Negative experience: today I visited for my teeth cleaning They write teeth clean 99 AED but the lady doctor said 300 AED i tell her but write here only 99 AED she's Said can last make 200 AED cleaning done they have sticker also for tabby. I tell her that I will pay by tabby but they tell we not accept the more than 300 AED and I just bring only 150 AED because I think teeth cleaning only 100 AED and I didn't bring my card also I tell them I can pay later and the she said just leave your things and bring 50 aed then can bring your thing I said then I will I try to give my watch but she's Said what I do to the watch she keep my iPhone I go home I bring 50aed then I take my iPhone because of that time my duty almost same time and I lost my duty also very bad experience not good

Positive experience: I’m currently holidaying and needing some dental attention, fortunately, I opted Easy dental clinic which left a lasting impression. The treatment was done so obsequiously by Dr. Jithu George and I’m so happy with the results!!Not only is Dr. Jithu an expert in what she does, she was so patient and considerate, taking the time to listen to get the results I desired and attentive to what I wanted whilst ensuring I was comfortable throughout the whole process with her exceptional care. Negative experience: Unskilled doctors. Especially Dentist Jithu George. I went there for acute teeth pain and the Dr Jithu mistreatment me. She filed my molar teeth in a improper way that caused even more teeth pain. Even she didn't clean the strain from that teeth properly Even she didn't do any X-ray to check the condition. I paid for scalling 150 and Permanent filling for 100 but my money was completely waste. I want my money back for this mistreatment. Later with the pain I went to Meta Clinic and they removed that faulty filling and did GIC filling and now my pain gone and costing was also reasonable. NOT Recommending this EASY Dental Clinic to anyone.

They charge 400 as well. It was really bad experienced and I will not try to visit this Denatl clinic again.

Negative experience: I'll never ever attempt to check this clinic out in my life. A little bit of my front tooth chipped, and unfortunately went there to get it fixed, after the first 2 hours it broke again. I went to get it fixed again the next day, and the dentist damaged the tooth that it was good, and didn't fix it properly. I nearly had a heart attack when I saw the disaster that she caused on my teeth. The worst experience of my life.

Negative experience: I’m not happy for the cleaning of my teeth yesterday easy dental clinic this clinic they clean only like 5mins and the doctor clean infront only, this is not my first time to clean my teeth but yesterday is the worst clinic that I go I feel like so badly and even she didn’t clean inside for the teeth area and she hurt my outside gums up !!!!! And the Filipino sitting infront even she didn’t check my appointment and he/she said if you want to take her ok take like he or she don’t want to introduce a client and the doctor I forget to asked her name but I cannot recommend her as a doctor to other client also I think she’s from Pakistan I don’t know exactly so badly clinic for the teeth I cannot recommend this clinic ???

I was scared as I was getting a clean-up done after ages and my gums were weak. But to my surprise, very practised and well stable hands of the doctor did their magic. Would definitely recommend

If you plan to visit, please look for Dr. Warren. Compared to the other dentists I have been to for cleaning, he was very thorough. He also did an amazing job fixing the gaps on my front teeth. Negative experience: The worst dental i've ever tried owefull service staff are not helpfull they are bz doing their personal activity. I do tooth extraction and the expirienced was very bad i suffer for more than 2 weeks after i came back again to do the check up because i feel there are still broken bones left they manage to removed it without putting anything they dont even care if you are in pain while they doing check up when i reach home i notice that theres more bones inside. And they charge expensive Never comeback to this clinic again dont ever try to visit it.

Fantastic experience: This was my second visit to Dr Warren, first time was 2 years ago when he did my root canal and crown, which looks very natural and undetectable. Around 2 weeks ago, I went for regular cleaning, and as I have very sensitive teeth I was anxious. When Dr Warren started cleaning and polishing my teeth I was surprised that I didn't feel any pain or experienced bleeding, which made me feel relaxed. He removed the plaque thoroughly, especially behind the teeth, and filled in a cavity. Dr Warren is a very skilled dentist who deserves more credit for his expertise, yet he remains humble, patient and friendly. Great service at very affordable price! Note: AED 100 for cleaning, and another AED 100 for filling.

Positive experience: The nurse or I think she was a receptionist was kinda rude and mean. Not sure if she was forced to do her job. Management should check on her. I was with a friend, and the way she assisted her is not the customer service your expecting with and not very helpful at all. Shame as their dentist Dr. Teena was incredibly amazing.

I have booked an appointment for my 2 kids at 5pm with Dr.J at Satwa branch.He came half an hour late and when he came he accomodated 1st the other client who came after us without an appointment . When I complained the assistant said the supervisor had advised to assist that VIP client first.. We felt really unfair from our side.. We left the place.. we are going to pay cash

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience on this dental clinic (satwa branch) specially to the filipino doctor "E". 100% i personally not recommended this clinic!!! Wasting time at the end they will not accommodate because the priority for those expensive treatments.

Fantastic experience: I've always been scared of dentists! And the pain I know I would go through when it comes to tooth and gum issues so I always procrastinate until too late. However, Dr. SUMEER of Easy Dental clinic was just AMAZING! He was quite flexible with my ridiculous requests and he managed to calm my fears down and succumb finally to letting him handle the issue without my fight for control. He and his team were very professional and the postcare attention was also exemplary especially when I had issues with the painkillers even the strongest ones, were not working for me. Dr. Sumeer found a solution somehow. Many thanks to him and his team! Have already recommended a couple of friends and would continue to do so.

Fantastic experience: One of the best Dental Clinic here in Dubai. Both the clinic and the procedural equipments are well maintained and regularly checked. The dentists especially Dr. Warren had profound knowledge through his very long career and acts professionally both on his patients and colleagues.

Negative experience: I don’t recommend this clinic as i had a very bad, horrible experience from the assistant and especially the “Dr. J”. I did my filling last week. I felt something is not right when i did flossing. I went back and asked if they can check and fix but it very surprising as they cannot see my record. It seems that they put my record in other patient name. Very unorganized! When i came inside Dr. J started to check my teeth and asked me personal questions instead of focusing what is wrong in my teeth. he knew it that there a problem, first he tried to fix it but with attitude as well the lady who is assisting him. HHe was very harsh when his doing the floss to me until my gums bleed. His face was very angry because he cannot fix it. I asked him if we can still do anything but he told me” TRY OTHER DOCTOR” for me as a patient i went there because I believed the doctors are highly professional but its seems that i am wrong choosing this clinic as the doctor he is not confident enough because you should not tell to your patient to go and try other doctors. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Its very normal that you should deliver quality service to your patient as we are paying money! When i asked who can i speak except from Dr J which is higher than him to bring my concern the lady from reception DR. J IS THE HIGHEST person to talk? How come?? So again i asked even the email address of the management finally they gave. After that i left and when im in the lift 1 guy asked me what happened as i was crying as i was never humiliated like this. He said “u came in EASY DENTAL? Even my friend was not happy with the service as they are very unprofessional “ i wish met this person before i came to this clinic! Was very bad mistake! Hope the management will look into this and make action otherwise you will lost your potential clients.
