Fantastic experience: I recently visited Al Farooq Dental Clinic and had a vastly different experience from my previous visit. A huge shout out to the lovely Philippino lady at the reception - her customer service was exceptional! She made a big difference in my day. However, I want to mention that my previous visit was disappointing due to the receptionist team's unprofessionalism and language barrier. I hope the management considers training staff to prioritize customer satisfaction and kindness, especially for non-Arabic speakers.

Negative experience: تقيم سيء جدا بالنسبه للأسعار غاليه مقارنه في الأماكن الأخرى اتفقت مع الدكتوره على 300 درهم وبعد التركيب عملته 500 و بتدفع 150 للصوره مع العلم في الأماكن الثانيه مجانا هذي (الاسعار للأطفال) مدير المركز غير متواجد

Positive experience: Dr Hadi flawless also Dr Amina very very good, my only issue is with the receptionists being “”Rude”” for literally no reason, in Arabic we call it جفاصه, specially the levant one (I’m from where she is so it’s nothing personal but she just not welcoming) again Dr Hadi exceptional and Dr Amina good job

Negative experience: ***The doctors are highly professional.... friendly dental assistants..... but the receptionist are inefficient.*** I admire Dr. Amina's patience with children and her meticulous work. Same with Dr. Natalie for her exceptional service and professionalism. Additionally, the friendliness of all the dental assistants is noteworthy and greatly appreciated. However, the receptionists' performance leaves much to be desired. Firstly, inefficient system for confirming appointments. Secondly, I forgot to retrieve my children's ID from the reception desk, and it remained there for over three weeks without anyone attempting to contact me. Despite visiting the clinic a second and third time, no one informed me about the forgotten ID. I only found it by chance when I inquired, as it was the last place I remembered using it. Third, recently I requested an urgent appointment on the next day morning for my son, who is experiencing pain due to a broken tooth. Though his regular doctor is on leave, I was willing to see any available dentist. Unfortunately, rather than accommodating the urgent nature of the situation they advice me scheduling the appointment for the next day after. Last, one of the receptionists displayed a lack of proper etiquette and came across as quite arrogant, which is unacceptable.

Fantastic experience: Top customer service, with the nurses working hard to provide the best experience, and with the orthodontist being so kind and caring to each patient.

Fantastic experience: I can't say enough good things about my experience at Al Farooq Medical & Dental Center Dentistry, Dr. Osama is not only highly skilled but also exceptionally patient. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and ensured I was comfortable throughout the procedure. What really impressed me was that he followed up with me after the treatment to make sure I was doing okay – it's rare to find that level of care. The nurses were also fantastic, providing attentive support with a friendly attitude. And the reception staff, They were incredibly sweet and made the whole process seamless. From start to finish, this team goes above and beyond for their patients. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of dental care.

Negative experience: I've visited this place for normal check up.. and after cleaning some black.. now i have 3 nervs to be removed and unlimited pain.. plus more than 10 vists to fix thw issue and not been able to fix.. they have used all my insurance quota and now i am in bad situation bcuz of them and i have to pay thousands to fix. Too bad experience..!! حجزت موعد لعمل تشيك اب عام.. والان بسبب المركز لدي ٣ اعصاب لحاجة لازاله واوجاع بباقي الاسنان... ١٠ جلسات لعلاج المشكله ولم يتم حلها ولا حتى تمت المتابعه .. مركز سيء جدا
