Fantastic experience: Hey Dental 5 stars!!! Great new place opened up in our office building, had lost part of my teeth on a Friday afternoon and they were willing to take me in late that day at 6:30, although they had already gone on weekend. The dentist was super professional and she took good time and explained everything during the process. I was really super happy for the results. Used to have a Scandinavian dentist down here, but can really recommend this clinic, they are super professional and take good care of their clients. 10/10

Fantastic experience: Dr Mahmoud was great. I’m visiting Dubai and had an issue with my crown - something very unpleasant when you are traveling! Hey Dental was 15mins walk from me, so I called them at 11am and Dr Mahmoud was able to see me at 3:30pm. The clinic is nice and clean, the receptionist and Dr’s assistance were very polite, and Dr Mahmoud has done a superb job - he’s very professional and thorough! Definitely a 5 star experience.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to express how much I love everyone who works at Hey Dentist! They are so welcoming and make you feel safe and calm any nerves you may have are quickly diminished as they take the time and make the time with you. As a family with 2 young.children this is so important and my 2 daughters have no fear of the dentist as their dentist explains what’s happening in a child friendly way and it keeps them calm and me, as I know we are all in good safe hands. Negative experience: I was left with a root inside from a wisdom tooth extraction, and i had to redo a root canal. Overpriced, and not worth going here, its gone cost you more to fix the damage. Just to be more clear, since your answer does not reflect the truth at all. None of the visits went smooth since first time i was left with a root inside, and the second time, the doctor told me i should keep the root there, and not remove it ( 2 other doctors told me i have to remove it bcz its risk of infection), instead she start cleaning my teeth for no more then 3-4 minutes ( already cleaned it somewhere else a month ago) and then charged me 850 dirhams, for a service i did not asked for. I came to solve the problem which is the root she left inside from the wisdom tooth extraction.

Regarding your costs for procedure, our doctors are required by protocol to inform you what steps they will take to treat you, you agreed to go ahead with the treatment. Our costs are reasonable and we aim to ensure quality treatment for all our patients. Tip for any future visit to any dental clinic, be sure to ask about the price of each treatment after a doctor communicates to you their advice on treatment.

Fantastic experience: After a bad experience with another dental clinic I was recommended HEY Dental. Overall the clinic is clean and the prices are reasonable. However, what made the experience smooth was how accommodating and lovely the staff are.

Negative experience: We are not happy with the service of this clinic. The doctor did not inform of the charges for the procedures before doing so. Also there was a very rude and impolite behaviour by the doctor while handling this issue.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment over a week in advance for consultation for me and my wife. When the day comes they said they didn’t take note of the appointment and there is no availability. Completely hopeless staff. They just lost two clients and a few thousands AED ♂️

Negative experience: This clinic is unbelievably disrespectful. I went there for Dr Yildiz Saritas, but this is not related about Doc. Problem is clinic: I arrive there 10 min before my appointment firstly no-one is in reception I wait there approx 2min after that someone comes and ask my ID and fill the other forms as well. At exact, an appointment time I said this is the lunch break I don't have too much time and they said we informed the doctor already and they went inside the clinic again 5, 10,15 min I was alone again in the reception area 15 min nobody is telling me anything why I'm waiting for, etc. 15 min later somebody came and told sir we will get you in 5 min, and I said I'm already waiting 15 min and no-one says sorry for the delay, etc and they are still asking 5-10 min more? This is so disrespectful behavior after wait 15 min. No need to go there find another clinic for you. And in their response as you can see they are lying, at that time they are not making any sterilisation, they told me Dr is still filling some patient Root Canal , and even this is true you need to arrange your appointments with calculating 15 min sterilisation time. Like I told you Review readers; this is about Clinic not with doctors they are disrespectful AND NOW + Liers
Dear Ozgur, As you know, the regulation by DHA is to sterilize the rooms between each patient to ensure safety from any disease, and that takes around 15 minutes, (it is the mandatory procedure by Dubai Health Authorities that should take 15 minutes minimum for sterilization). Again, please accept our deepest apologies for your inconvenient experience. But I hope you understand that this process is to protect not only patients but also all our staff members. Negative experience: I went there with my father as he was suffering from tooth ache . The doctor didn't do a proper consultation and directly started the procedure , without explaining what is the problem or what they are going to do , also they didnt explain to us how much it will cost . They only clean the 2 tooth and fill with medicine , and gave us a bill of 2000 aed .
