Negative experience: سويت عندهم تقويم اسنان تقريبا لمدة سنتين بمبلغ 26500 والنتيجه غير مرضيه، العيادة جدا اسعارها عاليه كنت اتمنى احصل نتيجه سريعه و ممتازه على هالمبلغ.. هذا رأيي وتجربتي الشخصية وقد يختلف من شخص لآخر.

Negative experience: سويت جلسة Ultraformer في العيادة نص الويه ، وبدل ما أطلع بنتيجة حلوه، طلع وجهي بحروق واضحة لا تزال موجودة لين اليوم بعد مرور شهر كامل. أول يوم وصفولي كريم مهدئ، واليوم في المتابعة وصفولي كريم ثاني… لكن ولا حد تحمّل مسؤولية الخطأ اللي صار منكم. الأسوأ إن الجهاز سبّب ذوبان للفيلر ونقص في دهون الوجه، ولما طلبت تذويب باقي الفيلر عشان يتوازن شكل وجهي، تم عرض الإبرة عليّ بـ1200 درهم، وقالولي بنسويلج خصم ادفعي بس 600! أنا وافقت أدفع 300، مو لأن الخطأ مني، لكن لأني تعبت وأنا أحاول أعدّل الضرر اللي صار لي من جلسة. دفعت 2000 على الجلسة، و500 على كريمات علاج الحروق، و300 على إبرة تذويب، وبعدني بحتاج جلسات تقشير، غير مشاويري اليومية من البترول، والأهم من كل هذا: الضرر النفسي. لما العميل يدفع ثمن الإجراء، ثم يدفع ثمن إصلاح الضرر اللي سببه الإجراء… من اللي فعلاً مستفيد؟ طلبت من العيادة صوري “قبل وبعد” الإجراء، بحكم إنه إجراء طبي تجميلي من الطبيعي يكون موثق… لكن الرد كان: “الصور في تليفون الدكتورة، والدكتورة طلعت من العيادة!” يعني بكل بساطة ما في نظام، لا حفظ ملفات، لا أرشفة، لا احترام لحق المريض في متابعة حالته. هل هذا يُعقل في مركز يحمل اسم عيادة طبية؟! أقل حق للمريض إنه يشوف توثيق حالته، خصوصًا بعد مضاعفات واضحة مثل الحروق وتغيّر شكل الوجه. هذا تقييمي الصادق بناءً على تجربتي الشخصية، وقد تختلف تجربة الآخرين

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hala ghattas, she’s one of the best dermatologist I’ve seen ever, sadly that derma zone clinic - Sharjah will lose her, she’s talented & passionate in her work. The way she work on skin is kind of miracle treatment. I suffer from acne , dark pigmentation, textured skin from long time but with her I saw great improvement within 8 months only. That was my very honest opinion.

Fantastic experience: I did facial, dermapen and fraxel with Dr.Hala, she’s the best! She really pays attention to details and doesn’t miss a spot! I’ve had really great results with two sessions so far and am still going to continue my treatments with her! Highly recommend! Also, i have been doing laser hair removals with them for years, i try other places but always go back here because of hygiene and great service from everyone honestly. I did soft light for the face and Dr.Hala specifically did a really good job and exactly how i wanted

Negative experience: دفعت مبلغ ١٣٠٠ درهم لازاله ندبه على الوجه ولا يوجد اي فرق ملحوظ ، طلب الدكتور اعاده الليزر للندبه ولكن مع دفع ٨٠٠ درهم للجلسه مره اخرى مبالغ في كل مره تدفع ٨٠٠ درهم وبدون اي فرق !

Negative experience: I paid 500 AED for consultation at Dermazona Clinic on April 29 for a scar consultation that lasted barely 5 minutes. I asked the doctor to fill out a form and give me a proper treatment plan — till now, NOTHING. I kept following up for almost two weeks, and every time they gave me empty promises like “tomorrow the doctor will reply.” He never did. This is a scam. They take your money and ignore you after. No professionalism, no respect, no accountability. I feel like I paid for absolutely nothing. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Negative experience: My appointment was at 5pm i reached at 4:50 i was kept in a room waiting till 6:30(when im writing this review) and still the doctor didnt come too see me and when i asked i was told that he saw 3 patients when i was waiting. Horrible horrendous patient care! Btw they added the numbing cream for my procedure at 5:30 and as far as i know you should keep it for 10min max i still have it on. Im not looking for an apology from the clinic or anything, im just writing this review to save patients. any other clinic will be a better choice

Negative experience: I had a good experience with the hair laser removal treatment at this clinic; However, I can't recommend their facial treatments or fillers. The facial treatment left me with bad scars that i did not have before(Sp.Dana), and the fillers didn't yield any noticeable results(Dr.Osama). Stick to the laser treatment if you decide to visit.

