and I wouldn’t recommend going to anyone but her - she made me feel very comfortable and I knew I was in extremely capable hands! The prices for laser are really good as well, and the results are instantly noticeable after the first session.

Fantastic experience: I was initially very nervous about laser hair removal and had so many questions before going ahead. The receptionist was so knowledgeable, friendly and patient and answered all my questions. Even in between my sessions when I have had questions she has been so prompt in responding, which has made me feel at ease. I have also had a positive experience with the laser therapists, particularly Nashwa. She’s incredibly patient and always makes sure you’re happy with everything before going ahead. I always feel listened to when I have my sessions with her and I love that the end results are just as important to her as they are me.

Fantastic experience: I was very hesitant in seeing a chiropractor but after reading reviews of the Branding Room, I had to pay a visit. I cannot recommend Dr. Ayesha enough - it's was a great experience! I started seeing her in my 3rd trimester when I was experiencing lower back pain. After seeing her once, I felt like a new person. I continued seeing her throughout my pregnancy and she worked miracles. I was fully mobile, feeling at ease and comfortable up until the day I gave birth; Dr. Ayesha equipped me with helpful exercises and advice that ensured a smooth final trimester. She is very knowledgeable, put my mind at ease, and helped prepare my body for a healthy labour. Once I had my baby, who at 10 weeks went through the 'witching hour' phase, I knew I had to visit Dr. Ayesha, and once again she worked her magic on my baby. I'm very glad to have met her and will definitely continue to use her.

Fantastic experience: Following quite a few recommendations,I went and saw Ayesha, the chiropractor⁩. It was my second session with her just now and I couldn't be more grateful. She's such a warm spirit she put me at ease immediately (she is my first chiropractor!). She explained everything so gently and thoroughly and worked some magic. I've had issues with my neck and back that have become really annoying and I at some point was taking meds every day (I haven't taken anything since our session last week!!). She is absolutely incredible and I recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely the best dental care experience I had, and I’ve gone to plenty of dentists. Dr. Fraaz explained everything to, educated me about proper dental care at home, which I never heard from the 20+ dentists I’ve seen. The scaling & polishing work was excellent and pain-free. And the best of it all, his fees are unbelievably reasonable, as he charges by the hour regardless of how much he gets done within that time. For a consultation, scans and scaling & polishing, I paid AED 299, while other clinics charged me AED600 for the consult alone. Never going anywhere else.

Overall, would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic experience: I've been suffering chronic back pain for years now and powered through it but off late it had gotten worse . Met Dr Ayesha and in the very first session I felt immense relief and got an in depth understanding of the core issues causing my troubles. The clinic is well appointed , clean and homey . Absolutely recommend this to anyone whose looking for proper advise and adjustment rather than popping pain killers endlessly!!!

Fantastic experience: a brilliant dentist. Me and my family have been going to Dr Faraz at the branding room. He is very friendly, kind, informative and professional. My husband had his double extraction done by him he said it was absolutely painless and lovely aftercare. My children have had their check up and teeth clean. He was very gentle and patient with my children who dread the dentist. He put them at ease i was very impressed. Also in my opinion he is very genuine and honest...He only suggests what you need and not anything extra. Nice experience hence thought I would share.

Unlike others, they don't pressure you to take unnecessary procedures and advice on payment plans where finance may be a restrictive factor. Definitely recommend. Fantastic experience: Dr Ayesha successfully treated my shoulder and back issue I have been living with for more than 16years . This is now allowing me to wake up from my sleep or stand up from my seat without any pain. Need not say more. Kudos to Anas and Ayesha for setting up this amazing Center which has only good things to offer for my family. We continue to make routine visits with family for our wellbeing rather than making emergency visits after we are in pain.

Fantastic experience: I don't usually enjoy chiropractor sessions for a range of reasons but the service I received here changed my view. They took the time to understand my problem, suggest options to adjust in my daily life to help with the problem and explain the reasoning behind why it was happening. Before any treatment took place he supported me, answered my many many questions and proceeded professionally. Fantastic experience: 17years pain gone in few sessions. So, my friend recommended me Dr.Sumaya. I was very hesitant with Chiropractor. But I am thankful that I met her and told her my history of neck, shoulder pain and also about migraine. She is simply the best!she listened very patiently and treated my rigid pain very calmly. Trust me after just one session my neck pain, stiffness and shoulder pain went away. Migraine attacks are no more.I am able to do shoulder check while driving. Dr Sumaya is highly recommended. Fantastic experience: Been hopping from one spa or massage place for years as I couldn’t find a good messues who knew what they were doing. When it comes to massage people will fluff and rub you and call it a massage but this is the first place in years that I have visited frequently after a first try I knew I would become a regular despite the 25-35 min drive I take. The staff is extra friendly and accommodating. Younes is a master at his craft and pays attention.

Fantastic experience: So so so happy with my experience with Dr. Sumaya, I had gone in due to a pain in my foot and tingling in my hand, Dr sumaya explained everything so well and was so gentle during our sessions, I shared my fear of needles since I needed acupuncture done, Dr Sumaya reassured me that she would not continue if I was in any sort of pain, and honestly I felt nothing, I had no idea the needle had even gone in! Highly highly recommend !

I needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and I can’t recommend Dr Fraaz enough. He is so personable and goes above and beyond for his patients from the moment you contact him. He treated my tooth, as well as doing a thorough check up, and talked me through my next steps and was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. After my appointment he contacted me the next day to check how I was. I highly recommend The Branding Room if you want quality, professional care with a dentist who goes that extra mile! Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing experience every time I have visited the Branding Room. Dr Fraaz has really gone above and beyond with my Invisalign and reaching a time scale that suited me. I personally think he is the best dentist that I have ever had anywhere in the world. He is super knowledgeable and has more equipment than I have ever seen. Highly recommend! With another bonus of having a TV on the ceiling, so you can watch the YouTube videos that you want!

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency after working hours. I googled the area and found the branding room. I Reached out and Dr. Feraz and his team opened the clinic after hours for me. Dr Summaya explained the issue in detail and treated her very professionally. She was always clear and didn't insist on extra unnecessary sessions. Fantastic experience: Definitely recommend this clinic! Very professional and diverse in its offering. Everything under one roof. I visited the dentist (Fraaz) for a general check up and to get a mouthguard made for boxing. Fraaz was super helpful and did a number of additional checks for me including a mouth/throat cancer check and bite/jaw assessment. His advice on what work I needed doing was clear and not overselling as many dentists do in Dubai. The mouthguard was made within a week and it was perfectly fitted. I also the chiropractor (Sumaya) as I had issues in my neck and lower back. After just one visit I felt immediately more mobile and the majority of my pain had gone.

Fantastic experience: I came to dubai to visit family & relax. Unfortunately a part of my gum was inflamed & while searching for dentists close by I found the branding room. I booked an appointment & was received a warm welcome after which I waited only a few minutes before seeing my dentist Dr Fraaz. He took a look at my issue & went over options in detail. As a usually nervous person I asked tons of questions & he answered happily. I don’t have travel insurance; they offered me discount as I was a new patient. Overall the the atmosphere was welcoming & warm. If you need wifi that’s there too! Here’s the best part, the clinic also offers chiropractic sessions & I decided to continue my adjustment sessions with Dr Sumeya even though i’m on holiday

Fantastic experience: Just had the most amazing facial by Melissa. I had a lot of congestion around my chin area which she spent a long time on (we even went over the session time) and she was very understanding of my claustrophobia which sometimes makes me a bit uncomfortable during treatments like this. I felt so relaxed afterwards and my skin looks great. Will definitely be back.

Negative experience: If you are happy, that a facial is over after 60 minutes, that speaks volumes. But from the beginning: ..the most important about my facial was the before/after picture and my signature on all the consent forms, it seems. My therapist - Irelle- speeded through the session as if there was no tomorrow. Relaxation was not possible at all and I felt very rushed. I would say, I had about 1000 face massages in my life, this was one of the worst. The strokes were executed fast, mechanical and unpleasant. On top of that my therapist was constantly talking to "Alexa" and "Alexa" answered, which did not at all help with a relaxed athmosphere on top of that the therapist talked all the time. All in all I had the feeling the therapist was in an immense hurry and just wanted to get it over with. It is not a place where I would go back to, because I expect people to put a little more heart and passion into their work, especially if they work in a field like this. At least tune down the Alexa and turn off the key sounds, while writing on your phone or tablet

Positive experience: The treatment itself was nice and my skin did look plump for the next few days, however, if you are used to a relaxing facial which involves a massage and lots of lymphatic drainage by the therapist then this place will not deliver. My therapist Melissa did a great job with the consultation and ensured all my requirements were noted down but the amount of time spent on actually touching my face was hardly 10 mins, the rest was all done by a machine. Hope that makes sense!

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing facial at the Branding Room. Dr Dua was amazing - she examined my skin, talked me though the problem areas and then worked in my skin and the results were fabulous. She’s also planned a protocol for me to address all the issues and I’m looking forward to amazing skin in the coming weeks/ months. Also they’re now an aesthetic clinic so the products and treatments are actually clinical grade which makes it even better!

Fantastic experience: Just had my first facial at the branding room yesterday and I loved it! The staff was very welcoming and Irelle, my facialist was absolutely lovely! She was very informative and professional. I felt so relaxed and really enjoyed my facial with her. Fantastic experience: Amazing experience! I am pregnant and had specific concerns for my facial. I had a consultation with Mae (the owner) and she listened carefully to what I would like to achieve after the session. She recommended the probiotic base facial after extraction. My face felt so hydrared and glowy after. I highly recommend this place as price was very reasonable too!

Judging by the appearance of the place, it says a lot about the way they deliver their services (which by the way is amazing.) Fantastic experience: Apart from the wow factor brought by the ambiance of the clinic what stands out are the professionalism and friendly manners of the staff that made me at ease and confident with the treatment. These made me feel comfortable throughout my session. By the way, I tried their Hydracool plus Lift and Firm and it was amazing! Ms Irel was very passionate in explaining to me how the the treatment would help me the results that im looking for. Now, I got a package for the treatment and will definitely try their other hydracool ranges of treaments.

Fantastic experience: A hidden gem in JVC! I had my semi-permanent lippie with them and they did soooooooo good!
