Fantastic experience: Dr Hind is just amazing . Firstly i did my forehead botox with her it was painless and for more than 6 months no single change happen. Then i went back for her to do my under eye PRP and sculp , i felt the effect from the 2nd session , she is very professional , super friendly and perfectly doing what ur face needs. Fantastic experience: I see Mahnaz Mahallati as my physiotherapist and after the sessions my neck and back pain feel relief. She makes me feel comfortable and knows exactly where to use her magic hands to target trigger areas. I can really tell she is passionate about her job and patients.

Negative experience: The worst experience i have i go to them i had like panic attack dr didn’t told me what exactly i have they informed me price win i go out they charge me extra price for what i don’t know i go without knowing what happened with me even not recommended
DLSH - on arrival you were informed of the prices for our service as you did not have the insurance cover, you were advised of this at the time and you stated you would pay. After Emergency treatment you were given a discounted price, you were not charged the full amount for all the service. Also, you have been offered a further discussion/consultation with the Doctor who treated you as you state you are not aware of what your condition is or was. We are very happy for you to come to see our Doctor tomorrow which you have agreed to do. 2/4

Negative experience: The Worst Hospital Experience I visited this hospital ten days ago for an orthopedic issue. The doctor took an X-ray and recommended five physical therapy sessions for my leg. However, no one followed up with me, and I received no assistance whatsoever. I reached out to them four or five times, but there was no response or engagement at all. We were waiting for insurance approval, and once it came through, we returned. Now, we are simply waiting for the doctor to review and add some additional notes to the report. Despite my repeated follow-ups, the doctor has yet to update the report. Every time we call, they either don’t answer or say, “We’ll check and get back to you,” but no one has ever reached out. To make matters worse, my condition has significantly deteriorated. When I first visited, I had only mild pain in my leg, but now I can no longer walk at all. Instead of improving, my situation has gotten much worse—entirely due to the negligence of this hospital. When I called to escalate the issue and requested to speak with someone from the management team, no one responded, and no one cared to follow up. At this point, I genuinely believe they would be better off running a grocery store rather than a hospital.

Negative experience: I would advise caution when considering this clinic. I brought my daughter here, and from the moment the doctor learned she was covered by insurance, he initiated numerous tests (nasal and throat swabs, X-rays, blood tests, etc.) while providing vague information and an uncertain diagnosis, suggesting possible bronchitis. After two weeks, since my daughter was still unwell, we returned, only for the doctor to order repeat X-rays and additional tests, along with another course of antibiotics. Once again, the diagnosis lacked clarity, and I couldn't help but feel that the frequency of tests was excessive. It’s concerning to witness children being subjected to potentially unnecessary interventions like X-rays and antibiotics, which in my daughter’s case proved unnecessary (she fully recovered that day without even needing Tylenol). In summary, my experience at this clinic left me with significant doubts about the necessity of the prescribed treatments

Negative experience: It’s been over a week yet my daughter still talks about the fear they brought upon her when they extract her blood. Clearly, the medical staff is not trained to handle a toddler. She “DIG” the needle into my childs arm!!! I was in rage because despite telling her “why are you doing that” while my daughter is already crying, she did not stopped. I’ve asked for a manager but no one is on-site. NO MANAGER NOR SENIOR MANAGEMENT IS PRESENT IN THIS MEDICAL FACILITY. Til today, no one has reached out to me, so clearly they disregard the incident.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with unprofessional approach. They just do your tests without clearly mentioning how much it will cost and then state they forgot to mention and your claim gets rejected, you have to pay the amount they state. Smooth strong-arming.. wont be going again.. Edit after the response: You have your cameras and phone record of me getting upset when you called after the tests are done to pay total of 1500 aed, while your team stated it wont exceed 700 aed and you went ahead without approvals. Plus you sent a payment link from paypal with usd currency thats why i had to come back to pay in local currency aed.. Very disappointing response indeed.

On receiving same, your insurance only approved certain of the tests and then you were informed of the payment for the other tests. Fantastic experience: Highly recommended Dr Yevgeniya Novohatnya (GP doctor). I visited Dubai London clinic, Nakheel for food poisoning and consulted Dr Yevgeniya. She quickly identified problem diagnosed me and prescribed medicines. I was well within next 2 days. Negative experience: I went there to see the dentist, i asked them to send the xray by email and insisted they said definitly today, i didnt receive anything I called the next day i was put on hold to be connected with no luck ofcourse … Isn’t the patient right to get it?! The Receptionist was very bad, she needs to work on her communication skills with patients..

