Negative experience: Very expensive, that's despite almost entire family being customers. At least dentist gives advice for long term, and they finally gave me health insurance form requested to complete and send myself to insurance company for partial reimbursement

Negative experience: Ровно год назад я пришёл в эту клинику на удаление 8 зуба ( зуб мудрости ) удалял зуб сам врач ильхам и перед удалением , сказал пойти покушать , иначе обезболивающие не подействует. В этот Момент в перестал сомневаться в том о что он настоящий мастер. После чего началось удаление. В определённый момент я почувствовал что когда зуб начали отгибать ( отталкивать ) от 7 зуба , я ощутил что 7 зуб откололся. Когда я сказал врачу об этом , он сказал что такого не было и все хорошо. И вот спустя год ( ровно 1 год) пишу этот комментарий , в котором могу вам сказать доктор ильхам ! Теперь мой 7 зуб имеет кариес до самого нерва и я должен его лечить ! Я отдал 1500 аед , это не 300 аед , а 1500 !! И теперь я должен идти лечить 7 зуб ещё за 600 аед ? Вы показали свой не профессионализм тем , что вы меня уверяли что все прошло успешно ! Я больше никогда в жизни к вам не вернусь , даже если вы будете обещать бесплатно лечение ! Exactly a year ago I came to this clinic to remove the 8th tooth (wisdom tooth). The doctor Ilham himself removed the tooth and before removing it, he said to go eat, otherwise the painkillers will not work. At this moment I stopped doubting that he was a real master. After which the removal began. At a certain moment, I felt that when the tooth began to be bent (pushed away) from the 7th tooth, I felt that the 7th tooth had broken off. When I told the doctor about this, he said that this was not the case and everything was fine. And now, years later, I am writing this comment, in which I can tell you Dr. Ilham! Now my 7th tooth has caries right up to the nerve and I have to treat it! I gave 1500 AED, this is not 300 AED, but 1500!! And now I have to go treat the 7th tooth for another 600 AED? You showed your lack of professionalism by assuring me that everything went well! I will never return to you again in my life, even if you promise free treatment!

Fantastic experience: I went to Elham clinic for teeth crowns and veneers . The clinics is very clean and hygiene. Honestly I have to say that I had amazing service there . Fantastic experience: Amazing Service. Dr Islam Saeed worked wonders on this molar tooth of mine. My tooth broke away when eating granola at breakfast in a nearby hotel. A quick check of dentists close to my vicinity I decided to visit Ilham dental clinic. The whole treatment was very professional from start to finish. I must say this treatment I had done was very tricky as I had a tooth rebuild. However very happy with the service and would definitely recommend. 5⭐️ for Dr Islam Saeed and her assistant.

Negative experience: I had a problem with my tooth , and change filling ,and after research of dental clinics I came to Ilham Dental Clinic , and decided to fix my tooth here. Dr.Zyed was my doctor, and he started fixing my tooth , I had several appointments to fix one tooth! recently some small part of my tooth fell down (the one which he put filling on it) , and also I noticed some pain ,so I texted them for appointment ,which he discovered himself that the tooth he fixed has some bacteria or infection inside after doing X-ray! Now, because of unprofessional job which he did I had to do my tooth again in my country and reopen the tooth and fix it again which cost me extra money and time and also pain!

Имя мое Зэйнэб. 10 лет тому назад по отзывам моя дочь Альбина в ОАЭ Дубае привела меня к доктору ИЛЬГАМУ для лечения зубов. Дочь Альбина переговорила с докором ИЛЬГАМОМ и вот я у него на приеие ЭЛЬХЭМДУЛЛЛИЛЯХ!! Отдыхпли в Аджмане отель.Файрмонт и каждый день утром забирала нас Марьям -верный помощник доктора Ильгама. Меня лечил и поставил зубы из циркония доктор Али-Иса - сын доктора Ильгама. Несмотря на его молодость, он знающий свое дело эррудированный специалист - сын своего отца! В течение недели доктор Али'Иса полностью поменял мне верхнюю челюсть. У меня все нормально я довольна работой доктора АлиИса! Эльхэмдуллилях!!! Negative experience: I have visited this clinic in 2015, when one of my tooth have broken. I needed emergency help. On the reception through phone was promising for me russian dentist. On my appointment suddenly came one agressive iranian dentist woman. She started to drum with tool on all my teeth even healthy teeth with her words “delete all! 20.000 drh pay me and l make for u a new smile”. When l needed to find solution with one tooth only! She didn’t want to do that one tooth for me. After when l started to cry and bagging about help, and l don’t have so big money with me, she created smth with that my tooth like temporary replacement and she charged me for that 1.200 drh. I was super stressed before, but after visiting this “nice clinic” excuse me l felt myself worst and as l was robbed. No quality, no attention, no care, nothing for clients l haven’t feel. I don’t recommend this place after my such unfortunate visit to anyone.
