Fantastic experience: This clinic was referred to me by a friend and I am now a long time customer. I keep on coming back because aside from its wide range of aesthetic services, its primarily because of its welcoming atmosphere and courteous staff. Many thanks to Kristen who is so polite and accommodating on call and in person. I also commend nurse Joy for her consistent professionalism and high expertise, with her positive vibe and cheerful demeanor i hope she gets the recognition that she deserves.

Fantastic experience: I did 3 sessions of laser removal for eyebrows and so far the process was very smooth and effective . Special thank you to the amazing specialist joy, she is very professional and caring . Its almost 0 pain when she does it . Still have few sessions to go. Definitely recommend this clinic

Negative experience: This is my second visit to this clinic, my first visit was on June and second one was on July (both appointments were disappointing). I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM, and although I arrived at 12:10 due to delays with the elevator, I kept the clinic updated via WhatsApp throughout. When I finally reached the reception, I was told I had to wait an additional 30–40 minutes because they had taken another client—even though they had previously confirmed the next appointment was only at 1:00 PM. The receptionist was extremely unhelpful and told me to leave and reschedule, despite knowing that I had traveled from another emirate. To make matters worse, the nurse, who also arrived late, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I’ve never been treated so poorly in a healthcare setting. Very disappointing service and communication overall—I won’t be returning.

Negative experience: 1 month and a half to book an appointment just to know that it is now cancelled tomorrow. Their excuse : "our staff went on leave". They didnt bother to find a replacement or to book their clients to another clinic, i also got to know that my appointment was cancelled because i checked with them, they have 0 initiative, no communication. There are many other clinics out there, dont choose this one, do yourself a favour.

Fantastic experience: Warm and inviting right from entering, while my wife gets her treatment done, I dig into the candy bowl for the ones that are unique to this place just like the hospitality the staff extend, I am afraid they may charge me for the candies I devour than for the treatment we come here for Knowing the results for the treatment are slow to show and the signs are there for sure, if they tempt us with a better deal, we may go in for another set of sessions. Keep up with the smile, the hospitality and the warmth and most important the good job your team does with satisfying the patrons.

Negative experience: My family had a very bad experience during the visit here. The service was so unsatisfactory. They have high charges but no results. And even after the bad results their service was so pathetic to us & was very rude when we complained about it. I won't suggest anyone this clinic. Better save your money by not going to such place.

Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic for fat freezing as I am skinny but feel like I have lots of extra fat. I had the pleasure of meeting Rose who advised me fat freezing wouldn’t help my case and I needed to try EmSculpt. After 6 sessions I have so much tone and definition I can’t believe it. It looks like I’ve spent months in the gym. I have so much confidence now to wear a bikini and show off my arms after the amazing Rose worked her magic on me. Rose also did radio frequency on my face and it’s never been tighter and defined. So happy with my results. The receptionists are very friendly and welcoming. After such an amazing experience I also decided to do the zoom whitening on my teeth. They look so natural and amazing, no sensitivity afterwards which surprised me. Overall wonderful experience with the clinic, special thanks to the amazing Rose who did all my treatments, she’s incredible.

Negative experience: Been to the clinic a month ago to try the freeze sculpt on my thighs. They have told me I could come back in a month and if I didn't see results (which I didn't ) they would do one more session. Back today and they just measured me and completely changed what they had promised. 800 dihrams down the drain. Waste of time and money. Zero results

Negative experience: I did my Botox on March 7th 2022 and I never got any result as if I was injected “WATER” the dr told me to wait 3 weeks for a result it’s been 3 months, i felt that I Have been cheated, after Covid you should be grateful to have customer to spend money, I have been offered a complimentary injection by the Doctor but how convenient when I live in Europe. The experience was very disappointing. I was living in dubai for 17 years so iam very aware of the clinics reputation, One advice i can give is do your research or stick with someone that speaks English!

Negative experience: Unprofessional staff I booked free skin consultation they send me direct for laser treatment , even after confirming to receptionist that i booked only consultation, dont want laser And of course no doctor was booked for my appointment so i had to leave. Wasted my time They think customers are stupid Don't recommend

Fantastic experience: Had teeth whitening with Dr Rida Fatema and loved the results. From reception to seeing a doctor, pleasant surprise! Dr Rida was very polite, knowledgeable and explained procedure step by step. Took pictures before and after, explained for after care, everything we asked. Price was great too!