Positive experience: صارلي اتعامل مع العيادة سنين طويلة واي حد يسألني امدحلهم وكل شي كنت اسويه عند دكتور اسامة، ما شاء الله عليه شاطر وهو السبب اني ارجع العيادة. للأسف الفترة الاخيرة صار في بنت يديدة بس تسوّق للمنتجات والعلاجات وهي مب دكتورة اصلا، والمفروض هي تحدد الاسعار وجداً صعبة في التعامل.. اضافة غير موفقة بتاتاً من العيادة وكان سبب يخليتي جدياً افكر في عيادة ثانية، السيدة شغلها تجاري ومافي حد فينا يحب يروح لأي مكان تجاري، اتمنى من الادارة تعيد النظر في الموضوع لان ممكن يكون سبب في خسارة زباين قدامى.. يت عندنا قبل لا ندخل للدكتور وتقترح علاجات وبعدها قالت نشوف الدكتور شو يقول، غالباً انا ابغي اسمع من الدكتور فقط مش من حد تجاري وغير مختص.. واذا خذنا موعد من التلفون تقول ماشي مواعيد واذا كلمنا حد ثاني يعطينا وغيرها من تدخلات ماتعودنا عليها من العيادة ولا لها لزمة.. التجربة كانت مختلفة ومش بالمستوى الي متعودين عليه. اتمنى فعلاً اعادة النظر في السياسة الجديدة

Negative experience: كان عندي مشكله بسيطه باسناني ونصحوني ف تقويم ، سويت التقويم ل مدة 2 ونص ودفعت ١٤ الف. النتيجه مافي تغيير باسناني وصار عندي التهاب ومشاكل باللثه ونزيف. ماستفدت شي واسناني تضررت

Negative experience: I had the worst experience ever with the female Indian dentist Dr. Ur** ( orthodontist) ever. She hurts my lips with the braces wire every time I visit her and she even left my bracket open!! She always gets angry whenever I visit her and and shouts at me if I broke a bracket ( i will pay in the end for the broken bracket why is she mad??) and always in a bad mood. I really doesn’t recommend this clinic especially this Dr AT ALL!!.

Negative experience: أسوء تنظيف بشرك سويته في حياتي .. سألت عن سعره قبل لا ابدأ و الموظفة ما خبرتني السعر .. سوتلي تنظيف سريع و خلت الماسك دقيقتين و مسحته و ما كانت تعرف تستخدم آلة الهيدرا فيشل .. مررتها على وجهي ع السريع و ما مشت على كل الأماكن .. و وقت الحسب طلبو ادفع 650 !!!!!! فاااااشلين The worst hydra facial ever !!! The staff didn’t know how to use the machine and she just went through my face for 2 minutes and then she put me the mask and wipe it off in 2 minutes as well !! And then they asked for 650 AED !! Horrible service and high prices

Negative experience: 非常垃圾不要去，朋友介绍的，加的医生的whatsapp，没加前台的。医生帮忙预约的，前台打来电话，说给地址，一直没给，按名字搜出来的地址推荐第一位并不是这里。都快到了，才发现错的。预约的十点，医生十点才回我地址在哪里。 从迪拜过去迟到了，说只有一个小时的会诊时间，过了后面有病人。前台态度极度之差，没给地址原因是忘了，我们来晚是我们自己的错，怪我为什么没有存她电话。地方也很难找，让她发一下店铺附近的样子也不理。希望她在说别人不尊重她的时候，也想想有没有尊重病人，至少要自己把地址发给病人，而不是来怪病人为什么没有主动的找她。 解决方法是再找个时间，少说还要等好几个别人。只能说时间急促的朋友别去了，不喜欢态度不好的朋友也别去。搞不懂一个小时的时间能治什么，我主要是为了补蛀牙，而且还好几颗，少说一个半小时起步，没有人想从迪拜跑到那里很多次。真的，很浪费时间和油费。

Negative experience: Dr Nourhan is a good doctors ,,but there is no respect for time , every time I come I have to wait at least 2 -3 hours minimum even though I come on my time, they play a game after they see the frustration. Where they ask u to move to a room that the Doctor is coming ,, but it’s just to make u feel she is coming and it’s minimum an hour of wait honestly the worst service ever .. my appointments was at 3:15 now it’s almost 5 and the doctor didn’t show up yet

Negative experience: Heard great reviews from Instagram and wanted to try them till my sister had the worst experience ever. The doctor that was treating her had zero respect for time as she busy filming reviews for the products and the clinic. And would make my sister wait for more than hour even though she had an appointment. After she complained to the staff for waiting so long they would put her in a room to stall her till the doctor was done filming her reviews. This should have been communicated in advance to not waste customer's time. I was encouraged to be a potential customer till I heard this story.

Negative experience: It is the most cheating clinic I ever meet the Dermatologist doctor not showing what products using .then charging double amount the funny part of cheating is that she said she will put 50 collagen thread lift but she put only 35 and charged me for 50 when I asked her she said in each needle two thread how this is first time I heard that in one needle 2 threads and the other procedures she put more fillers which not effected just to let me pay more for 3 times visiting they let me pay more than 20000 Dhs and no any changes because all fake products .don't go to this clinic and don't believe the Instagram.
