Negative experience: Unprofessional centre as receptionist booked date for herself as she knew the rules and regulations for hydra and soft light while I came for Eid preparations they say why I booked these dates while it’s not me it’s recommend by receptionist.. and they can’t do for me soft light while I need it before Eid .. they didn’t help and didn’t give me any solutions I’m regular customer and they didn’t care .. this is last time coming to this place as they didn’t arrange the time and date correctly while they called me twice for confirmation … I rescheduled there and refused as it’s harmful for me why they didn’t told me before !! To rearrange my timing not in last minute.. unprofessional

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this clinic. Everything is just for your comfort, starting from the first call conversation with adorable receptionist Royda( I hope I spelled it correctly), (she explain a lot to me, was very nice and patient to answer all my questions, very kind human being, Mashallah) and to the master that I’ve been doing lazer with, her name is Joana and her assistant Rubi. They make me so comfortable and pay attention to every detail. I usually get out after lazer smelling like a burned chicken , but not this time. I went outside smelling like a flowers, my skin was well moist, and had a absolutely no etching. They take care of my skin and they think of afterwards. I really liked that they tell me everything just before they do it, even during the procedure they inform me of each step they are going to do. Thank you so much! Definitely a place to trust your skin to❤️

Fantastic experience: Good Customer service. They have the best machine for laser and it is US FDA approved. They have also a very good doctor for cosmetic surgery and cosmetic dermatology. Over all experience in this clinic is excellent. Highly recommeded.

Negative experience: مااحد يغير السستم والنظام للازفت الا هذه العياده. من ٢٠١٥ اروح عندهم سنتين في دبي وسنتين في العين وكل شي تمام. الان جابوا مدير من دبي لخبط كل شي. This clinic is changing the system to the worse. They are making to much rules that make no sense for their old customers. I never wanted to change the clinic but with the new ruled it is a must. Very disappointed on you!!
