Negative experience: Worst dental clinic ever, i had my braces removed and they took my size for retainer. Imagine I had to go there more than 3 times and they changed the retainer, but same thing. IT DOESNT FIT. I had been to many dentists and not my first time for retainers, the dentist even told me to be thankful that they gave me discount, now I lost entirely my money because i was not able to use the retainer at all. Never again

I had this issue since three for months … I was adjusting with pain killers… but now pain became unbearable .. so I visited Yasmin Shifa Dental Clinic… I wanted to remove my tooth..but doctor asked me not to and advised root canal treatment…now it’s all fine … doctors and staffs are well mannered and nice.. would definitely recommend this clinic…

Negative experience: Worst experience ever! The doctors are not at all professional and skilled. As well as the nurse is so rude, the customer service is highly unprofessional and unsatisfying. Whenever we call for appointment they make excuses for not giving us and if we go walkin they say this is not allowed we need to take an appointment otherwise the DHA will give a penalty and luckily if they give us an appointment once in a blue moon they make us wait for an hour at least because they’re busy attending a “ WALK IN PATIENT “. Doctor muhammad shajahan was supposed to do my treatment for braces and what a surprise its been 4 years and my teeth are still not aligned however he said it'll take a year or 1.5 year max! Finally when the time came to take my braces of and start the retainers process i asked the doctor and the nurse to provide me the transparent acrylic retainers and they said “ no we don’t provide those we only provide the wire retainers” and after using the wire retainers it started damaging my gums causing severe gum bleeding and swelling. When I informed the doctors dr shajahan and dr yasmin they said that I should try the transparent acrylic retainers as they probably won’t hurt as much! Looking back as I mentioned before the nurse and doctor said that they do not provide the transparent acrylic retainers when I asked them and this time they took an extra 250aed for making the new retainers. When dr.shajahan took my retainer size for the second time he first took the size and after that he shaped filed, aligned and adjusted my teeth WHICH MAKES NO SENSE because whats the point of taking the size of my teeth when they weren’t in proper shape and then later fixing n aligning them after taking the size!! Basically he took the size of my teeth when they were not in shape he made the wrong retainers AGAIN and when i asked him why he took the size first and then fixed the shape he said its fine it wont change the shape and now my teeth are completely changed! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTING, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNSATISFYING SERVICE FROM YASMIN SHIFA DENTAL CLINIC!!

Negative experience: Visited the clinic today for dental cleaning. Since the beginning of the process, carelessness was obvious. During polishing, area below my lips was wounded. Even though I mentioned it, they ignored and stated that it was because of dry lips. I have been to several clinics for the same procedure but never had such an experience.It’s an unsafe place.

Fantastic experience: Decided to go visit this clinic after researchimg thoroughly and reading reviews. Thanks to all who put their reviews....because i finally found a great dental clinic. I removed my wisdom tooth. Dr Mohammad was very comforting and efficient. His assistant was also very friendly....i forgot to ask her name though. Price was what i expected...more or less the same like the other clinics i checked but it was worth it. Clinic is clean, comfortable and does the x-ray also. I have definitely decided to visit them if/when i have dental issues. Thank you Dr Mohammad!

Fantastic experience: This place, I swear.. its a heaven for people like me who are so scared of dentists and only show up when things really really get worse. I have an extereme phobia with a few past worst experiences like unnecessary Root Canal Treatment (RCT) and that too a failed one from getting a wrong tooth pulled off as a child, dental accidents causing ulcer, or extreme sensitivity from over scaling. But with Dr Yasmin it felt like a breeze, and i am not even exgagerating but the process was a walk in the park. She is such a welcoming warm soul, a beautiful and kind human and an overly caring doctor, and so is her nurse who assisted her throughout my treatment. I was honestly scared initially trying one more new dentist but i had no choice as my RCT tooth got infected. She gave a great treament of antibiotics before starting any porcedure and redid the RCT the right way which was messed up by my previous dentist (a cause for infection) She explained the process step by step calming my anxiety. Asking me with every move if i was alright, if i was in any kind of pain, if i was hurting.. I really felt like a child as she treated me like one. She takes care of the time and her patients, those are her priorities due to which i never had to wait and the RCT was completeted in just 2 sittings with NO PAIN at all, and ZERO DISCOMFORT. The best part was i am scared of needles and i didnt have to even take a shot as she provided me an alternative to that for numbing. I cannot express how relieved i am for taking care of something i was putting away for 10 years due to my fear of bad doctors. The clinic itself is extremly welcoming and so well equipped. With all the latest facilities. I did not have to move for xrays or any other process while in the chair (Plus did i mention it was my first experience of being in a dentist chair that provides complimentary massage). The location of the clinic is so convinient along with free parking and a ground floor cafe (in case you are like me to grab a cold beverage after your appointment). I never thought i'd say this about a dental clinic but honestly it was a such a pleasent experience. I felt so confident with her procedures and way of working that i am getting clear aligners as well as so much more done that i had been neglecting all my life, and why shouldn't i, as she offers such a great quality of proffesional service with a very reasonable fee. The RCT along with two crowns and a perfect set of braces / clear aligner afterall gave me a very confident smile. Thankyou Dr. Yasmin for such a wonderful experience.
