Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable experience. I went to Dr. Rona Rabah’s clinic to get several root canals and fillings done. She claimed everything was completed — but after suffering from severe pain for over two months, I visited another dentist who showed me the truth: none of the root canals were done, and the fillings were placed incorrectly, leading to serious gum infections. The amount I paid was significant, yet the quality of work was beyond unprofessional — it was negligent and harmful. I’m now undergoing all the procedures again from scratch at another clinic. This was not just a waste of time and money — it was a major threat to my health. I strongly warn anyone against trusting this clinic.

Negative experience: Terrible Experience – Dishonest and where you will charged a Tabby percentage!! I had one of the worst experiences at this dental clinic. The dentist was more focused on making money than providing quality care. they became defensive and refused to complete my treatment or fix the problems they did. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you don’t want to be overcharged, treated poorly, and get a bad teeth shape stay away from this clinic!

Negative experience: VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL WORK AND BAD SERVICE! even one star is too much! I’m so disappointed by the work dr rona planted me a tooth but the process was so unprofessional the implant measurements were wrong, which led to a gap and due to the poor installation method, it caused me to have gum inflammation. I contacted them many times to tell me the name of dental implant name so I can fix it in another clinic but they kept ignoring me FOR MONTHS till I talked with them in despair because I couldn’t handle the pain anymore. my experience was unfortunately so horrible and I don’t recommend them for anyone because genuinely I don’t want anyone to experience this

Fantastic experience: كنت موجوعة كتير وعملت بحث على جوجل وجيت على افضل عيادة اقترحها جوجل ، العيادة والطاقم و الدكاترة كتير رائعين ومهتمين ومنظمين ماشاء الله ، والدكتورة رونا كتير شاطرة وبجلسة وحدة عالجتلي الموضوع الحمدلله والاسعار كتير مقبولة ... وفي شي لفتلي نظري ، النظافة و ريحة البخور والورود الطبيعية والموسيقى الهادية وحسن الضيافة شي كتير حلو وملفت ، وبيدل على الاحترافية والاهتمام بالمرضى من كل النواحي ، العلاجية والنفسية .... بجد ما ندمت اني جيت لعندهم وشكر كتير كبير للدكتورة رونا من قلبي ❤️

Negative experience: Not recommended بصراحه هاذي الزياره الثانيه للعياده والاخيره احنا مأخذين موعد من أسبوع وجينا خلونا قاعدين ساعه كامله على العلم ان العياده فاضيه مافيها مرضى في الانتظار وبعد ساعه كامله جات دكتوره ثانيه قالت ان اسمها لين وقالت اعملو صورة أشعه قبل الكشف ! وان الاشعه هاذي مفروضه! فطلبت الدكتوره رونا تجي تكشف بس رفضت وقالت لازم صورة الاشعه وقالت ان الدكتوره رونا مشغوله وهي الي ارسلتها عشان تقول لنا نعمل أشعه بعد ساعه كامله انتظار وهاذا ومعناته الكشفيه الي ببلاش مش ببلاش لانو بندفع ثمن الاشعه . بصراحه في سبب خلاني اهرب منهم فالزيارة الأولى من نفس الدكتوره الي قالت اسمها لين انها تفرض عليك اجرائات تعملها من دون الكشف ومن قبل الكشف وكل اجراء بثمنه وهم أصلن عاملين دعايه ان الكشفيه ببلاش بس كيف يعني !!!! المفروض خبروني من لما كلموني او اول ما وصلت مش بعد ساعه .على العموم طاقم العياده والموظفين من الاستقبال ومركز الاتصال لغايه الدكتور ابوبكر كلهم شاطرين وعارفين شغلهم الا الدكتوره الي ذكرت اسمها ما انصح التعامل معاها لأنه رح تخليك تدفع اكثر من انك تستفيد او تتعالج . فعلاً ضيعو وقتي على الفاضي

When I brought this up, instead of addressing the issue, the staff resorted to mockery and lied with no shame. Their dismissive and rude behavior is unacceptable, and it’s clear they have no respect for their clients. If you value your time and want to be treated with professionalism, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