Negative experience: The clinic is good but the doctor I can’t say much ! I had called and booked for 3 sessions of under eye dark circle removal. Went there everything was fine but the doctor recommended prp for extra effect. For which I agreed… The dark circle removal treatment went ok and on my next session of prp, my face had deep red skin puncture marks, her hands were so rough and she was so fast I almost died during the session even though my face had numbing cream for half hour before the session ..! ( I have had procedures on my face before but nothing so bad that I have to wear foundation) :( I am defiantly not going back for my third session I am afraid my face will never be the same again !! And let’s not forget because the doctor is new is she always trying to sell something even though I don’t really need it Disappointed that doctors like this spoil the clinics name

Fantastic experience: I really like this clinic, very professional. From Niko at the reception to Dr Natalya, their Dermatologist. Prices are also very competitive and the machines are new. I did PRP, RF and HIFU. I will soon try the EMSCULPT. I highly recommend them, although the location is a bit far from me but I guess they are worth driving the distance for.

Fantastic experience: Due to braces i had got a very darker yellow shade on teeth’s and i had tried everything for months, but was of no use. I consulted Dr.Rida Fatema for the Zoom teeth whitening and to my surprise the results were fantastic. More than expected. Dr. Rida Fatema is an awesome doctor who is very well experienced in the field. Moreover, she is really kind and ensures you are very comfortable during the treatment. Appreciated. !!

Fantastic experience: I recently came to know about the clinic thanks to Dr. Anna's recommendation, she is a real artist when it comes to microblading, I am very happy with the result. The service I received was very courteous and professional from all the staff, specially from Joey and Miko!!!!! I highly recommend this clinic and their services, they have a lot of options!!!

Negative experience: I love this place only because of Rose, but I am disappointed with the management and reception team. I have been trying to reach out to them for a while now,ĺ to no avail. I explained to reception that due to an underlying chronic illness that puts me at risk with Covid, I am unable to resume my sessions, which need to be done several times a week. Since I cant commit to that anymore like I was before lockdown, I asked for a refund. Reception told me this wont be possible, so I asked to speak to someone in management. I was given an email, and no one has replied to my 3 emails on the matter. I hope Im wrong but I cant help feeling they are money driven and ignoring my request and emails, whatsapps. As healthcare professionals, I really hope they respond to my request with understanding.

Negative experience: Bad Experience turned Worse! I had visited clinic on 28th august did deep cleaning and booked appointment for 4th September at 12.30 for teeth bridge for 800 dirrahms. Inbetween that is 7 days gap.. i had 2 calls from receptionist to confirm appointment and cost. However once evrything was set  i receive call from dr Rida at 10.45 am 2 hours before appointment that it would cost now 1400 as lab has increased charges. I explained this is big goofup from elite side which they should have confirmed before confirming with client and just 2 hours before you are increasing price strainght from 800 to 1400 which is not reasonable. To which doctor abruptly handed over phone to reception and left as she could not justify confirmed cost To make situvation more worse , rude receptionist spoke to me roughly that this price now and if you want to come than come else we will not do anything or apologise . Tone and language of customer service shocked me i was inable to comphrehend that such a clinic which is named elite but speaking rough language and have no remorse or apologise for the inconvinence and trouble of customer because of thier mistake!!

Fantastic experience: Visited for a consultation of my under eye problem and my experienced is awesome yesterday.Place is so relaxing. on time. i have been through 3 clinics to check my under eye problem, skeptical to decide but thanks to DR ANNA who treated me so friendly, kind and explained well about the procedure. She's taking time to do the procedure to make sure patient is satisfied and the result is very good!!!

