Fantastic experience: د. رياس كان ممتاز جدا و حبوب يسولف و يهتم بالزبون ويحرص على استعمال أحدث التقنيات الحديثة المتطورة فالعيادة والادوات نظيفة الحمدلله . أنا سويت تنظيف عميق و إير فلو كان التجربة رائعة وشفت الفرق قبل وبعد في أسناني بس المشكلة الاسعار شوي غالية.

Negative experience: I want to highlight my experience with Smile care medical center Sharjah , particularly regarding pricing transparency. While the dentist I visited demonstrated exceptional skill and provided outstanding care, I was taken by the unexpectedly high costs of the treatments. Unfortunately, these fees were not disclosed to me in advance, and I mistakenly assumed they would be in line with other clinics. This lack of upfront communication raises concerns—are patients deliberately kept in the dark to prevent them from reconsidering their treatment options? I strongly urge prospective patients to proactively ask about pricing before undergoing any procedures. There are many highly qualified dentists who provide excellent care at more reasonable rates. Taking the time to explore different options can help ensure you receive quality treatment without unnecessary financial strain.

Fantastic experience: As you can see from my "before" photo how badly discolored and cracked my front tooth was to the extend that I only smile with my lips. And when taking selfies I try to filter my photo to minimise the discoloration of my front tooth. My self confidence was not at a very good place for quite sometime just because of this tooth and the thought of seeing a Dentist which scares me most than childbirth. I have been to a number of Dentist in Sharjah and Dubai and my experiences were mostly mediocre or traumatic until one day in July 2022 I came across Smilecare Medical Center's website by chance and book an appointment. That day was the beginning of my confident smile journey. That was the day I met Dr. Riyas. For me; he is the best Dentist in terms of specialisation; experience and technology/equipment and care for patient. If google has a 10 star I would have rated his clinic perfect 10 for client care, skills, knowledge and convenience. Because of Dr. Riyas; I'm no longer scared of Dentist and I am one happy and smiley client. I am now undergoing a teeth whitening process which is being done at the clinic and at the convenience of my home. Highly recommended! Watch out for new photo updates! I am excited to see the new me after 10 days thanks to Dr. Riyas and his team!

Fantastic experience: When i met Dr Riyas, I had no idea regarding dental hygiene. After an initial examination, he advised on my basic dental hygiene. Informed about the cavities and how to work the treatment. After scaling, i was elated about my teeth and my self confidence increased. It was a ease to ask him questions and get answers in the simplest form and we were able to work appointments at my comfort. Completely satisfied with his work.

Fantastic experience: I enjoyed excellent treatment by Dr. RIYAZ. He is very friendly and very good at what he does. His team is also very professional.

Negative experience: Dr.Riyas is good. But the charges are extremely high. They charged us 1500 AED just for deep cleaning, where normally a deep cleaning session would be around 250-350 AED. Felt it very commercial. Very sure, the doctor did not discuss the price before the procedure but on completion. Not sure why the response is off for the review, if the charge is just 1500 AED for 1 Quadrant, it would be 6000 AED for the 4 quads, thank God !! Any decent clinic in UAE charges 250-350 AED per quadrant. On the other side, I am wondering do we have clinics charging so high just for deep cleaning with no major procedure being done? I wanted to rate just with 1 star but took a step ahead for the doctor.

Fantastic experience: 한국의 선진화된 치과치료를 받다가, 이곳 아랍에미레이트에서 솔찍히 증말 아파죽을때만 가도, 이곳 치과기술에 대해서 신뢰를 하지 못하고 있었는데, Smilecare Medical Center 에서 마침네 마음편하게 치료를 받을 수 있는 보금자리를 얻은듯 만족스럽습니다. 꼼꼼한 안내와 치료술 및 자세한 안내등의 더불어 치료한 부분의 사진과 자세한 설명이 한국의 선진화된 시쓰뎀과 더불어 치료한 사진을 보여 준다는 것은 의사의 전문성이 없으면 보여주기 힘든데, 모든 치료과정을 사진으로 찍어서 다보여 줍니다. 솔직히 아랍에미레이트에 살명서 치과 치료한거 사진 보여 주면서 설명해주는거 본적이 없는데, 아주 신뢰할만 합니다.

Positive experience: I was welcomed the moment I arrived to the reception. They’ve asked for my details and all paper work to be done and took nothing for me to complete.. once all done, Dr. Riyas explained what I need to do for the tooth and informed in details the sequence for me treatment. Once he started the phobia I had, was already disappeared. I felt no pain and competed the treatment in no time and without any pain. The results were perfect and the difference was clear. Will recommend Dr. Riyas for the professionalism and the care he give for the patients.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to this clinic for more than 6 years now. We’ve done various dental procedures like fillings, root canals, crowns, extractions and even braces. Outstanding service every time. Everything from the cleanliness of the clinic to the professionalism of the staff is great. Dr. Riyas is an incredible dentist. He is compassionate, understanding and very knowledgeable. I never write reviews but this clinic definitely deserves a 5 stars rating.

I had to get my fillings done as the cavities were quite deep.The doctor and staff took much care and the quality of the treatment was remarkable.i hardly felt anything.i used to dread the idea of going to the dentist but now I am all set to come back in 6 months for my regular checkup. Fantastic experience: I am new to Dubai and do not know any dentists. I had broken one of my teeth so I walked into Smilecare Medical Center and I was quickly attended to by one of their dentists. After the initial consultation I was advised of my options. After much conversation a decision was made that was right for me. The staff were caring, professional, and highly trained. My experience was great and I will reccommend the clinic to my family, friends and colleagues. I will return, I now have a dentist in Dubai.

So much so that I have to consciously collect my nerves to go even for a clean up (something i would avoid entirely if i could). Today, Dr.Riyas changed all of that for me!!!! He made me feel extremely comfortable as he asked me questions about my fear, explained the process for the procedure I was going in for and was kind and compassinate as he took me through it. He is just so great at what he does cos I felt very little!!! I am still in disbelief! His clinic is really clean with a warm welcoming ambience. His staff are really friendly and smile all the time. I didn't think I would ever say this. I actually have had an exceptional experience at the dentists.