Negative experience: This clinic is absolutely awful. The receptionist is shockingly unprofessional, rude, and has zero respect for clients or their time. The lady at the front desk is completely incompetent and a disgrace to the clinic. I’ve been visiting for two years purely because it’s in the same building where I work, but the experience has been nothing short of disastrous. Despite referring several clients, none were satisfied with their results. The laser treatments, threads, fat-dissolving injections, and Botox have all been complete failures. To make matters worse, today the receptionist outright lied over the phone, booking an appointment even though the clinic was fully booked. We ended up waiting from 6:20 to 8:30 PM, only to be met with her uncooperative attitude and unnecessary drama when we raised our concerns as she was lying and making stories and sent in lady for treatment who did not have even appointment . The entire staff is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unfit to run a clinic. Save yourself the frustration—this place doesn’t deserve a single visit. Invest your time and money elsewhere because this clinic is a total disaster. موظفو هذه العيادة كاذبون بشكل علني، والاستقبال صادم بعدم احترامه وافتقاره حتى لأبسط قواعد الأدب. قامت الموظفة بالكذب مباشرة أمامنا، قائلة شيئًا ثم غيرت كلامها بعد لحظات. كانت التجربة فظيعة بكل المقاييس. الإدارة ليست أفضل حالاً – بدلاً من الاستماع لشكاوى العملاء، قاموا بدعم هذا التصرف الدرامي. هذه العيادة البائسة، بموظفيها غير المحترفين وغير المؤهلين، أفسدت أمسيتنا تمامًا. تجنبوا هذا المكان بأي ثمن؛ إنه كارثة بكل معنى الكلمة.

Negative experience: تجربة سيئه جداً جداً في هذي العياده و بالأخص تركيب الابتسامه . اولاً الاسعار غير ثابته و لا التنظيف ، كل موظف يعطيك سعر غير عن الثاني يزيد مبلغ او يقلل مبلغ انت ماتعرف تاخذ على كلام من . و جودة الابتسامة سيئه جداً خلال اول اسبوع الاسنان تطيح و خلال اقل عن شهر خمس الى ست مرات الاسنان تطيح . مش معقوله انت مع اصحابك او في الدوام تواجه المشكله هذي و تنحط فق موقف محرج!! ولا تجد مواعيد خارجيه لتركيب السن و ايضاً راح تدفع مبلغ اضافي و الاسنان تطيح على اكل جداً بسيط مثل الخبز يعني معقوله جودة التركيب تعبانه و اذا تبغي تاخذ حقك راح يطلعون منك الفلس الي دفعته . تجربه عن جد سيئه انصح ب سؤال مجرب قبل التجربه

Here's what went wrong: Insurance Bait-and-Switch: Calling ahead confirmed my insurance covered the procedure, but upon arrival, the questions stopped. No price discussion, just straight into treatment. Shockingly, two bills followed: my copay and another unexpected fee. Hard Sell on Unneeded Extras: Before addressing my concerns, the staff bombarded me with additional "essential" products and procedures, significantly boosting the cost. Their urgency felt more about profit than my well-being. Finally, they will sell you what you do not need !! they will tell you it is covered wink wink but if you dont need it then why !

Negative experience: Don't go there. Found about it under Skin by Dr Mark on IG, once there it was a different name. Worst hydrafacial, didn't even finish it. The lady has no idea what she is doing, they don't even have the vapor machine for face, used a mask on me smells like rotten peanuts. Now my face feels like it's burning. The lady at reception charged me 250 aed stating 50aed was for consultation which I never asked for nor they mentioned, had to make scene. She was rude & unprofessional This clinic is a joke! SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THERE ARE TONS OF CLINICS IN Dubai

