Negative experience: I fixed my veneer at Nagem Clinic in Motor City. The veneer on my teeth was damaged and fell off. When I went back to the clinic to have it fixed, they refused to repair it unless I paid extra. They claimed the warranty was only for one year, but I was originally told by the doctor before that it was covered for five years. I asked them to check their system, and there was no mention of a one-year warranty. They lied to me. I even saw the receptionist call the laboratory in front of me to request the invoice by email. Then, the doctor suddenly came out and falsely claimed they had contacted Dr. Ali and the laboratory, both of whom supposedly said there was no warranty. This is dishonest behavior, and I advise everyone to be cautious when dealing with this clinic because they deceived me.

Fantastic experience: very happy with the treatment made my teeth white again good explaining on every proceedure. they let me see every step with my own eyes. painless bleeching.

Negative experience: Very bad experience in tooth canal treatment and filling. All work is wrong. Not recommend al all.

Negative experience: Disappointed. I never saw dentist work on trial and error and can’t identify the reason for the pain !!! 1. Scaling done… still pain 2. Root Canal treatment…still pain. Last thing ignoring my pain and my follow up appointment (earlier confirmed) to go for another patient!!! Probably it was obvious that I have no more treatments to pay. Finally not honest when I ask to make a complain.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending this Nagem Dental Clinic for over a year now and I have been so impressed by Dr Doaa my dentist. She is super kind, considerate and highly professional. She knows I have a genuine fear of dentists but her friendly manner and efficient ways put me at ease as soon as I enter the clinic. I have had several fillings (10 in total) which Dr Doaa carried out quickly and painlessly… to my surprise! If you are looking for a compassionate and experienced dentist, I highly recommend Dr Doaa for the job. In addition, the staff at the Motor City Nagem dental clinic are lovely too.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience. My 6-year-old son chipped 2 teeth while playing at school, and 2 hours later his teeth were looking perfect again. They gave me an emergency appointment at no notice, and showed my son all of the tools they were going to use beforehand, letting him try them for himself, so he was comfortable. Highly recommend. Very cost-effective as well, it cost me 600aed total, and they provided insurance claim forms via whatsapp.

Negative experience: About 2 months on painkillers and still in terrible pain. Veneers installation at this clinic turned my life upside down and brought serious disturbance and negative impact on my health. There are no contact details of the clinic senior management or its HQ to raise the matter. Dr. Doaa kept saying to wait for pain to go away. Well, it doesn't stop or go away and I am forced to approach other clinic to fix the problems created with these veneers, which brings more costs and time-consuming. Very disappointing.

Negative experience: Пожалуй сама странная чистка Зубов в моей жизни,мы больше оформляли бумаги,чем чистили их,если было хотя бы 10 минут и то хорошо,не знаю может это новые технологии,но за 10 лет Мойе практики,это занимало не меньше часавозможно тому кто очень занят и спешит это будет самой удачное место,но для меня врятли,надеюсь мои зубы не отпадут,у меня не спросили и не посмотрели качество Зубов,по окончанию даже не дали зеркало чтобы посмотреть.За 250 дирхам такая чистка достаточно дорогая☹️но выбор остаётся за каждым,в целом персонал очень милый и администратор и доктор,это не могу не отметить,но качество моей чистки остаётся под большим вопросом
