Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience at this French clinic. The dentist is very kind, always smiling, attentive, and a good listener. He speaks French, English, and Arabic, which makes communication very easy. He did an excellent teeth cleaning and checked carefully to be sure my teeth were clean and healthy. He also looked at the orthodontic side to see if the teeth were well aligned. The secretary is also very friendly, welcoming, and speaks French, English, and Arabic. Parking is very convenient with 1 hour free, which is more than enough. The service is professional and caring. I really recommend this dentist to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Samhar is very helpful. Went for a consultation and cleaning, he gave me a heads up of the procedure and instructed to let me know if I feel any pain in the teeth as he cleans it. I barely felt any pain asides from the already sensitive parts. Other dentists I’ve been to just starts with the procedure and I leave with painful gums but Dr Samhar treated my teeth gently and advised me on what to do on the gums, teeth and overall welfare of my mouth.

Negative experience: Stone Age techniques. Have been restoring the damage they have done for over a year. They’ve put two crowns on the teeth that didn’t require it, damaged the opposite tooth that never had any issues in my life with! The other crown had to be redone, then almost choke on it as doctor didn’t put a proper glue, then tooth simply started to rotten under it and gave horrible smell which doctor said is normal (!!!) the only solution he gave me is washing my mouth with peroxide!!! Hello, year 2023 and he suggests peroxide mouth wash for a rotten tooth!! Another issue is bruxism treatment which dr prescribes a splint for, the splint is so poorly done that creates more damage that my Ostheopath is trying to sort now out, as the damage is created all the way to the pelvis and didn’t help with bruxism at all, but moved my teeth and worn them down even more. Simple Botox injection helped in a fraction of time and cost than what they charge is this clinic! I would stay away from this clinic if you want to stay healthy!

Fantastic experience: J’ai eu des soins suite à une douleur dentaire en pleines vacances. Bons dentistes qui parle arabe anglais et français et qui sont capables de vous prendre en urgence. Les tarifs sont bons et ils vous aident dans toutes les formalités administratives. Je recommande Ahmad.

Negative experience: Avoid it if you can. Did a treatment here and I was in pain for days until they could squeeze me in for a follow up.

Fantastic experience: Je suis en vacance a Dubai, je me suis rendu chez eu en urgence suite a une rage de dents. Ils ont été exceptionnels. J'ai été pris en charge par une jeune femme blonde avec son assistante, elle a fait preuve d'une grande patience et d'un grand professionnalisme. Elle en a profité pour traiter le tartre. J'en suis ressorti tres satisfait avec un plombage posé très bien. N'hésitez surtout pas a y aller. De plus le docteur Ahmad présent au cabinet parle francais couramment car il a vécu en France un temps. Clinique facile d'accès et facile a se garer sur place. N'hésitez surtout pas en cas de mal de dent.

Negative experience: The worst receptionist Christina I’ve ever seen in my entire life,the manager says it’s out of her hand to ask for apologize from the bad attitude of her receptionist, can you believe that? I can’t ,with 18,700 AED paid just for my teeth orthodontic treatment. It cost you 4000 Dirhams to remove one horizontal wisdom teeth. you can go if you are a person who doesn’t care about the service.