Fantastic experience: احسن عيادة للاسنان.. راحة نفسية ومافي خوف وكل اللي بالعيادة تبارك الرحمن بروفيشونال بشغلهم وخدومين ومتفانيين ويعطون من قلبهم ، زراعة اسنان تقويم تبيض روعة صار لي ٣ سنوات وياهم ومستمرة بالمراجعات الدورية اللي هي كثير مهمة بعد اي علاج تلبيسات وسحب العصب وتنظيف اسنان وخلع ضرس العقل المطمور وتقويم الاسنان الشفاف وايضا رسم الابتسامة وعلاجات اللثة عيادة كاملة متكاملة خبرة وحرفية وجودة ومكان حلو وناس طيبين والمواقف متوفرة وايضا نظام التقسيط بالدفع وخصم فزعة فعليا دكتورة رونا حلت لي كل مشاكلي بالاسنان مع اني كنت اعاني من مرض التصلب اللويحي وكثير رحت عيادات علاجاتهم كانت ترقيع فقط ويستخدمون علاجات قديمة كذا مرة حاولت اتخلص من التلبيسات القديمة وكنت اعيش معاناة والالام من محاولة فك التلبيسة واكثر من ٨ دكاترة ماعرفوا يعملون لي زراعه ولا تنسيق رسم السن مع باقي الاسنان لكن اتذكر اول اتصال لي على عيادتهم كنت مرعوبة وردت علي مارلين وما انسى كيف هونت علي وبالاخص لما ذكرت لها اني من ذوي الهمم وعاطلة عن العمل فكثير راعوني بالسعر وبالتقسيط وحقيقة فقط يقولون لك ايش انت محتاج كعلاج لا زيادة ولا نقصان ويقولون لك شنو المتوفر والاسعار والمريض يختار تشجعت اتصل بعد ما شفت حساب الدكتورة على الانستغرام وكم مقابلة لها وشفت الحالات اللي كانت تعالجها وطبعا مافي حد ما عنده فوبيا من عيادات الاسنان انا من اول جلسه لي مع الدكتورة رنا وقبل ما الدكتورة رونا تشخص حالتي وايش محتاجة حسيت براحة وفعلا مافي داعي للخوف طالما انت تتعامل مع دكتور انساني وعنده امانة وشاطر شكرا لكم كلكم مارلين نور دكتورة رنا ودكتورة رونا والدكتور ابوبكر اللي عمل لي جراحة خلع ضرس العقل اكثر من ١٥ سنة كنت اتهرب من خلع ضرس العقل المطمور لكثير اسباب .. صحية ونفسيه لكن بالاخير حمدلله عرفت طريقهم وكان كل شي بردا وسلاما علي من بعد الخوف اروح العيادة استجمام ونقاهة متخيلين اوصل لهذه المرحلة ربي يوفقكم كلكم ومن نجاح لنجاح

Fantastic experience: اول مرة اروح عيادة وما ودي اطلع منهاا راحة نفسيه وكل العاملين والموظفيين تعاملهم روعه مارلين موظفه الاستقبال.. دكتورة رنا ودكتورة رونا والشاب الفلبيني اللي ماعرفت اسمه ،، ربي يبارك فيهم .. اول مرة اسوي تنظيف بلا وجع وعملت حشوات وبصدد اجراء تقويم انفيزبيل وزراعه اسنان احدث التقنيات عندهم بصراحة ذهلت وجدا حرفيين وشطار والأهم انهم أمينيين واسعارهم روعة متحمسة كثيير ،، واختفت الفوبيا اللي كانت عندي من عيادات الاسنان وطبعا كل العلاجات متوفرة عندهم وبمكان واحد من الأخير ناس فاهمين شغلهم وعارفين كيف يطلعونك وانت راضي وصاحب ابتسامة ولا أروع وربي شهادتي فيهم مجروحة ربي يكتب لهم التوفيق ويبارك لهم في صحتهم ورزقهم حمدلله صار سنة من خلصت علاجاتي عندهم زراعه وتقويم وتلبيس وسحب عصب وتركيب فينيير لله الحمد ابدا ما عندي مشاكل ومستمرة اتابع معاهم

Negative experience: I like the clinic never had any complaints.. I was recommendingthe clinic to a friend and just when through the comments out of curiosity. shock to see you posting patients confidential information on the replies, like the full names and treatments they made. I don't think them posting a bad review give the clinic the right to do so, please update these replies as it is showing a terrible image.

Negative experience: Worst clinic in Dubai. Changed my smile twice with Dr. Rona and in both times I had the worst infection in my gums. She puts really thick veneers and does not leave any space for flossing! I went to 3 other doctors to get my teeth checked when I was back in Saudi and all of them said that the veneers were placed in a wrong way which can causes major damage to the teeth and the nerves. Now I had to change them with another doctor and pay everything out of my pocket! In addition my brother had his smile done with Doctor Rona and has the same issue. DO NOT COME HERE. And stop replying to complaints that they are not your customers and it’s fake reviews!!!