Negative experience: Not a single appointment started on time. We always wait at least 30 minutes. Average waiting time is 45-60 minutes!!!!!!! It is unacceptable!!!!!! If the doctor is late you can call and advise to come later. I come for a fast and effective solution and I don’t want to sit in the waiting room among people who came with fever, coughing etc!!!!!

Negative experience: Well-known clinique in Dubai yes, but I wouldn't say good service. They are stuggling with simple spelling on reception, I correct them because they wrote my email wrong 2 times and as I didnt get results after few hours, I called them and they keep reapeating the wrong email.3 times they kept me on the line, each time 6-7 minutes for operator. When you are sick, you don't really feel doing this stuff. After 5 hours I still didnt get results on my email I called them and told them I will write a complain as am waiting 5h to get resuls which were ready in 45 min. Just then they send it to me. Not proffessional at all.

Positive experience: У них отличный детский дантист, который может найти подход к детям очень профессиональный, были у него на осмотре 5 из 5! Чего не скажешь о педиатре и медсестре. Сегодня мы записали малыша к педиатру, так как он температурил ночью, у них никакой эмпатии. Он всегда приветлив с докторами, но сегодня он испугался и медсестра с педиатром - были максимально холодны и грубы. Мы вышли, так как мы не собираемся ребенка пугать еще сильнее. С таким подходом, как они работают с детьми. Ужасно неприятный осадок после них.
DLSH - Thank you for your reply re our Nakheel Branch, I have an investigation of your visit to our Pediatrician and find she tried to examine your baby but your baby Yusuf was upset and she was unable to carry out any investigations. You then left the Clinic without going ahead with the consultation, the Pediatrician of course was disappointed that you chose to go without any further advice or help from her or the Nurse.
As Doctor was unable to fulfil her role in the treatment of Yusuf she did not charge you anything but assured you should you like to go back to Nakheel to see her with your child she will be very happy to see you. At that point you stated you may return in a few days. We would be very happy to see Yusuf and hope he has improved but should you be worried please call back into the Clinic. 3/11
Negative experience: Terrible experience with this clinic. We went to GP clinic to show the swollen eyes of my sister. She had terrible allergy it was completely swollen she couldn’t even see. Then doctor said nothing is wrong it’s quite normal maybe a food allergy and she needs eye drops and to eat more watermelon!! He didn’t even bother to give her Anti histamine injection or at least to guide to Emergency. I will Never recommend this clinic to anyone.

Negative experience: Very poor customer, we came with the sick person as an emergency seeking a first emergency help and from reception they told us to leave a clinic as insurance is not covered in there in a very rude way. As a clinic no matter happens the doctor atleast should give first help as it was an emergency case.

Negative experience: Dr. Suhail he spoiled my son teeth and make it worst and I am in big trouble because of him , my son is autism and I explain everything for him before starting the procedure , and they call me back to fix his teeth for free with same doctor!!! DLSH - Good Morning, we have been in contact with you we arranged for your son to come to the Hospital to have treatment free of charge not because our Dr was negligent in his treatment but because of your sons health condition and it was difficult for you to hold him while the treatment was ongoing as you yourself indicated. We arranged for the procedure to be undertaken in theatre today and you first agreed to this and then one hour later you declined. The only item we were waiting for was to ask the insurance if it would cover the theatre costs and we were willing to undertake other treatment free of charge. Negative experience: Very bad experience each time I go to this clinic. I recently visited Dr. Linda Alhajwan - dermatologist. She made me panic because she diagnosed some weird disease without even carefully examine me. She pretended to be one of the only specialists in Dubai who could treat me. Two weeks after and 3 other visits with her, the disease was not treated and she claimed it could take 3-4 weeks more, which made me panic even more: my mental health was seriously impacted. I decided to visit two other dermatologists and they told me it was nothing serious. They prescribed me the right medicine and in 3 days the "disease" was gone. Very bad experience with this doctor but also with some others. Each time, they make you panic in order to see you again and charge you the visit. They love putting you under IV for no reason ! Besides, the waiting room is awful, the receptionists are not friendly. I was going to this clinic because I am living on the palm. I will never go again.

