Fantastic experience: The attentiveness of every Personel in YAH Polyclinic from the intitial call, to the reception, and after-care follow up is second to none! Dr. Yusuf's passion for his profession is evident to see, as he took his time to explain to me what was needed, and to describe him best I left there with the impression that he is " Honest and has outstanding work ethic" as a professional. What I thought would cost me a lot, from the pain I was feeling, ended up to be a simple procedure without breaking the bank due to his diligence, which is much appreciated! My new go to place for everything YAH Polyclinic offers! :)

Fantastic experience: Living in the area, when I was looking for a PRP treatment, YAH came heavily recommended and positively reviewed. I jumped right in and it’s been an amazing journey with Dr. Somaya so far. I’m not afraid of needles but most of them have always been to draw blood at donations, and so you just feel it the once, but when you’re doing injections of PRP, you’re in it for plenty. With a stable hand and amazing bedside manners, I’ve always felt completely at ease, also walking away with a great conversation that I always look forward to my next visit. I’ve also struggled with hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) for much of my life. I’ve been tested for thyroid issues and have tried everything under the sun including avoiding it all together to save my clothes and the impression it lends. Those patches have influenced my wardrobe and limited how comfortable I can be. And so getting into Underarm Botox was a step I had never considered until I dropped into YAH. Dr. Somaya was incredibly kind and funny through the whole procedure and I barely felt a pinch. It’s nice to have YAH so close to me. And it’s amazing that they’re so good at what they do.

Negative experience: one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had at any clinic in my life. i used to go for laser hair removal to novomed and marina medical centre and both were excellent. i decided to try out yah polyclinic today. the laser specialist was very rough on my skin. my skin was bleeding while shaving because of the roughness and after the laser, my legs are completely burnt. the burn marks are evident and the stinging is excruciating and unbearably painful. i cant even move without it hurting. i don’t recommend this to anyone.