Fantastic experience: Ever since Im having a chubby face. I went to consulate it and Ms. Rose suggest me to do the RF FACE SCULPTING and I loved how it turned out on me . In one session I can a contour on my face already. For my second session I can see that my jawline is defined and contour on my cheeks. Im on my 3rd session and counting. I keep on coming back in this clinic because of Ms. Rose, she is a BEAUTY FAIRY GODMOTHER and very knowlegeable with beauty proceedures. 5 stars for this! 2 Thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: I would like to give my big appreciation for all staffs from Elitestyle polyclinic, I tried a lot of services like dental treatments/ Dental veneers plus crowns and full mouth restoration. And I am extremely happy with the quality of work and materials provided. That great job was done by Dr. Esmy.All treatments are really up to the international standards.The quality of equipments and qualification of the doctors are on the highest level (I did Face HiFu ,RF body treatment,Medical facials) Thanks for attention given by front desk staff and manager.

Negative experience: Botox lasted 2 months not worth the money,, I dont recomend to do botox there

Negative experience: I had about 12-13 sessions. My growth is still there. The technician said I needed a different treatment which would be much better for me but unfortunately they don't have that machine there. Funny how she never mentioned this to me last year when I started my laser treatment. The treatment rooms are rarely cooled and in 43C weather it's very uncomfortable to have a laser treatment while sweating. I called 3 times to speak to the manager but never got connected to her nor did I get a call back. I do not recommend them to anyone. They don't care about clients who are dissatisfied. Poor customer service. There are many other places to go for laser.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to elite for years, the customer service is amazing. What I love the most is Miss Rose (the torturer) just kidding. She is amazing with Juliet. It has reduced my cellulite by 70% and my face looks much younger. I recommend her! I love her. Quote from miss rose! Beauty hurts, but hell its worth it. Thanks guys

Negative experience: I had 6 sessions of full face laser , and i am not happy with result even the hair grow more thicker now and when i discussed the results with their specialist she said that I am supposed to do soft light not laser as the soft light will work much better and give better result for the type of my hair !! i told her why no one told me before i do 6 sessions ?? they are the expert they have to say what is better for me and what will work !! but they just want me !! after 6 sessions she suggest to over start with soft light as no result with laser !! I don't recommend them at all and in between my sister had teeth whitening and she suffer 1 month of burned gums .

Negative experience: The owner is so errogant and she shouted at us as my 3year child was crying to sit on a different chair.She came up to me and said me to stop my baby immediately.I couldn’t believe that the owner her self can come up to the potential client and shout in such a disgraceful manner.

Fantastic experience: Elite Style Polyclinic is a budget friendly with knowledgeable and experienced doctors. They have the best services in town and all the staffs are friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend the doctors Ms. Yuliya and Ms. Rose for the treatment I did in the clinic. The procedures were done professionally and has taken good care of me to ensure that I would not feel discomfort.

Fantastic experience: I found this clinic through a Groupon offer and had a scale & polish by Dr.Esmy and I must say I was extremely satisfied with my treatment. Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. She done a great job cleaning my teeth and also a filling. I felt relaxed even on a dentist chair! Will be returning for my future dental needs.

Positive experience: I have always been scared of visiting the dentist even though I am a grown woman. Last saw the dentist in my home country England 3 years ago and haven't been in Dubai because I was always frightened. Came across Elite and went for a consultation regarding a crown fitting with Dr Esmy Dsoyza. My experience was extremely pleasant and shocking to be honest. I was very relaxed throughout my visits and Dr Dsoyza and Raymond took great care of me. I felt like I was in safe hands as they both always explained each procedure to me step by step. Really recommend them and definitely will visit again for future tooth issues. Fear of dentists has now gone!

Negative experience: I don't recommend at all this clinic if the treatment is related to laser hair removal. Two times two different ladies burnt my skin (only Cloe did it properly). They didn't only burnt my bikini line but they laughed about me being in pain. When I asked to stop they continued without my permission. PLUS the laser they use at the clinic is quite painful. I have tried to more different clinics and the pain was zero.

Fantastic experience: I have done two types of treatments in the clinic ... Yuliya is my main therapist. She gave me very realistic consultation and advice of what i really need. She always attends to my answers and doubts when i am not sure about something. She always explains the rationale and justification for each method and what i really need and honest about what i dont need or treatment that wont be suitable for me. In addition Rosa is also excellent therapist as i have done with her few sessions when my main therapist was away. They are very professional and experienced. The admins staff are amazing and they are always helpful and supportive... In addition to management staff espcially Ms Raqia she is always welcoming and gives customers positive vibes...
