Negative experience: This is one of the worst clinics I’ve been to. The level of communication is very poor, and the nurses are quite rude, as if they are still working in government hospitals in India.

Negative experience: one of the worst clinics , there is no transparency and ethics , all they want is to just enroll you to get the consultation fee from the insurance and rest they want is to loot money from you for all the procedures , we are having ADNIC platinum insurance which covers all the top hospitals in UAE , But due to emergency we visited this clinic as it is near , all we got at the end is paying Consultation free (Any how they will loot from our insurance ) and at the end 0 service , as they don't have any , please refrain from using this clinic un less or until it is your last option , at least they should have courtesy to inform , they don't have proper system and equipment to preform , rather than looting insurance Claims , I will take this step to complain to insurance as well as DHA on their transparency policy , this is against medical ethics .

Fantastic experience: We would like to commend Dr. Ahmed of Paradise Plus Polyclinic -DIP for introducing to us " Clear Aligners", it's an all new way of correcting dental problems that is even more better than the traditional braces. Since my daughter have to go back to Philippines for her schooling so Dr. Ahmed recommended clear aligners as it will be more convenient situation-wise. She was given 13 sets of aligners that is good for 6 months until she comes back here in UAE. The aligners set was designed for each treatment goals that includes aligning teeth, closing gaps, addressing bite irregularities. Adjustment done is every after 2 weeks. What is more convenient is that my daughter does not have to go to the dentist for the adjustment. She was just given instruction which aligners should be use and she does it all by herself. In 3 months time the result is fantastic. You can visibly see her teeth had aligned , the gaps have been reduced. I am attaching a photo of her before and after . Positive experience: Paradise Polyclinic Team I booked an appointment a day before for the gynecologist and when we reached there the receptionist told us that the Dr is not coming.The Dr is on emergency leave. I would really appreciate if they had inform us prior to avoid all the hustle the patients has to go through and end up going back with frustration. Please I hope you understand I have visited couple of times before with the dentist and GP doctors very good experience all around the staff from the reception desk and doctors are very good no doubt. But I think that we should take some consideration towards this matter and inform the patient in advance about any changes in the appointment. Thank you.

Positive experience: Good decent facility. For people living in Dip and surrounding area. Good and experience doctors for Gp. Main area to improve is blood tests and follow up of results. Samples collected as required but results are not followed up and communicated to patients. Only way to get results is visit the place and sometimes need to visit twice.if patient doesn't call them no one follows on reports.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever with Dr. Ajmal Bashir... went for a basic clean up which they call scaling but turns out he's drilled a hole into my wisdom tooth and left it without any filling... he did this without my consent and just advised me to get the tooth extracted... i had no problems with that tooth until i visited him... he could get sued if he did this sort of thing in countries like US... As a patient I'd like to know exactly what treatment he's doing and its absolutely my call if i decide to get it done or not!