He started the treatment before informing me about the co-pay even though I asked multiple times. They won’t even provide the clinic’s email - Service: I can not believe that this clinic exists in dxb. Just money hungry with nothing to show for it - Professionalism: NON-EXISTANT, please learn how to deal with customers - "Manager": Extremely rude, uncooperative and threatened me for wanting my money back. - Prices: super expensive compared to other clinics but not worth it - The one star goes to the filipino nurse as he is the only one who is cooperative in this clinic. No one attended to me since I walked in, still waited +30 minutes even though I had an appointment. I heard yelling and screaming coming from the “dentist” office, should have left right then and there. Negative experience: I had a nose job (septorhinoplasty) done with this clinic by dr jamil al jamali, had troubles breathing & that’s why I decided to go further with my surgery since I had a deviated septum & other issues.. they told me over the fone the price was 18k starting but since I had so many issues to be fixed the head manager ended the deal with me on 32,500.. I was told by the surgeon that my turbinates will be reduced & after I did the surgery my pictures before & after were posted on more than one account .. on dr Rona Clinic story on Instagram on Layla’s story & on my surgeons feed when I strictly asked before surgery that I don’t want my pictures posted full face for personal reasons which none of them respected.. I was told there won’t be any additional payments & my follow ups will be free but they wanted me to continue paying further for a consultation 600dhs with ENT to see why am I having troubles breathing.. no lie dr jamil gave me a beautiful nose but he told me an ENT would be attending my surgery for the reduction of my turbinates since he’s not specialised with it which clearly did NOT happen! Basically they took the payment for something they did not finish! Since the nose size was reduced but the turbinates were not & so I’m currently having breathing problems Cz my turbinates weren’t reduced & struggle sleeping at night & at this very moment taking a lot of medications to help me with my breathing at night! & will require another surgery to reduce my turbinates.. also to add last time I went for a follow up my surgeon raised his voice at me Cz I said my surgery that I paid for was not complete based on what my ENT doctor from another hospital said.. I clearly see how stars & important people are treated in this clinic with all respect & love ... I expect the same with other patients! .. الله يجازي الي اخذ مني سعر و ما وفى بكلمته لان نضحك علي !! Dr Rona & Dr Rana with dentistry they did a great job with my smile! They’re the only reason I still come to this clinic! REPLY: I was very honest from the start & said “he gave a beautiful nose” cz he did! But I was lied to that an ENT will be attending my surgery to reduce my turbinates which did NOT happen! Though before surgery I was told that my turbinates will be reduced.. & I was charged for everything as well as my follow ups. I was promised that there will be no hidden costs! & yes my ENT said that dr jamil gave me a beautiful nose but as a shape but not the way it functions he said it was terrible since there was no ENT present though I was promised, else why is my current ENT giving me different medications since two months now if everything was beautifully done as u mentioned? & as a patient dr jamil scolded me last time until I asked him to speak to me respectfully cz no one has the rights to be doing that to anyone! & im being very fair indeed with my review cz i cant see profits been made on other peoples well being & just not say it out! best wishes to u too!

Negative experience: What an unprofessional clinic and miss behaviour with no respect for patients personal data and no respect in addressing to visitors. No wonder why if by scrolling down you find out of 20 reviews half had given only 1 star to this place. We took an appointment with a specific Dr. And we came on time to find out that the Dr. Having another patient and simply we just have to accept to be divert to another Dr. In the clinic. If you are not free, simply don't give appointment. If you don't have value for your time, this isn't the same for us. I will not waste more time to explain all our bad experience but simply we don't recommend anyone to visit this clinic. In a summary.... cleaning teeth for 100 AED is cheap price so no wonder that you will get exactly for that you pay for. Not more. My wife had injured her hand and had 8 stitches and was advised of a needed operation asap, we were trying to reach to another doctor for a second option however all hospitals were fully booked and refused to take the extra step and book us as an emergence case and we had to wait for 2 weeks which we were told too late to do the operation, until I spoke to your clinic seeking an appointment from dr jameel jamali, I got 6 follow up calls updating me your efforts to confirm the appointment and an appointment 12 hours later ! I was thrilled ... coming to the appointment seeing an amazing Dr. Who explained to us the case and clearly said it is not as urgent as we were told and that it might get back to normal on its own after the stitches were removed! Simply professional, not greedy nor money targeted .
