Positive experience: Today I went to the Al Hana Medical Centre for a difficult tooth extraction. Thank God, I secured the appointment with Dr. Fasla Chemmat. She accomplished it flawlessly and effortlessly, without any issues. I am extremely relieved, and I truly appreciate it, Dr. Fasla Chemmat. I take pride in you as a Keralite.

Fantastic experience: I have visited Alhana Center many times and always recommend going there. Their best GP is Dr. Dibakar-yes, he is young, but he is incredible. He is a great listener, which is something we rarely find in doctors anymore. Having spent my life in hospitals, I have rarely met a doctor like him. I trust him 1000% Thanks to the nurses team and the receptionist!

It is frustrating when a visit does not meet expectations, Especially when time is valluable resource for your customers..

But not good service....But in my country, I have done the filling for four to five years without any problem. They suck people's money

Negative experience: I called your clinic December 16, 2023 at 5 PM to be exact I book appointment and talked to one of your staff before ending the call I asked his name and he said it’s Abdul btw he is very rude I don’t know why you hired such a unprofessional staff first of all and then he booked my appointment at 9:30 PM for General Practitioner he told me your clinic will close at 10 PM so at 9 PM I’m there and when I reached it’s close already then lights are all off it’s so dark!!! It doesn’t even make sense to book appointment and drive all the way to your clinic, it’s such a waste of time!!! Close your clinic better because you can’t accommodate your patient or even call me ahead of time that you guys will close early than my appointment so I can go for another clinic!!!!!!

Recently, i had Toothache ( jaw) which almost took away m'y taste for living. Fortunately m'y Friend who is from Ghana directed me to a dental clinic Héréditaire in Dubaï - Satwa. That Dr . CHEMMAT consult me verry well , offering me Health and good mood. She IS impeccable in her Work which she does with Love, Bravery and Dévotion . I great her Assistant (young Lady). By the way, this Day of Décembre 09 , 2023 was the last Day date of pain with m'y Toothache because DR .Fasla found it necessary, with m'y agreement to "Extract" it from my Mouth.
