Negative experience: I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday at 3:30 PM, confirmed via WhatsApp. When I arrived, I was told to wait without being asked for any ID. After some time, they informed me that I wasn’t booked, despite showing the confirmation. The receptionist insisted I was a patient named "Margaret" and had mistakenly recorded my personal number under someone else’s name. She also insisted it wasn’t my first time at the clinic, which wasn’t true. I gave them my ID and contact details, and they registered me. Then, a 4 PM patient arrived, and when the dentist was done with the previous patient, the 4 PM patient was called in first instead of me, despite my 3:30 PM appointment without informing me anything. I ended up leaving after this. The clinic really needs to improve its scheduling and communication, especially with first-time patients.

Fantastic experience: Great service, very professional doctor, Dr. Remya could fix my broken teeth, treat the root and design a new crown for me 9n an urgent basis , sane day treatment, she was top and very professional. The staff are quick response to my queries and were very kind and very respectful. Highly recommended

Negative experience: They dont know how to manage bookings.. I always needs to wait for 1+ more hour from my booking appointment.. Needs to improve and minimize the waiting duration..

Fantastic experience: I had total six tooth fillings here, Spectra, with Dr. Remya. It has passed two months since I got the treatment. And fillings are still there to protect my teeth. It is great experience to me because when I had had fillings twice in other dental clinics, it was detached within 2weeks~2months. I hope the fillings keep going well longer~~~ ^^

Negative experience: I m very sorry to write that I m very disappointed with the treatment what I got. I visited Spectra clinic a week before for cleaning and polishing of my teeth. Doctor cleaned my teeth with tools and did not use any chemical. during cleaning I barred the pain, and now it is already more then a week and I am still suffering with swear pain of sensitivity. I can not drink/eat any thing. I never had any issue with my teeth before this cleaning and now I am cursing myself why visited the clinic. Please contact me for details if you really care of patients.
