Negative experience: This is about my wife’s recent visit to Al Massa polyclinic for a consultation with Dr. Bayan regarding her wisdom teeth. During the visit, both Dr. Bayan and Dr. Baleegh advised her to extract two teeth at a cost of 7,400 AED! However, she wasn’t advised to clearly confirm her insurance coverage beforehand and whether the limits provided by her insurance company is sufficient enough to cover such a high value treatment, which I believe is a fundamental ethical responsibility of any medical provider. Instead, she was simply comforted that a reimbursement form would be provided and that the insurance would take care of it. Additionally, I have concerns about the necessity of the recommended procedures. While I am not a medical expert, I believe my wife is in good health and may not require all the additional treatments suggested alongside the extractions, particularly at such a high cost, even when she was asked the level of pain in the pre consultation survey she mentioned No Pain which is documented. Furthermore, I have also discovered that an X-ray was claimed directly from my insurance, despite the fact that it was never performed. This raises serious concerns about the transparency and integrity of the clinic’s billing practices.

Negative experience: I will never refer anybody to this clinic because of my bad experience. They're only after the money. Even we agreed they will be paid as installment, they keep calling me reminding me about it as if I'm going to run away from them. The fact that we made a plan with them to do my treatments that would take almost a year to complete. Old reception is as bad, her patient treatment is very unprofessional and disrespectful. I didn't came back to complete my treatments. I went to other clinic.

Negative experience: Doctor price is not matching cashier price.

Positive experience: The center is great and their laser therapist is really good. I just have one comment that I hope the center takes into consideration. They always rely on one therapist for laser, so whenever that therapist is not available, appointments are interrupted. When the previous therapist left, I had to find another place as it took months to hire someone else. I still came back when a new therapist was hired because their work was great, but shes not available at the moment and the reception informed me they are not sure when she will be back. So I'm not sure if that means I'll have to start searching again, so I don't lose the value of all the laser sessions I've done so far. But in any case, I would highly recommend that they have more than one laser therapist in place to ensure that appointments are not interrupted. Thank you.

Negative experience: The clinic and atmosphere were nice and people were kind BUT advise!: 1-if you need a dental clinic then Please don’t just see the high rating. Go through the comments as there are activities aside from dental such as laser… 2- Don’t just pay the value you hear “especially” if you have insurance which covers part of the percentage!! Please ask for the invoice break down. Then go through it and Discuss and check the invoices carefully and confirm that everything was actually done. 3- I was informed “verbally” by BOTH receptionist AND clinic insurance coordinator on one invoice break down but when I insisted to have an invoice to check with my insurance “another break down/ activities description were given to me” when I escalated to clinic management they said “the clinic insurance coordinator and receptionist both verbally gave a wrong break down “by mistake”. 4-I cannot stress enough on the importance of informing the dentist to do only the teeth or activities which you want them to do and don’t just let them apply/ do whatever they want because you Might be surprised with “unnecessary or uncalled for activities” done despite that THEY knew were not covered under the insurance. 4- finally if you still want to go to this clinic then please I highly recommend to ASK about who will be your dentist, the age and experience.

Negative experience: Worst in terms of appointments. They would give you a certain time but change it without telling you. They would even text you the wrong timing and say they didn’t send any message!

They greet you in a very nice way the staff are really nice and helpful specially Imane she is one of the best ever i have seen. She is helpful friendly . She used to work in another place so i followed her to al Massa because i like the way she works and her way to explain everything for you. Her knowledge is big and she does her best to assist you . Iman was really good and she went above and beyond ...at the end of the session my face was like a mirror- she even gave me an extra treatment because she is such a perfectionist. I will definitely be making bi monthly visits for the hydrafacial and meso therapies...and I recommend you do too.
