Negative experience: They are not considering people of determination and old age people as a top priority. My father is 75 year old and he is using wheel chair but the let us waiting for long as they had patients before we came. I understand that all patient needs to wait for their turn but they should consider POD and old age people as a top priority.

Fantastic experience: I visited a truly excellent doctor in Al Ain for my sciatica nerve pain, Dr. Hameed, recommended by my uncle. From the moment I met him, I was impressed by how carefully he listened and thoroughly understood my problem. I have a sensitive stomach and often have issues with certain medications, but the doctor was very considerate of this and prescribed well-balanced medicine that didn't upset my tummy at all. I saw a dramatic change for my sciatica pain very next day, Alhamdulilah! What's even better is that the fee was very reasonable, and the prescribed medicines were not expensive. I'm so grateful to have found such a caring and effective doctor, and also the staff is so generous. Thanks Dr Hameed

I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding an unpleasant experience I had with your clinic’s administration team on May 2, 2025, at around 7:00 p.m. I contacted the clinic via WhatsApp to inquire about a doctor’s availability, as I was not feeling well and my residence is quite far from your location. However, I did not receive a response to my messages. In an effort to get a reply, I gave a missed call through WhatsApp—only to find later that my number was blocked by your team without any warning or explanation. To confirm, I used my sister’s number to message the clinic and received a response instantly, which clearly showed that my number had indeed been blocked. When I asked for clarification, I was told that WhatsApp calling is no provision in the UAE. what upset me was the complete lack of courtesy and professionalism—no one bothered to inform me of this or even offer a simple apology. Instead, the behavior I encountered was dismissive and defensive. As a customer reaching out for medical assistance, I expected to be treated with respect and basic decency. Blocking a patient without explanation, especially when they are seeking help, is unacceptable. I am attaching the screenshots of the conversation as evidence. I sincerely hope this matter will be taken seriously and appropriate action will be taken to prevent such incidents in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response as soon as possible.

Negative experience: Hi guys, I have bad experience about this hospital coz I took my wife with me and I park my car front of the hospital My wife was sick so I took her and hold her and carry inside the hospital maximum 5 minutes when I come back I get parking fine I ask to the office why u give me fine I just bought my wife for check up He said parking is not allowed I said 5 minutes only I just drop my wife to drop inside He said this is resident parking not allowed to park . I just want to inform you guys if u visit that hospital plz don't park front of the hospital even any emergency hold ur self find a proper parking before to enter hospital.thanks Have a good day

Negative experience: Your patients service quality/performance such as following up with the insurance company for referral is too much bad as i had 2 experience with you before as in the last request to my medical insurance company, you informed to me that my referral application has already submitted the request to them, after that i contacted them they informed that we did not receive any request for you. Really you don't have the lowest since of care or providing the proper support towards your patients/customers.
