Fantastic experience: My first experience at Smile First Dental Center was nothing short of positive. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a friendly and accommodating frontliner. But it was John, the hygienist, who truly stood out. He was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain how to take good care of my teeth and suggesting preventive measures to maintain a healthy smile. I highly recommend Smile First Dental Center and will definitely be returning in 8 months (8 months from today ).

Negative experience: The clinic advertised different pricing on social media, but after the procedure, they charged my husband more than what was initially shown for deep cleaning, and i had severe tooth pain because she performed a filling without proper consultation or explanation, even though a root canal was actually needed. Due to the increasing pain, I had to urgently get the root canal done at another clinic They simply wants business and doesn’t care about patients

Fantastic experience: I used to dread going to the dentist but after my appointment with Dr Malak i dont mind it at all, she is an amazing Dr, very patient and understanding.

Fantastic experience: My dental crowns suddenly fell out, they were on my front four teeth, and I couldn’t smile or speak normally. I visited a few doctors who told me it would be difficult to fix because of the type of implant system used. I was even thinking I might have to fly back to my home country just to get it done. But this amazing doctor, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask, fixed everything in just one appointment, and at a very reasonable price. I honestly couldn’t believe it. Highly recommended.

I extracted two teeth before in other clinics, and they took at least 45 minutes She's a magician Thanks a lot as well for the reception team they're very cooperative and supportive.

Negative experience: Dr. Malak was very impatient with my son. She didn’t handle my son properly and became upset, even shouting at him harshly. She did not complete the treatment, which resulted in my son developing a higher temperature, along with a headache and toothache.

Negative experience: Warning! go here if you want to be butchered! I never usually write reviews but felt in the interest of public safety I should write this one. Absolutely terrible worst experience, I left with bleeding lip and tongue from just a clean I literally had to stop the dentist from continuing. Dentist had no clue no experience what she was doing. Was also left choking with no concern. Health authority should investigate these dentist, people should not have to suffer more or be left in such pain. I booked with a hygienist who was apparently off so they appointed another dentist to do the clean, this should not happen!

Dr. Malak explained carefully the findings in my x-ray and suggested a treatment plan. They are all smiling and the nurse who assisted me was impressive. He taught me some basics on how to take care of my teeth, and was all the way polite. I did not regret visiting this clinic, the positive reviews I saw in Google are indeed legit. From the second you walk into the door you’re greeted by very kind receptionists. This was hands down the nicest, cleanest friendliest and most efficient dentist I have ever been to. The amount of effort that Dr. Nada gives is incredible. She express her concerns clearly & explains what steps need to be taken to prevent further problems. She is friendly, helpful and genuine and always seem to add personal touch. My journey to a brighter smile is not yet over but I would like to thank her (Dr. Nada)for bringing back my self confidence.
