Negative experience: Pathetic service. Not soo friendly staff. Even if u take appointment you have to wait an hour and at the end they will inform you to come the next day. Its really Unprofessional and disappointing.

Negative experience: Highly disappointed. I went for normal cleaning and polishing that was included in family package. I was advised by the doctor to take an X-ray. after it was done i was told it is not included in the family annual package since it was full mouth X-ray and not single tooth and somehow the annual package only includes single tooth x-ray. This was not mentioned to me when I was buying the package & I paid AED 140 additional for the X-Ray, after that I was advised to do deep cleaning procedure. while booking an appointment for that the nursing staff clearly mentioned Its price is 600dhs and after family package discount it will cost me 420dhs. At my next appointment, after doing the deep cleaning of half mouth, I was told that I have to pay 420dhs per quadrant and staff was insisting the fact that amount was mentioned as per quadrant not for the whole procedure. All in all the whole thing is a scam, the staff will never convey the full details to you until you are done with procedure, the doctor does't asks the patient before doing any procedure if he/she was conveyed the facts and figures clearly by the staff. They will wait for you until you are stuck in the middle and then put the blame on patient that you didn't understand and you will end up paying. Whatever procedure you need will not be covered by the so-called packages so please don't bother paying for them. do not undergo any procedure before you ask the details of it from 2-3 sources because they always leave a loophole to trap you in end. Highly disappointed & not recommended at all.

Positive experience: Bought coupon in groupon for cleaning & polishing. Ambience, reception staff, treating etc all was good. I booked appointment with Dr. sonu. She was very gentle with my teeth. But xray was not done, though it was mentioned in package. (If Xray is not included you have to edit in groupon listing soon). Overall was a good experience. Definitely will recommend for others and i will visit again.

Fantastic experience: Having had my tooth removed two days back, I would wholeheartedly recommend Clover Medical Center’s Dr Rifat to anyone wishing to have their teeth corrected. Not only did Dr Rifat gently alleviate my concerns by explaining the procedure to me, but she also has a deft hand that prevents you from even knowing when the tooth was touched. Would recommend 100/100!

Negative experience: They did root canal and tooth extraction... Both didn't go well. Almost 2 yrs now, it has left permanent pain in the area they treated...

Negative experience: Having seen positive reviews on Google, we called Clover, to inquire about their charges for consultancy and standard scaling procedure. In not a very welcoming tone, they refuse to confirm the charges, and told that the charges depends and can only be confirmed after the consultation. We then, asked the consultation charges, to which they said that it's not confirmed and will be confirmed by the doctor after consultation. This is the first experience in more than last 10 years that a clinic can't tell charges for consultation or an standard scaling procedure. Surprisingly they have placed fix cost offers of scaling and other services groupon. I believe the clinics are obliged to be transparent about the charges of standard services like first consultation. Will check with DHA about it. Anyways, I try to be very careful and honest about reviews, so in case I got to have any experience with them, I will update the review accordingly.

Negative experience: I accidently lost my crown and I approach this team for a solution. The dentist told it is fractured and need further treatment. As I was in an emergency I ask him to fix it for then and we will start treatment ASAP. The very next day without trigger the fixture started moving. I called them for help. But they told they will call me back but never pick my call then. No follow up very bad experience. . I went to another clinic they told me the same thing but they give better guidance assurance and a better care. I will never recommend this clinic and they are expensive too....

Earlier , I Was too skeptic about the treatment and was not so confident about having it done by splurging money here. But cost at clover Al nahda is very reasonable and affordable . Dr.Bhavana had carried out the procedure as seamlessly and smoothly. I'd sure recommend the doctor and the clinic to anyone. Great work by the team.

She's an absolute professional and has an amazing manner with kids and parents.She explained everything to my son before starting, talked to him the entire time, gave him breaks whenever he wanted and was really kindhearted.The root canal and fillings went really well. Negative experience: Clover Clinic is very impressive, front office staffs are very good and friendly. BUT the treatment I am still suffering I had my Root canal done but seems like a long journey without happy ending I had my treatment done with Dr. Bhavana but didn’t have good experience.. as one of the earlier reviews where someone stated she is ok only for minor tooth cleaning work. which seems true .. I consult another doctor in Clover he tried his level best to rectify but since the damage was already done there was no scope to improve much. Now I have no choice/option but to look for different clinic and spend again, start again… Really waste of money, time and patience.

Positive experience: A good dental clinic with professional service and reasonable prices. I recommend Dr Satyaki for children dental care. For Adults Dr Zoeb Kachwala is really good. For minor dental cleanups Dr Bhavna is OK. But for complex dental treatment I also highly recommend Dr Disha Gupta in thier Bur Dubai branch. Reception staff is helpful and responsive to emails and what's app chats. Public Parking is plentiful outside the building.