Negative experience: I went to get a dental cleaning with Doctor Malika yesterday and was a terrible job. Took her less than 25 minutes to do a cleaning and I had paid 399AED. Almost like she just did not want to do the job. I have been to many dental cleanings in the past and hers was just a job that she wanted to get done quick. Its very unfair to consciously do a terrible job with people and then charge them money. If you don’t want to work then just don’t work. I genuinely wish I can ask for my money back because I am soooo unsatisfied with Doctor Malika the dentist.

Obviously, for some patients this work is done quickly while for other patients this takes longer. We are sorry you are not satisfied with the treatment given to you by our Dentist. Fantastic experience: I am so happy finally, i left the clinic with a big smile on my face. I almost lost hope in dermatologist, but this professional educated and respectful dr Umesh Nihalani brought back my hope to have a good glowing face. He explained to me everything in away where it makes sense and he has an answer to every question and i didnt have a doubt in anything he says. I will definitely recommend my family and friend to come to him for treatment. I will surely come back to him and continue my treatments with him. Fantastic experience: Having been in extreme pain with an immobile wrist, I am extremely grateful for the care I received from Dr. Kutiaiba at Dubai London Clinic. Not only did he accurately diagnose my issue, but he was able to resolve it with just a minor incision. His skill and attentiveness were outstanding, and he made me feel good and secure every step of the way. I am incredibly impressed with the results from his treatment, as I went from being unable to move my wrist to having it fully functioning in just few weeks. Negative experience: If you want a place where you wait at least 20min to 30min from the time of your appointment, choose this place. The worst place for respecting the RDV timing. And this has been experienced at least 10 times. We decided to move out from this clinic just because of that. Really not nice experience especially when you have children

Fantastic experience: DR. MARIA VICTORIA RIVEROS RIVAS, super duper excellent doctor! Could not ask for anyone else whom I can trust to especially on my dental needs. She do not settle for anything else and wants her output to be super perfect which I truly love about her, she has a heart for her patients. Fantastic experience: Dr. Makki Tawfeek Shukker ENT is the best. I walked in today to Nakheel Mall branch asking for a quick help with my blocked ear. Dr. Makki received me with a very kind attitude and smile that made me so comfortable to deal with him. He diagnoses my case immediately & solved the issue. Negative experience: The Name is deceiving. They named it London Clinic to elevate the range or respect not knowing that reliability is something you gain by acting or contributing, and the reputation depends on satisfaction level of patients. Organization mess! Mismanagement! Customer service horrible! Zero working ethics! Misinformation and never, NEVER on time! Looks like they are doing you a favor forgetting it’s your money! This is my second attempt to DLC, and this time I promise the last! The only things which work here are the payment cards terminals. And btw, the gents toilet is so filthy that it’s biohazard to use or!

Positive experience: My daughter has eczema so I googled for pediatric dermatologist and thank God I found Dr. Sanja Mulabegovic. We have been going to her since my baby was 1 month old; I saw results immediately from all the medical skincare she gave. My baby is now 7 months old and we’re very satisfied with how her skin is improving ever since. If your child is suffering from skin disease such as eczema, I would recommend Dr. Sanja. The only thing I hope would improve in the clinic will be the receptionist or admins. Most of them have less or no experience at all when dealing with patients who have questions. One time my baby was vomiting and there was no pedia available; the admin said I could go to a general practitioner. But when we went, the doctor said he could not do anything because he’s not a pedia. We could’ve saved time and effort if the person I talked to was a little experienced to advise to me better bring my baby to pedia and not to a GP. Or if they’re not sure, they can ask the medical practitioners. So if you have any doubt, better ask the staff to ask a nurse or your doctor because if the admin doesn’t sound so sure, they’re most likely guessing; but good thing is they really call you back regarding your query.

Negative experience: My rating is for the useless reception, delay on servicing people, lack of follow-up on insurance approvals & rude answering. My only reason for still going back is to see Dr Maria (dentist) who's great and make each visit easy on my teeth.

