Negative experience: They made me pay 100 aed for a consultation. They never told me before that there was this kind of fee. Im not impressed by this clinic

Negative experience: I did my Invisalign treatment at Dentalzorg Dentistry and unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the results. The 3D simulation video I was shown at the beginning clearly presented a specific outcome — but the final results did not match what was promised. Because of this, I had to go through a new scan and extend the treatment, which came with additional costs. It’s frustrating because the staff was friendly and welcoming, but the quality of the results and overall delivery were poor. I was actually planning to recommend Dentalzorg to friends, but after this experience, I definitely won’t. I hope the clinic works on better treatment accuracy and managing patient expectations more honestly.

Negative experience: Helaas heb ik opnieuw een minder prettige ervaring gehad bij deze tandartspraktijk. Ik kwam langs vanwege kiespijn en ging ervan uit dat ik geholpen was. Maar toen ik later ging eten, merkte ik dat de pijn nog steeds aanwezig was. Toen ik terugkwam, bleek het om een andere kies te gaan, de verkeerde tand was behandeld. Toen ik dit uitlegde, werd gezegd dat er bij die andere tand een beginnend gaatje zat. Maar dat was niet de reden waarvoor ik in eerste instantie kwam. Hierdoor heb ik uiteindelijk dubbel moeten betalen. Ik was samen met mijn vrouw en kinderen, en vroeg bij het afrekenen hoe het eindbedrag precies was berekend. Helaas konden ze dat niet duidelijk uitleggen. Ik wil benadrukken dat ik de tandarts zelf als een goed persoon ervaar. Maar ik vind ook dat als er een fout wordt gemaakt, daar verantwoordelijkheid voor genomen moet worden en een passende compensatie op z’n plaats is. Overigens: bij mijn allereerste bezoek moest ik 20 minuten wachten omdat de tandarts tussendoor een andere patiënt hielp. Omdat mijn kinderen toen wel een fijne ervaring hadden, besloot ik het nog een kans te geven en bij een andere tandarts in de praktijk te proberen. Jammer genoeg verliep ook dat bezoek niet zoals gehoopt.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience getting my aligner treatment at DentalZorg. I started with major gaps, and the entire process took just over 3 months—something I didn’t think was possible at first. Dr. Ben was incredibly reassuring and took the time to explain the full treatment plan in detail. He also saw me for regular check-ups throughout the process. The result was a total smile makeover, and I couldn’t be happier! I highly recommend DentalZorg to anyone considering aligners/braces/invisalign. Fantastic experience: My partner needed an urgent set of full dentures to replace his exisiting ones, while he waits for his implant surgery. This clinic was extremely quick to respond, sent us detailed explanations on how the process would work, the timeframe & costs. On visiting the clinic, premises are clean & new. Overall easy to find parking. Reception / whatsapp agent are professional, quick to respond, and take care of all queries. Dr. Fathima was the one who created the dentures for us. She was extremely detailed in her work, and didnt let us go until the set was perfect. This was across multiple sittings and fittings. We also met with Dr. Afeefa during our last visit for the finish. Both were kind, professional & experts at what they do. 10/10 recommended.

Dr. Zakaria is very professional and highly skilled dentist . He made it such a wonderful appointment with being pain free and he immediately puts you at ease with his calm and sweet demeanor. The most impressive part of my visit was that Dr. Zakaria took the time to show me my problem areas on the digital camera and x-rays, which I have never had a dentist do before. Dr Fathima was honest and straight forward. I have been to other dentists that exaggerated what my needs were in order to make more money. So it was a relief to find a dentist with integrity. plus she was very caring and friendly. I wish I had switched to them sooner. Great attention and service. You know you are in good hands. Facilities are high end but at a friendly cost. Overall, the professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding and ofcourse couldn’t be happier with the results.

Fantastic experience: I would give 10 stars if I could. I can't speak highly enough of DentalZorg, all the staff and especially Doctor Zakaria Ben Ahmed. I had a disatrous accident on the weekend and broke my dental bridge. The clinic were super helpful, asked me for certain information and within a day I was in the chair. Even more impressive they repaired my bridge in less than 30 minutes as they have their own, very skilled dental lab and technicians onsite. All in all I went from no front teeth to a beautiful smile in about 90minutes. They really went above and beyond, calling the implant manufacturer to make sure they had the correct tools. They saved my smile! I would have been prepared to pay 10x what they actually charged me. Incredible, caring, efficient and skillful service and excellent value for money. I'm a very happy customer!
