Negative experience: They would not suggest what would be the best treatment for your teeth. Only putting braces, adjust then its done. They are not saying anything also what would be the best thing to do or what will be the nex, Not recommendable at all and worst at all..

Negative experience: Bad service of the receptionist in satwa branch.I called them around 8pm to booked an appointment for 9pm june 15, 2025 and wait for them for an hour and still didn’t manage to adjust my braces. They should inform me earlier for the availability of the dentist.

Negative experience: Hello, I have been suffering from an upper jaw bone infection since March 2024 because of bad tooth extraction of one of my wisdom teeth in this clinic. It was later that I realized in my search for healing that she should have had surgery to remove this tooth. And during the procedure, I felt a big ball fall on my tongue and it stayed there for about 45 seconds. Since the door was open and she was talking with another patient outside. When she realized that this lump was on my tongue, she panicked and quickly put it back in place and sutured it. Just two days after I started experiencing severe pain and informed them, every time They asked me to come by and each time it was "it's nothing, it'll go away" however, I had two front teeth pulled out and it wasn't like that. I had the biopsy done in September 2024 in that erea, Thanks goodness it's just an infection. If I'm here it's because I'm suffering, I'm really suffering because this pain limits my physical movements. It's been almost a year since I felt this pain which limits my movements. I don't know what to do anymore, I'm tired of taking antibiotics because each time the illness comes back. Imagine yourself with pain that you feel every day? I don't think I can take this for long

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience at this dental clinic regarding the making of my dentures. Initially, I visited their Al Rigga branch, where I went through three trials from Rigga branch, but they still couldn’t get the proper fit and color of my teeth for me. Each time, the dentist provided detailed instructions on the necessary adjustments, yet the results remained unsatisfactory. After multiple failed attempts, the dentist advised me to visit their Satwa branch to speak directly with their technician. I had hoped this would resolve the issue. I went through total four trial fittings, and during the last trial, I approved the dentures with only minor adjustments needed. However, when I went for the final fitting, I was shocked to find that the dentures were worse than before. I wasted so much time and money going back and forth to the clinic, expecting a proper result, but in the end, I was left frustrated and unsatisfied. I don’t understand how a professional can fail to follow the details already given to them. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone looking for quality denture work.

Negative experience: I recently went for a braces adjustment at this clinic and had quite a disappointing experience. Firstly, the price quoted did not include a cleaning fee, so I was surprised with an extra charge upon meeting the dentist. While I don’t mind paying extra for cleaning, this should have been informed during the inquiry, rather than just to make their prices appear cheaper than other clinics. After all, who goes for an adjustment without a cleaning? Secondly, the waiting time was incredibly insane. Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting for over an hour. Lastly, the quality of the cleaning was subpar. The dentist merely used water, with no fluoride toothpaste or any thorough cleaning method. Given that I was charged extra for this service, I expected much more. Overall, this experience was very disappointing, and I won’t be coming back again.

Negative experience: It was my second visit for adjustment. The queuing is very disappointing. I have made a schedule a night before and I cam earlier than the other patients yet I was accommodated late. I travel all the way from Sharjah because this clinic was recommended to me yet I was treated poorly. This is so sad. I might consider transferring to other clinic, perhaps nearby Sharjah to spare me from traveling.