Negative experience: The doctors are fine, but they have liers at the reception and a complete organizational chaos. A guy who works there promised to send invoice for PCR by email, never did. I made an appointment for a pediatrician at 6:40, I come to the clinic and the doctor is already gone. The same guy lies to me she left on an emergency to their clinic. She called me to apologize as she hasn't seen the appointment I made last minute and came the next day to see us, which was really nice and professional of her, but not sure why the guy had to lie instead of just telling us the truth. And it's not the first time he's coming up with this emergency excuse. Btw DLC doesn't even have pediatric emergency department and even if they did, they'd have a doctor working there rather than pulling doctors randomly from other branches. Just tell people honestly you messed up scheduling, don't come up with lies

Negative experience: Wish I could give negative star for this clinic, waiting time is so high , after 40 min of waiting the Dr didn't prescribed me the full list of medication, and on top she didn't put the insurance claim number on the prescription so I couldn't buy it with the insurance from the pharmacy, our community deserve much better clinic.

Negative experience: Totally money oriented clinic. I went specifically to get a blood test with no other issue. They asked me to get an appointment with a GP (only to make money out of the appointment because he didnt need to do any assessment). They tell me they have to charge me for the insurance and the blood test isnt covered, which i already knew. Then when i go to pay, they tell me that its 380 aed for a test that i know its average price in Dubai is 150AED. I walked out and not coming back ever. As any other healthcare facility in DUbai, they are so money oriented that is disgusting, trying to squeeze the maximum out of the insurance of the patient. Thanks for nothing

Mr. Manuel, you discussed vaccines and your requirements with the Doctor and his advice was given to you as to what is needed, unfortunately, some items were not covered by your insurance and you decided not to go ahead with any of his recommendations to you.
Positive experience: I had gone to meet Dr Shilpa Mhatre who is a brilliant gynecologist. She guided us along our way all through the pregnancy. She is very kind, supportive and knowledgeable. She is there to provide any solution and always helpful in every way .Highly recommended gynecologist.

Fantastic experience: I underwent Ligament Reconstruction Surgery by Dr. Kutaiba in January 2021. I hurt my ankle real bad through a sports injury, and didn't realize the severity of it until I consulted with DLC. Prior to my surgery, I could barely walk due to the agonizing pain of the injury. It's been 4 months since the operation, and I've recovered completely. I can only express my gratitude to Dr. Kutaiba and the rest of DLC for their support. The entire process - from the surgery, physiotherapy, and regular checkups - was flawless. Dr. Kutaiba offered a truly personalized experience throughout my recovery, and went out of his way to ensure that everything was running smoothly. I live in the USA, but this doesn't stop Dr. Kutaiba from checking up on me and answering any questions I have. No one asks this of him, it's just who he is. I've never had such a wonderful experience during such a difficult time of my life. I would highly recommend Dr. Kutaiba and DLC for any injuries, treatment, or questions you have. I'm truly grateful.

Negative experience: Absolute nightmare to visit this clinic. The whole place is very badly organized. Once I had a dental appointment and it was one hour late but the staff kept feeding me excuses and insisted that i waited in the clinic. The second time we went for a covid test. the staff told us that we couldnt take the test without our original passports and asked us to come back before 8. We drove 2 hours in the traffic to grab our passports and came back before 8 but got turned down by the clinic again. Please do not come unless you plan to spend your whole day here waiting!

Fantastic experience: Had a big problem in my hand, i went to another big hospital because of pain in the hand and wrist, so they did lots of investigations and finally gave me cortisone injection but right after the problem got worse and worse wasn’t able to move my thumb and wrist with severe pain. So I wasn’t happy with their treatment. In 2 months I went to many other hospitals but unfortunately no one could solve my problem. I desperately contacted my insurance as I was losing ability to move my thumb and wrist and they advised me to contact Dr.Kutaiba Salman, a consultant orthopedic surgeon and hand and wrist expert. So I went to him and from the first consultation I was convinced that he is the one. It showed that I had a huge tumor and tendons rupture because of the wrong diagnosis and treatment I was given. Dr Kutaiba removed the tumor and reconstructed my tendons through a very complicated surgery and after good physiotherapist from his team worked on my thumb and hand, I am fully recovered now and thankful for the great service was provided and I’m very happy that my thumb and wrist were saved. Thank you Dr Kutaiba and Dubai London Clinic and Specialty Hospital, you are the best!

Negative experience: I went to see Dr about an acute neck injury. When I asked a question about the diagnosis, I was arrogantly told that 30 years of experience is what lead the doctor to his diagnosis. No assessment completed. No feedback given. Just medication provided. Worst consultant I have had the dissatisfaction of dealing with. It is safe to say that I will never attend this clinic again.
